Efek Analgesik Kombinasi Kurkumin dan Parasetamol pada Mencit yang Diinduksi Asam Asetat menggunakan Isobologram (The Analgesic Effect of Combination of Curcumin and Paracetamol in Acetic acid-induced Mice using Isobolograms)
Paracetamol is a drug that classified as NSAID and commonly used as analgesic agent. These drugs have toxic effects that lead to liver damage. This effects caused by accumulation the metabolite compound of paracetamol, N-acetyl-p-benzoquinone (NAPQI), by cytochrome P450 enzyme. Some studies reported that curcumin have analgesic effects and inhibit action of cytochrome P450 enzyme. The purpose of this study was to determine the analgesic effect of curcumin and paracetamol combination in 27 acetic-acid induced mice. The result of this study showed that 2358,815 µg of curcumin and paracetamol combination can inhibit pain up to 50%. This result is smaller than paracetamol that need 4200 µg to achieve the same pain inhibition. One Way Annova test showed siginificant difference between paracetamol group and combination group. Isobolographic analysis results showed curcumin and paracetamol have synergistic properties in mice acetic-acid induced pain.

Pemicuan Pendidikan Kecakapan Hidup Anak Era Pandemi di Sumbersari Jember
Covid-19 telah berdampak dalam berbagai sektor yang salah satunya adalah sektor pendidikan. Sistem pembelajaran yang semula dilaksanakan secara tatap muka di sekolah, sekarang digantikan dengan sistem pembelajaran jarak jauh atau yang disebut dengan sistem pembelajaran daring. Sistem belajar daring memiliki dampak lain seperti yang terjadi di Kelurahan Sumbersari, Kecamatan Sumbersari, Kabupaten Jember, yang mana anak-anak selama proses belajar daring hanya mendapatkan tugas dari guru. Selain itu anak-anak juga lebih banyak melakukan aktivitas yang kurang produktif. KKN Back to Village yang diselenggarakan oleh Universitas Jember tahun 2020, mahasiswa hadir dengan tujuan untuk memberikan inovasi pembelajaran anak disaat covid-19. Fokus utama dalam kegiatan KKN ini yaitu pendidikan kecakapan hidup bagi anak terutama anak sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan berupa sosialisasi, presentasi, pelatihan dan permainan. Hasil yang dicapai dalam kegiatan ini yaitu terbentuknya anak yang tangguh, mandiri, aktif dan kreatif melalui pendidikan kecakapan hidup

Pandemi covid-19 sudah berlangsung sejak ditemukannya kasus pertama pada tanggal 2 Maret 2020 lalu di Indonesia. Diterapkannya kebijakan “Study From Home” banyak menuai kontroversi antar kalangan masyarakat. Kurang adanya inovasi dalam menjalankan kegiatan belajar mengajar seringkali menimbulkan keresahan. Banyaknya tugas yang diembankan pada siswa menghasilkan berbagai keluhan diantaranya; siswa menjadi malas belajar, tidak disiplin waktu, bosan, bahkan dapat menimbulkan stres. Melihat kondisi tersebut, program “Belajar dan Berkarya” diharapkan menjadi sebuah alternatif belajar anak di masa pandemi Covid-19 sekaligus membangun kecakapan hidup sejak dini
PENDAMPINGAN DAN INOVASI PRODUKSI MINUMAN HERBAL PENJAGA IMUNITAS KHAS NGAWI JAWA TIMUR
The spread of Covid-19 has widened to have an impact in rural areas, one of which is Geneng village, Geneng District, Ngawi Regency. Many of the people of Geneng village are affected in various areas of their livelihood, including as employees of a textile factory, bridal makeup, school canteen keepers, building contractors (migrants) so that the village community becomes unemployed. The condition of the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic is also very worrying in the health sector, the need for all elements to maintain body immunity. The Back To Villange Real Work Lecture Program at the University of Jember provides concrete evidence of providing entrepreneurial empowerment for people affected by Covid-19 with the herbal beverage entrepreneurial innovation work program "JABAL". The method is carried out with several work programs including the introduction of target communities, manufacturing products, marketing products, and making kkn classes. Introduction of target communities by providing socialization of work programs, K3 training with target communities. Products produced that have collaborated with the target community consist of 5 variants, namely ginger, kencur, turmeric, ginger and wedang uwuh. The manufacture is in collaboration with five target village communities and the recipe for the product is obtained from recipes derived from their ancestors. Product packaging also needs to be paid attention to where the product packaging includes three things, namely brand, packaging and label. Product marketing is carried out online and offline. Pendampingan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Digital Untuk Meningkatkan Pemasaran Toko Roti Di Pabian Sumenep
Adanya pandemi virus covid-19 di Indonesia sejak bulan maret 2020 lalu sangat terasa dampaknya pada sektor perekonomian di Indonesia, tak terkecuali pada desa Pabian Kabupaten Sumenep. Masyarakat terkena dampak seperti kehilangan pekerjaan, daya beli masyarakat pun berkurang. Begitu juga dengan pendapatan sebagian masyarakat di desa Pabian yang sebagian bermata pencaharian sebagai pedagang. Alhasil dagangan menjadi sepi pelanggan karena adanya kebijakan sosial distancing yang membuat masyarakat membatasi diri untuk keluar rumah. Keadaan tersebut membuat perekonomian masyarakat di desa Pabian terganggu. Contohnya pada salah seorang masyarakat yang memiliki usaha roti rumahan Warung Soeka. Melalui program KKN UNEJ back to village ini, diharapkan mampu membantu masyarakat bertahan dalam masa pandemi ini maupun untuk periode yang berkelanjutan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Hal ini bisa dilakukan dengan mengembangkan inovasi pembuatan roti yang bervariasi, pengemasan yang baik, serta penjualan yang efektif dengan memanfaatkan digital marketing pada E-commerce maupun media sosial sebagai sarana strategi penjualan
Inisiasi Pelatihan Tari Sebagai Terapi Pereda Depresi Anak Saat Pandemi Di Taddan Sampang
Permasalahan yang ada di Desa Taddan Kecamatan Camplong Kabupaten Sampang, Jawa Timur yaitu Anak sekolah mengalami depresi yang diakibatkan lamanya pembelajaran daring saat COVID-19. Depresi merupakan gangguan mental sangat berbahaya dapat mengakibatkan bunuh diri. Tujuan pelatihan terapi tari untuk mengetahui mengurangi depresi pada anak di desa Taddan Kecamatan Camplong Kabupaten Sampang. Metode yang digunakan pada pelatihan ini yaitu melakukan diskusi dengan orang tua dan anak terkait masalah psikososial anak, pendidikan kesehatan terkait depresi dan terapi tari, serta latihan tari secara langsung. Jumlah peserta pelatihan 5 orang dan melakukan pengsisian kuisioner pretest dan post-test. Hasil evaluasi pelatihan yaitu tingkat depresi berkurang pada anak di Desa Taddan Kecamatan Camplong Kabupaten Sampang. Depression is a very dangerous mental disorder that can lead to suicide. The aim of dance therapy training is to find out how to reduce depression in children in Taddan Village, Camplong District, Sampang Regency. The method used in this study is to conduct discussions with parents and children regarding children's psychosocial problems, health education related to depression and dance therapy, and direct dance training. The number of training participants was 5 people and completed the pretest and post-test questionnaires. The results of the evaluation of training showed that the level of depression was reduced in children in Taddan Village, Camplong District, Sampang Regency. Efek Hepatoprotektif Ekstrak Etanol Brokoli (Brassica oleracea L. var. italica) terhadap Kadar Malondialdehid Hepar Tikus Wistar yang Diinduksi DMBA (Hepatoprotective Effect of Ethanolic Extract of Broccoli (Brassica oleracea L. var. italica) on Liver Ma
DMBA (7,12-Dimethylbenz(α)antracene) is a prototype of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) which is present in automobile exhaust, cigarette smoke, and wood stoves. DMBA is converted into its reactive metabolites DMBA-DE and cause liver cell membrane lipid peroxidation, which results in an increased of liver malondialdehyde (MDA) levels. Broccoli contains flavonoid that able to prevent lipid peroxidation. The current study was conducted to find out the different hepatoprotective effect of ethanolic extract of broccoli against DMBA-induced hepatotoxicity in wistar rats using liver MDA as a marker. A total of 24 male wistar rats were divided into six groups, consisting of normal control (distilled water), negative control (DMBA), and treatment (ethanolic extract of broccoli in doses of 250, 500, 1000, and 2000 mg/kgBW). Rats were treated for 7 days prior to a single dose of DMBA on the 8th day of treatment. Liver tissue samples were taken on the 12th day for measurement of liver MDA levels. Data were analyzed using One Way ANOVA followed by Post Hoc Test LSD. The present study showed significant differences on liver MDA levels between groups (p<0.001). This study concluded that there were different hepatoprotective effects of ethanolic extract of broccoli treatment on liver MDA levels in wistar rats induced by DMBA.

Pengaruh Pemberian Ekstrak Etanol Brokoli (Brassica oleracea) terhadap Kadar SGOT dan SGPT Tikus Wistar yang Diinduksi DMBA (The Effect of Ethanolic Extract of Broccoli (Brassica oleracea) on SGOT and SGPT of Wistar Rats Induced by DMBA)
DMBA is a product of incomplete burning which can cause free radicals in human. The metabolism of DMBA by Cytochrome P450 in liver causes hepatocyte DNA damage and decrease endogenous antioxidant. Broccoli contains flavonoid which can act as an antioxidant by inhibiting formation of free radicals through hydrogen atom donation to free radicals. This research aimed to analyze the effect of ethanolic extract of broccoli on SGOT and SGPT of wistar rats induced by DMBA. This research used 24 rats divided into six groups: control group, negative control group, and four treatment groups with broccoli ethanolic extract of 250 mg/kgBW, 500 mg/kgBW, 1000 mg/kgBW, and 2000 mg/kgBW for 7 days. The SGOT and SGPT levels of control group were 70,36 U/L and 33,97 U/L; negative control group 107,16 U/L and 56,21 U/L; the first treatment 101,50 U/L and 49,33 U/L; the second treatment 85,32 U/L and 43,67 U/L; the third treatment 84,11 U/L and 40,84 U/L; and the fourth treatment 81,28 U/L and 35,18 U/L. The result of One Way Annova test for SGOT was p=0,012 while SGPT was p=0,003. In this study, ethanolic extract of broccoli could protect hepatocyte by decreasing SGOT and SGPT levels.
