Pendapatan dan Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Produksi USAha Ternak Kambing dengan Laserpunktur
The research aims to know the differences between production cost, revenue and income of goat breeding business by with and whiteout laserpunctur and production factors affecting of goat breeding. The research was carried out in Bongancina village, Busungbiu District, Buleleng Regency from March to June 2003. Primary data was from 60 goats breeders, 36 of them were using laserpunctur technology, and the other 24 were not. To test the differences between both respondent groups, the t-test of statistical procedure was used. The goat breeding income was affected by the number of goat, prices of: germs, selling germs, HMT, Concentrate, goat mother ages, wages and litter size, The Ordinary Least Square (OLS) procedure was applied. The results showed that the level of goat breeder income by using laserpuncture technology was high compared to unusing the technology. Meanwhile, the technology for mass, the concentrate price, and the germ price also affected the goat production. In opposition the litter size affected the goat production
Kontribusi Efektifitas Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru, Dan Motivasi Berprestasi Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di Smk Negeri 1 Sukawati
The aim of this study was to find out how much contribution of the principal leadership effectivity, teacher achievement motivation, and teacher pedagogic competency towards teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati. This study is ex-post factor by number of sample were 145 people and number of sample were 30. data collecting methode was questionary and observation technique. Questioner have been used to get data of the principal leadership effectivity, teacher achievement motivation, and teacher pedagogic competency. While the teacher performance got by observation technique. Observation technique have been used to get data of teacher performance from their superior in their working unit. In this case was the principal, the principal of each unit in SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati. Hypotesis test of correlation and contribution each independent variable towards dependent variable have been used partial correlation formula that have purpose to find out value of pure correlation regardless from control variable effect. Testing have been conducted with significancy level of 5%. Based on the result of study can be concluded that effectivity of principal leadership, pedagogic competency, and achivement motivation have significant contribution toward teacher performance in the SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati, either partial and simultaneously. Thus the third variable could as predictor of tend level of teacher performance in the SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati. If viewed from contribution each independent variables, and the principal leadership effectivity as dominant predictor that have effect on the teacher performance in the SMK Negeri 1 Sukawati
Analisis Pemasaran dan Tataniaga Anggur di Bali
Bali grape, especially that effort at Buleleng district is one of local specific commodity thathas great potency to be developed. Marketing aspect is important to support the increasing ofgrape farmer's income. The number of trading institution that involved to grape marketingwill influence to the length of market chain and the amount of market cost. The amount ofmarket cost will point to the higher difference prices between producer farmer and consumer.For that purpose, analysis of marketing and trading of grape was conducted at Bulelengdistrict. The research location was selected using purposive sampling technique at location of‘Primatani Renovasi' assessment at Gerokgak sub district, Buleleng. The research was donefrom August to December 2005 using survey method to 50 grape farmers that selectedrandomly and 20 grape traders that selected using snowball sampling technique. Data wasanalyzed descriptively to financial feasibility, market channeling, market margin, marketintegration, and elasticity of price transmission. The result showed that grape farming systemat Gerokgak sub district had well enough prospective. It was indicated by the increasing ofincome per year and BCR value that has tendency to increase year by year. There was 4 grapemarket channeling model at Buleleng, i. e.: Model 1: farmer – commission agent – collectingtrader – retailer – consumer was 14%; Model 2: farmer – collecting trader – retailer –consumer was 44%; Model 3: farmer – collecting trader – district level trader – retailer –consumer was 34%; and Model 4: farmer – retailer – consumer was 8%. The highest marketmargin was gained by Model 1 (3600 rps/kg), followed by Model 3 (3450 rps/kg) and Model2 (3350 rps/kg). While, the highest share accepted by farmer was for Model 3, i. e. 37,89%,followed by Model 2 (33%) and Model 1 (31%). Market integration degree between market atfarmer level and market at consumer level was low, with coefficient value was 0,199. Valueof elasticity of price transmission was 0,457%. Il-12 Pe, Cd 69 Percp, Cd3 Fitc, and Cd4 Apc Optimization with Activation of Isolated Agent Heat-killed Sonicated Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Beijing Strain
Infection caused by Mycobaterium tuberculosis exists in form of intracellular infection, which leads to lymphocyte activation. CD69 is the first lymphocyte activation marker expressed in Th1 lymphocyte, which follows by IL-12 release. Flow cytometry analysis can identify the subpopulations of lymphocytes and intracellular cytokines such as IL-12, yet precise preparation needs to be done. This research aims to conduct optimization with four color lyse/wash flow cytometry assay system FastImmune™ FACSCalibur examination, with monoclonal antibody IL-12, CD69, CD3, and CD4 in succession uses fluorochrome PE, PerCP, FITC, and APC.To activate the lymphocytes from heparinized whole blood, we used activation agent which derives from isolated heat-killed sonicated Mycobacterium tuberculosis Beijing strain. Optimal concentration from the according activation agents is 40 mL. To determine the compensation, BDTM CompBead and blank-cell unstainning are used, but the maximum result showed by blank-cell unstainning.Each monoclonal antibody dosage of IL-12PE, CD69 PerCP, and CD3 FITC is 40 mL, while CD4 APC 5 mL. Total event lymphocyte is determined minimally by 10,000 events. With 18,510 total events and Th gated events quantity are 4,692, the result obtained is IL12-PE has 7.4% gated (347 events); CD69+ perCP/CD3+ FITC 18.2% (850 events); and CD69+ perCP/CD4+ APC 3.9%
Feasibility the Using of Coffee Waste for Bali Cattle Fattening in Bangli
In Bali, one of the important issues related to livestock development is the issue of feed. The farmers often complain because of high prices of feed that often do not correspond to price of product increase. One of the alternatives for the provision of feed that are cheap and competitive is through the utilization of plantation waste. To view the financial feasibility of livestock farmers is introducting of coffee waste research in the Belantih Village, District of Kintamani, Bangli Regency. The eligible criteria used is Net Present Value (NPV), B/C ratio and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR), followed by the sensitivity test. From the analysis it was founded that the addition of coffee bran into the feed (forage + biocas) of fattening cattle to include net income (year 0 up to 10th) against level discount factor (df) 12% obtained NPV of Rp. 15,079,587.91; IRR of 21% and B/C ratio of 2.62. In farm of fattening who were given forage just acquired a negative NPV of Rp. 14,547,191.50; 1% IRR and B/C ratio of 1.04. From the economic analysis, it was concluded that the using coffee bran is feasible to be introduced due to B/C1 compared to the usual management by the farmers. PHYSICAL, ANATOMICAL AND CARCASS DIVERSITY OF SUPERIOR NATIVE CHICKEN SENSI AGRINAC AND KUB MAINTENANCE IN FARMERS
Native chicken is one of the producers of animal protein that has a high taste and is in demand by many consumers. The decline in the population of native chickens are causing the Central Agricultural Research and Development Agency has begun to make a breakthrough by producing superior types of native chicken, namely Sensi and KUB, which are expected to be able to increase the interest of farmers. The study was conducted in Jehem Village, Bangli Regency, For observations of the anatomical and carcass characteristics performance, 60 chickens, consisting of male and female Sensi 1, as well as male and female KUB, each had 15 tails, The results obtained showed that the male live weight of Sensi was 1,72 while male KUB was 1,71 kg / head, while female Sensi was 1,30 higher than female KUB 1,14 kg / head, The length of male KUB legs reach 19,33 and Sensi 20 cm, while for female KUB 15,17 and Sensi 16,67 cm, Body length of male KUB 24, Sensi 27 cm and female KUB 23,33 and Sensi 23,67 cm, For carcass weight, KUB male reached 1038,33 and Sensi1076,33 gr, and for the thigh weight of the male KUB and Sensi are 192,34 and 189,00 gr / head, For each wing weight 153,67; 163,34; 108,00 and 99,00 gr /head
ANALISIS ALGORITMA BACKPROPAGATION TERMODIFIKASI DENGAN CONJUGATE GRADIENT POWELL BEALE UNTUK DETEKSI ANOMALI PADA INTRUSION DETECTION SYSTEM
Di era globalisasi ini teknologi beserta infrastrukturnya berkembang semakin pesat. Adanya fasilitas teknologi yang semakin terbuka ternyata menimbulkan masalah-masalah baru. Untuk menjaga sistem keamanan tersebut perlu adanya batasan-batasan akses informasi bagi para pengguna untuk menjaga integritas data. Oleh sebab itu diperlukannya sistem keamanan dalam jaringan komputer yang dapat mendeteksi acaman secara cepat serta akurat. Salah satu sistem yang dapat menjaga keamanan jaringan komputer adalah Intrusion Detection System (IDS). Dalam penelitian ini untuk mendeteksi anomali pada IDS akan digunakan Backpropagation Termodifikasi dengan Conjugte Gradient (CG) Powell Beale. Conjugate Gradient merupakan salah satu metode optimasi yang arah pencariannya di dasarkan pada arah konjugasi yang nilainya orthogonal. Penggunan CG dalam memodifikasi Backpropagation diharapkan dapat membantu mendeteksi anomali pada IDS menjadi lebih cepat karena epoch yang digunakan jauh lebih sedikit dan hasil performasi sistem yang lebih baik. Hal tersebut terlihat dari hasil performansi sistem berdasarkan parameter F-Measure yaitu 92.33% untuk kelas normal, 62.38% untuk kelas Probe, 42.06% untuk kelas Dos dan 9.14% untuk kelas R2L. Terbukti bahwa sistem mampu mengklasifikasikan lebih baik dengan jumlah epoch yang sedikit dibandingkan dengan backpropagation standar.

Prevalence and Resistance Patterns of Candida albicans in Diabetic and Non-Diabetic Patients with Urinary Tract Infections
Background: Candida spp. is an opportunistic fungi genus that can turn into pathogens, especially in those with inadequate immune response such as in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM), of which Candida albicans is the most common species. This study aimed to determine the prevalence and antifungal resistance patterns of Candida albicans in DM and non-DM patients with urinary tract infections (UTIs).Methods: A retrospective descriptive observational study was conducted in 2023 using medical record data of DM and non-DM patients with UTIs who were treated at a tertiary hospital in Bandung, Indonesia from July 2019 to December 2021. Data on patient characteristics, proportion of fungal species causing UTI, and antifungal resistance patterns of Candida albicans were analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2019 and presented in tabular form and chart.Results: Of a total 291 patient data, 21 were DM patients and 270 were non-DM patients, mostly were female, 71.4% and 58.2%, respectively. The prevalence of Candida albicans in DM patients was 66.7% and in non-DM patients was 70.7%, mostly resistant to micafungin (7.1% and 8.9%, respectively).Conclusion: Female is more susceptible to UTIs. More than half of DM and non-DM patients with UTIs are infected with Candida albicans, and mostly resistant to micafungin. Antifungal treatment guidelines based on resistance patterns and education on personal hygiene to prevent UTIs are recommended

The conversational implicature is an implicature only known to some people who know the context of the speech. The conversation implicator is trying to analyze the conversation so that a great meaning is obtained. The problems discussed in this study regarding the form and function of the implicature in the Trans Najwa Mata Degree 7. This study aims to describe and explain how the shape and function of the implicature in the Najwa Eye Speech Degree in Trans 7. This study uses descriptive methods. The subject of the study was the conversation contained in the Mata Najwa Speech Degree in Trans 7, so the results of the study showed that there was a principle of cooperation divided into four maxims, namely the quantity maxims, quality maxims, relationship maxims, and method maxims. Implikatur percakapan merupakan implikatur yang hanya diketahui oleh sebagian orang yang mengetahui konteks tuturannya saja. Implikatur percakapan berusaha menganalisis percakapan sehingga diperoleh makna yang besar. Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini mengenai bentuk dan fungsi implikatur dalam Gelar Wicara Mata Najwa Trans 7. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan bagaimana bentuk dan fungsi implikatur pada Gelar Wicara Mata Najwa di Trans 7. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif.
