Bestact – Software for Visualization of Digitalized Family Registers and Civil Status Acts
The introduction of new IT in public administration is a prerequisite for improving its efficiency and improving the administrative services. According to the legal requirements registers of civil status acts are formed for each municipality, stored in the territorial units Directorate "General Civil Registration and Administrative Services" for 130 years, then transferred to the State Archives. The oldest family registers are from the 1893 and their physical state in most municipalities is very bad. The logical outcome of the situation is the digitalization of these records. The software BestAct, developed by the author is planned, designed and developed to automate the handling of old family registers and civil status acts. PRACTICAL-ORIENTED CONCEPT AS A PRINCIPLE OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION OF THE FUTURE PROFESSIONALS
The article considers the essence of the process of practice-oriented concept as a principle of the professional training quality of the future specialists. Socialization is singled out and considered through the interdisciplinary concept in professional education. Socialization is defined as a successful component of the future specialists' professional education. One of the ways of professional education of the future specialists is covered — participation in social projects of the higher education institutions. Emphasis is placed on the peculiarities of the socialization and professional education of the future specialists through the social project's organization. The motivational and innovative components of socialization in the professional education of future specialists are studied. The results of the experimental study are described.</jats:p
Socio-Pedagogical Conditionsof Future Social SpecialiststTraining for Successful Professional Career
Problems of social protection have become one of the most discussed in the world. Specialists of various specialties work in the social sphere: psychologists, lawyers, doctors, sociologists, etc. However, the leading role belongs to social specialists. There is a lack of social specialists, and if there are any, they do not understand exactly what they should do. The article deals with singling out the socio-pedagogical circumstances of the future social specialistseducation for an effective professional career. The focus is on analyzing of the modern directions of vocational education of future social workers. It is singled out and substantiate the socio-pedagogical circumstances for of future social professionalseducation for an effective professional career, such as: actualization and development of students' motivation to build a successful professional career; taking into account the peculiarities of the practical activities of social specialists and their transformational influences on various subjects of communication activities; gaining practical experience based on self-development. The socio-pedagogical circumstances of future social spesialists education is defined in the work as set of external and internal cconditions, which implemant in the process of vocational education of future social workers will ensure effective formation of hard and soft skills, fundamental qualities for an effective professional career. It is found out possible ways to implement the selected socio-pedagogical conditions in the vocationaleducation of the future social professionals for an effective professional career. The using of the different methods allowed to obtain objective information about the socio-pedagogical conditions of vocationaleducation of future social specialists to a successful professional career. The statistical data of the research are represented using diagrams, tables and figures.</jats:p
The Role of the Sociocultural Environment of Inclusion in the Modern Educational Institution
The article presents a consideration of the peculiarities of the organization of the socio-cultural environment of inclusion in a modern educational institution. The new conceptual foundations of social order, as stated in the UN Declaration on Social Development, are the ability of modern society to develop on the basis of tolerance, tolerance, condemnation of discrimination, respect for human diversity, equality of opportunity, solidarity and security. It is noted that the basis of such integration is the concept of a holistic approach, which opens the way to the realization of rights and opportunities for everyone and, above all, provides equal access to quality education. It is emphasized that the principle of accessibility, which is leading in the holistic approach of modern social policy and is formulated on the basis of respect for human rights. The aim of the article is to reveal the content of the socio-cultural environment of inclusion in a modern educational institution. The socio-cultural environment of inclusion in a modern educational institution is analyzed. Analysis of the definitions of socio-cultural environment allowed to form our own definition of the phenomenon for people with disabilities: socio-cultural environment - is the environment of people in the educational institution, including social groups, information flows, the influence of various public organizations, cultural and educational activities; jointly influence the change and formation of internal attitudes and external characteristics of the object and its socialization. The peculiarities of the socio-cultural environment of inclusion in a modern educational institution are determined. A model of the socio-cultural environment of an educational institution for a person with a disability has been developed and represented, which includes external and internal factors influencing its components, contribution flows and products.</jats:p
ASSESSMENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF FOREIGN TRADE IN HIGH-TECH PRODUCTION OF UKRAINE UNDER THE ASSOCIATION WITH THE EU
Purpose – the purpose of article should assess the main factors affecting the development of
trade in high-tech products of Ukraine in the context of association with the EU and the spread of a new industrial revolution.
Research methodology – the scheme of research of trade of high-tech products of Ukraine from the EU on the basis of
qualitative and quantitative economic-statistical analysis, analysis of comparative advantages and correlation-regression analysis.
Findings – the results of the analysis show that the main factors determining the low presence of Ukraine in the world
market of high-tech products are the outdated structure of production, a low level of R&D costs, and a decrease in the
innovative activity of Ukrainian enterprises. The article presents the author’s recommendations on improving the effectiveness of
foreign trade in high-tech products of Ukraine in the EU market.
Research limitations – the absence of a state development strategy for the production of hightech products does not make
it possible to accurately determine indicators of scientific research of the potential of Ukraine.
Practical implications – correlation-regression analysis results can be used in the private and state sectors of the economy
of Ukraine.
Originality/Value – the original combination of schemes and methods allowed us to identify new critical places for export
development in the context of the association of Ukraine with the EU.</jats:p
