The Role of Religious Leaders in Conducting Islamic Religious Education in The Community
This study aims to understand the critical role of religious leaders in Islamic education so that people understand that something they learn will be helpful in their lives in this world and the hereafter so that they will not feel a loss in learning and applying Islam in their lives. This research uses a case study research method with a qualitative approach. Researchers conducted intensive interviews, involvement observations, and collection of documentation as data mining directly in the field and analyzed by describing events in the field. This study found that the role of religious leaders as leaders in carrying out Islamic religious education is carried out through example, practice and action, ibrah and advice, dialogue, and non-formal coaching and management. This research has implications for the importance of example, practice, deeds, ibrah and advice, dialogue in managing non-formal educational institutions
Urgensi Leadership Dan Manajerialship Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Sekolah
The purpose of writing this work is to describe the Urgency of Leadership and Managerialship of School Principals in Improving School Performance. This research uses a literature review method to analyze the urgency of school principal leadership and managerial leadership in improving school performance. This method collects and analyzes information from various relevant sources to gain an in-depth understanding of the topic being discussed. Through this approach, researchers can identify patterns, themes, and gaps in the literature to formulate practical recommendations for school principals in increasing student motivation, reducing school dropout rates, and increasing participation in extracurricular activities. The results of this work are that effective leadership and management are very important to improve school performance through reward systems, mentorship programs, and collaboration with parents. Education about the dangers of online game addiction and providing interesting extracurricular activities can help students stay focused on academics. Financial assistance, teacher training, and partnerships with local communities are also needed to overcome barriers and improve the quality of education. Improved infrastructure and integration of technology in learning supports a conducive learning environment, while ongoing monitoring and evaluation ensures the effectiveness of school programs
The Student Management Based on Participants in Improving Quality of Tahfidz Program with Supply Chain Practices
Abstract- Many global supply chains are unequipped to cope with the world we are entering. For that reason, supply chain managers need to shift their attention from cu tting costs to enabling new processes, and make corporations more connected and agile to create value across the enterprise. Student management is very important in improving the quality of education programs in Islamic boarding schools, especially in memorizing Alquran (tahfidz) programs. Tahfidz program provides learning for the students to be disciplined, independent, and good attitude. Islamic boarding schools are one of the educational institutions that conduct non-formal education in the field of Islamic materials. In transferring the knowledge from the teacher to students, Islamic boarding schools have two programs, namely the madrasah diniyyah program for, learning books. Secondly, the Alquran education program (TPQ) for learning the correct and fluent in the reading of the Alquran. Moreover, today there are a lot of Islamic boarding schools that run memorization programs of the Qur'an (Tahfidzul Quran). In order to succeed in the tahfidzul Quran program in Islamic boarding schools, resources that are needed to carry out management activities such as supply chain management. In this case, to support the implementation of the Tahfidzul Qur'an program based on its purpose, a management activity is needed. The management in question is how the institution plans, implements, and conducts evaluation activities. One management that can support the achievement of the objectives of the institution here is the management of students
Dimensions of Transformational Leadership in Improving the Competitiveness of Islamic Education Institutions
This study aims to describe how the Head of Madrasah performs the dimensions of transformational leadership through the Quran learning program to improve competitiveness in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Islamiyah Ngoro Jombang. This research used the field and case study qualitative methods. The research results show that this leadership dimension includes the following: (1) idealized influence: socializing the vision, mission, and goals of Quranic learning consistently; (2) inspirational motivation: inspiring and motivating the performance of educators to consistently maintain the quality of Quranic learning; (3) intellectual stimulation: understanding internal weaknesses and external threats from various perspectives to find solutions; and (4) individualized consideration: receiving suggestions, criticisms, and complaints about the Quranic learning process and having direct dialogue with educators and parents. Implementing transformational leadership in madrasah, especially in Quranic learning, can improve the competitiveness of educational institutions. These transformational leadership attitudes make a significant contribution to developing Islamic educational institutions and increasing their competitiveness
Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Aplikasi Android Pada Mata Pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam
Dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya penggunaan media pembelajaran oleh guru pada materi Isra’ Mi’raj di MIN 7 Tulungagung maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang media pembelajaran berupa aplikasi berbasis android. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk : (1)menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi android mata pelajaran sejarah kebudayaan Islam. (2) mengetahui produk valid dan keefektifan media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi android. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan model 4-D oleh Thiagarajan. Prosedur pengembangan produk terdapat 4 tahap yaitu define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), development (pengembangan), disseminate (penyebaran). Penelitian dan pengembangan menunjukkan hasil sebagai berikut. (1) Produk berupa media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi android mata pelajaran sejarah kebudayaan Islam menggunakan Coreldraw, Kinemaster, smart apps creator sebagai aplikasi pembuat aplikasi android, dan Lexis audio editor sebagai editing audio (suara). Produk media berbasis webseries telah dinyatakan layak sebagai media pembelajaran berdasarkan validasi ahli materi dengan presentase 87%, 93,7% dan 92,1% dengan kriteria sangat layak, ahli media diperoleh rata-rata presentase nilai 87,5%, 89,1% dan 83,6% dengan kriteria “layak”. (2) Keefektifan produk media untuk mata pelajaran sejarah kebudayaan Islam berbasis aplikasi android diperolah dari meningkatnya hasil belajar peserta didik
