Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Studi Kasus Pada Larissa Aesthetic Center Cabang Salatiga)
Larissa Aesthetic Center is a beauty clinic with the theme “Back to Nature” and they growing so fast. However, these developments still can\u27t satisfy to the consumers. We can seen the fact from the high consumer complaints on the company. The purpose of doing research is to know the influence of product quality and service quality on the customer loyalty of consumers Larissa Aesthetic Center Branch Salatiga. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents using purposive sampling method. Analysis of the data in this study using a test validity, reliability, linear regression analysis, significance test and determination with SPSS 23. The result of this study indicate that have significantly influence about product quality to customer loyalty, service quality to customer loyalty, and product quality, service quality to customer loyalty. The suggestions for improving product quality and service quality on the product inovation and optimal service to improve customer loyalty
Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Harga Saham Kategori Property and Real Estate Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2011 - 2014
This research aims to identify the factors that affect stock price category of property and real estate inthe Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011 until 2014, providing information and as a basis for decision making forthe company and investors.This type of research is explanatory. This research is used to explain the factors that influence the stockprice variable. This research uses a sample of 37 companies, that are included in the category of propeti andreal estate for 3 years listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and has a complete set of financial statements.The sampling technique of this research is purposive sampling. Analysis of the data used is factor analysis,correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple linear regression, t test, multiple linear regression, andf test.Variables analyzed using anti-image coefficients MSA with criterion variable has a value Measures OfSampling Adequacy (MSA) is more than 0.50. Of the six variables studied were PER, DER, ROE, ExchangeRate, Inflation and BI Rate, the coefficient of anti-MSA image shows the variables that have a value MeasuresOf Sampling Adequacy (MSA) is more than 0.50 PER, DER and ROE. Variable PER, DER and ROE wereanalyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression.Based on the results of analysis show that in partial PER (Price Earning Ratio) has no effect on stockprices, DER (Debt To Equity Ratio) positive and significant effect on stock prices and ROE (Return On Equity)positive and significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously PER (Price Earning Ratio), DER (Debt To EquityRatio), ROE (Return On Equity) positive and significant effect on stock prices.The conclusion of this research show DER (Debt To Equity Ratio), ROE (Return On Equity) partiallyaffect stock prices and PER (Price Earning Ratio), DER (Debt To Equity Ratio), ROE (Return On Equity)simultaneously affect the stock price category of property and real estate in the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011to 2014. Based on these results, it can form the information and as a basis for decision making for investors andcompanies in their policy. The need for continued research by others to determine the effect of the variables thatare not included in this research. Pengaruh Dimensi Brand Equity dan Promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mie Sedaap Kemasan Bag (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa S1 dan Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Diponegoro)
Era of globalization becomes a challenge that must be faced by PT. Wings as a manufacturer of Mie Sedaap packaging bag, due to increasingly fierce competition and consumers have many diverse choices. Based on Top brand Index data, Mie Sedaap packaging bag obtained a value of 13.5% in 2013, then in 2014 increased to 14.4%, then in 2015 increased to 15.9%. But in 2016 the percentage decreased to 12.5%. From result of data analysis known that brand equity category equal to 74% stated enough. Promotion category is known as 52% states quite interesting. Variable brand equity effect on purchasing decision equal to 51,2%. Promotion variables affect the purchase decision by 19.2%. Brand equity and promotion variables affect the purchase decision by 51.2%. This means that the better the brand equity and promotion, it is expected to improve purchasing decisions. Era globalisasi menjadi tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh PT. Wings sebagai produsen Mie Sedaap kemasan bag, karena persaingan yang semakin ketat dan konsumen memiliki banyak pilihan yang beragam. Berdasarkan data Top brand Index Mie Sedaap kemasan bag memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 13,5% di tahun 2013, kemudian di tahun 2014 naik menjadi 14,4%, lalu di tahun 2015 naik menjadi 15,9%. Kategori promosi diketahui sebesar 52% menyatakan cukup menarik. Variabel brand equity berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 51,2%. Variabel promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 19,2%. Variabel brand equity dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 51,2%. Hal ini berarti menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik brand equity dan promosi, maka diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian

Simpedes is one of the savings products offered by BRI for the village community which then extends to the urban community using the savings products. However, customers of Simpedes savings product at BRI Unit Tugu Semarang have decreased. This is due to several complaints on customer ratings on Simpedes product services. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction in customers of savings products Simpedes BRI Unit Tugu Semarang.This type of research is explanatory research, the method of data collection using interviews, data collection tools using a questionnaire with a sample of 100 respondents, customers are saving on Simpedes savings products. The sampling technique by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed by using validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, T test, and F test with the help of SPSS 16.0 program.The results of this study can be concluded that partially these variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service Quality affects customer satisfaction with t count (7,568)> t table (1,9845). The value of customer influence on customer satisfaction with t count (8,373)> t table (1,9845). Simultaneously, the variable of service quality and customer value have an effect on customer satisfaction with result of F count (73,837) > F table (3,0902).Suggestions that can be given in the research is the BRI Tugu Unit need to improve the service quality by adding employees who assist customer transactions at the teller, adding facilities for space services such as chairs and drinking water and provide attractive interest rates on Simpedes savings products
Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan Terhadap Kemampuan Penyaluran Kredit Pada Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa Go Public
Bank as financial institution that serves as financial intermediary, necessary grades of healthy for know bank condition. Health or not a bank can see from bank financial performance. The ratio of financial analysis the content in financial performance a bank beneficial to do a prediction agains the provision of credits the future. With a good performance, the bank can do one of the main function is to give and distribute the credit to debitor. The troubles in this research is the presence of dissent from the result of further researches first and the phenomenon of bank lending has not been optimal. The research aims to find the empirical facts of the influence of financial performance with CAEL method to credit loan.The research belongs to “explanatory research”. Analytical method used in this research is a simple regression test to the test partially the significance test using t test and regression test to simultaneously test for the significance test using the F test. Object in this research is a national private commercial banks foreign exchange 2010-2012. Number of samples used were 21 bank in the sample.Result and discussion indicate from partial test show the CAR and NPL variables have negative influence and significance to the credit distribution. ROE variable has positive influence and significance to the credit distribution. For ROA and LDR variables does not influence to the credit distribution. While based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis tests (F test) showen that the CAR, NPL, ROA, ROE and LDR has a significant influence on the credit distribution. The result of coefficient determinated is 0,337. This suggests that the major influence of the independent variable is CAR, NPL, ROA, ROE and LDR of the dependent variable (credit distribution) of 33,7%, while the remaining 66,3% can be explained by other variables outside this model.Suggestion that can be conveyed based on the result analysis indicated that the management of the bank necessary attention to CAR and NPL. Because both the ratio of the bank financial is variable the most dominan in effecting a decrease in credit distribution. It is a need to study further about factor influence to credit distribution, from internal or external factors a bank
The Effect of Product Design, Price and Location Toward Purchase Decision Study of Bukit Mutiara Jaya Semarang
Purchasing behavior approach, Shoham and Dalakas said physical factors can influence costumer purchases. This study establishes the design of the product, the price and location as the house base purchasing decisions. This means the product design factors, the price, and the location is the basis of consumer consideration before deciding to buy a house in a residential Bukit Mutiara Jaya Semarang. This type of research is explanatory research, by using a self questionnaire administrator as the data research. The tools used are interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study are those who buy and simultaneously inhabit a residential home in Bukit Mutiara Jaya Semarang. Calculation of the sample using non-probability sampling technique, the type used is purposive sampling with respondents 86 people. Analysis of the data used is linear regression analysis. The conclusion from this study is that there is influence between product design, price and location of the house buying decisions in the Bukit Mutiara Jaya Semarang. Product design influence by 18,9%, price by 25,4% and location by 18%. Jointly influence the design of the product, the price and the location of 28% while 72% is influenced by other factors. Advice: the company must conduct periodic evaluation and improvement of the design of the product to be made so that a better product in the eyes of the consumer, the price set by the developer to be more attractive and viable for the consumer as well as the location of housing that must be considered by both the developer of the facilities and infrastructure, access, as well as the need for clean water is a strategic location in order to be trusted by consumers
