ANALISIS SURVIVAL PADA PASIEN TB-MDR (MULTI-DRUG RESISTANT TUBERCULOSIS) DI PROVINSI SUMATERA UTARA TAHUN 2020- 2022

Tujuan Tingkat keparahan TB-MDR menyebabkan penyakit ini menjadi epidemi di berbagai negara. WHO juga sudah mencanangkan program internasional “End TB” yang sampai saat ini belum mencapai setengah target. Indonesia sudah menempati posisi ke-tiga terttinggi setelah India dan China dengan CFR sebesar 0,11% dan Provinsi Sumatera Utara sudah berada ditingkat ke-6 tertinggi di Indonesia dan tertinggi di Pulau Sumatera. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat survival pasien TB-MDR di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cohort retrospektif dengan data sekunder kasus TB-MDR tahun 2020 – 2022. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling yang memenuhi kriteria sampel, data lengkap dan sudah keluar hasil pengobatannya. Analisis yang dilakukan analisis univariat, kaplan-meier, bivariat menggunakan logrank test dan multivariat dengan regresi logistik full model. Hasil Didapatkan dari total 664 terdapat (26,81%) meninggal dan (73,19%) yang masih bertahan hidup. Adapun variabel yang berhubungan dengan survival pada pasien TB-MDR yaitu umur (p = 0,000 HR(Hazard Ratio) 1,88) dan variabel status HIV (p = 0,001 HR 1,40). Variabel yang dominan berhubungan dengan survival adalah umur (p = 0,000 HR 0,64). Kesimpulan Umur dan status HIV memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan survival, sementara jenis kelamin, resistensi OAT, riwayat DM, riwayat pengobatan dan keterlambatan pengobatan tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan. Saran agar pasien, keluarga pasien dengan usia ≥ 41 untuk lebih memperhatikan kondisi kesehatan dengan cara rutin memeriksakan diri ke pusat layanan kesehatan maupun dengan gaya hidup sehat, rutin mengonsumsi makanan sehat, istirahat cukup dan olahraga
