    Program Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) bertujuan untuk menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperoleh di bangku perkuliahan ke dalam kehidupan masyarakat, dalam hal ini masyarakat sekolah. Dengan program PPL ini diharapkan mahasiswa dapat menjadi calon tenaga pendidik yang memiliki nilai, sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan profesional. Dalam pelaksanaan PPL yang bertempat di SMP N 2 Mlati, mahasiswa maos wacana beraksara Jawa dan nulis karangan serta cariyos wayang kelas VIII C dan VIII D. Persiapan mengajar yang dibutuhkan berupa observasi kelas, konsultasi dengan guru pembimbing, pembuatan media pembelajaran, dan pembuatan RPP. Program kegiatan PPL di SMP N 2 Mlati mulai dari tanggal 10 Agustus 2015 sampai dengan tanggal 12 September 2015 antara lain mahasiswa dapat menerapkan dan mengembangkan kompetensi keguruan dan kependidikan yang diperoleh selama kuliah di UNY dengan baik. Mahasiswa mendapat kesempatan 8 kali pertemuan di kelas, 2 kali pengadaan ulangan harian, dan 2 kali mengajar insidental. Hasil pelaksanaan PPL tersebut dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar berkat adanya bimbingan dan arahan dari guru pembimbing serta dosen pembimbing selama praktik mengajar serta peran aktif peserta didik selama berlangsungnya KBM. Selain itu terlaksananya program PPL ini tidak terlepas dari dukungan dan bantuan dari pihak sekolah yang telah memberikan keluasan kesempatan kepada para mahasiswa PPL untuk mengembangkan potensi yang dimilikinya

    KARAKTERISTIK RETAK AWAL BETON STRUKTURAL MUTU K-175 MELALUI PENGUJIAN ENERGI FRAKTUR BERDASARKAN RILEM TC-50 FMC (SEBAGAI IMPLEMENTASI MATA KULIAH TEKNOLOGI BETON)

    Beton struktural mutu K-175 didefinisikan sebagai beton dengan yang biasa digunakan sebagai material struktur seperti konstruksi perumahan, proyek infrastruktur skala kecil, dan pekerjaan renovasi. Bangunan dapat dikatakan kokoh apabila struktur bangunan tersebut dapat menahan beban yang bekerja pada bangunan tersebut tanpa terjadi keruntuhan. Keruntuhan awal yang tercipta akibat struktur bangunan yang tidak kokoh yaitu keretakan. Dalam rangka untuk mendapatkan energi yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat retak pada suatu luasan beton, maka perlu dilakukannya penelitian tentang energi fraktur beton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah energi yang diperlukan dalam mencapai keretakan yang terjadi pada beton struktural mutu K-175 pada balok berdimensi 100 x 100 x 850 mm dengan lebar takik 6 mm sedalam 50 mm. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Three Point Bending Test (3-PBT) seperti yang direkomendasikan RILEM (Reunion Internationale des Laboratoires et Experts des Materiaux, Systemes de Construction et Ouvrages) Technical Committee-50 Fracture Mechanics of Concrete. Pembuatan benda uji dan pengujian kuat tekan dilakukan di Laboratorium Teknik Sipil Universitas Indonesia, dan pengujian energi fraktur dilakukan di Laboratorium Teknik Mesin Universitas Indonesia. Pengujian berat isi pada silinder beton mutu K-175 dengan diameter 100 mm dan tinggi 200 mm menunjukan nilai berat isi silinder berturut-turut sebesar 2323.728 kg/m3, 2344.474 kg/m3, 2331,858 kg/m3 dan berat isi rata-rata sebesar 2333,353 kg/m3. Sesuai dengan SNI 03-2834-2000, nilai tersebut sudah mencukupi dalam syarat beton normal yaitu dengan berat isi sebesar 2200-2500 kg/m3. Pengujian kuat tekan pada silinder beton umur 28 hari mutu K-175 dengan diameter 100 mm dan tinggi 200 mm menunjukan nilai kuat tekan berturut-turut berturut-turut sebesar 17.9 MPa, 12.2 MPa, 13.3 MPa dan kuat tekan rata-rata sebesar 14,5 MPa. Hasil kuat tekan pada beton mutu K-175 tercapai kuat tekan rencana yaitu sebesar 14,5 MPa. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian energi fraktur beton mutu K-175 pada umur 7 hari berbentuk balok bertakik 6 mm ukuran 100 mm x 100 mm x 850 mm menghasilkan energi fraktur sebesar 66,22 N/m. Kata kunci: beton struktural mutu K-175, retak awal, energi fraktur, RILEM. ***** Structural concrete of K-175 quality is defined as concrete that is commonly used as a structural material such as housing construction, small-scale infrastructure projects, and reconstruction work. A building can be said to be sturdy if the building structure is able to withstand the loads acting on the building without collapsing. The initial collapse that was created due to a building structure that was not sturdy, namely cracks. In order to get the energy needed to make cracks in an area of concrete, it is necessary to do research on the fracture energy of concrete. This study aims to determine the amount of energy required to achieve cracks that occur in structural concrete of K-175 quality on beams with dimensions of 100 x 100 x 850 mm with a notch width of 6 mm and a depth of 50 mm. The method used is the Three Point Bending Test (3-PBT) as recommended by RILEM (Reunion Internationale des Laboratoires et Experts des Materiaux, Systemes de Construction et Ouvrages) Technical Committee-50 Fracture Mechanics of Concrete. The manufacture of specimens and compressive strength tests were carried out at the Civil Engineering Laboratory, University of Indonesia, and fracture energy testing was carried out at the Mechanical Engineering Laboratory, University of Indonesia. The unit weight test on K-175 quality concrete cylinders with a diameter of 100 mm and a height of 200 mm showed the value of the cylinder's contents weight respectively 2323.728 kg/m3, 2344.474 kg/m3, 2331.858 kg/m3 and an average unit weight of 2333.353 kg/m3. In accordance with SNI 03-2834-2000, this value is sufficient in terms of normal concrete, namely with a unit weight of 2200-2500 kg/m3. The compressive strength test on concrete cylinders aged 28 days with quality K-175 with a diameter of 100 mm and a height of 200 mm showed a compressive strength value of 17.9 MPa, 12.2 MPa, 13.3 MPa and an average compressive strength of 14.5 MPa. The results of the compressive strength of K-175 quality concrete achieved the design compressive strength of 14.5 MPa. Based on the results of fracture energy testing of K-175 quality concrete at 7 days of age in the form of a 6 mm notched beam measuring 100 mm x 100 mm x 850 mm it produces a fracture energy of 66.22 N/m.     Application of Supply Chain Performance Measurement in Scor Model at Building Project

    The supply chain has become a priority subject of management research and manufacturing theory in recent years. It has also become an interesting topic in the construction industry. Construction supply chain management is more concerned with the coordination of discrete quantities of materials delivered to a specific construction project. Currently, in some building project, there has been no standard indicators in measuring the performance of the supply chain. Therefore, further research is needed to define the performance indicators there. One of supply chain performance measurement model is Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). The SCOR model provides a unique framework that links performance metrics, processes, best practices, and people into a unified structure. The objective of the study is to define the application of SCOR in construction project. There are 11 Key Performance Indicator (KPI) on the SCOR model that could be used as an supply chain performance indicator in construction project. The research method of this study is by conducting a questionnaire to the project manager and material supplier to determine how the indicators are applied in building projects. The result of the study is the definition of each KPI at building project which facilitates understanding of construction stakeholders to measure the performance of the supply chain

    Supply Chain Performance Measurement Framework for Construction Materials: Micro Meso Macro

    Productivity is a challenge in the construction industry, commonly initiated by fragmentation. In addition, some work levels have been identified, including the micro, meso, and macro. However, the construction supply chain is one of the possible solutions adopted to increase productivity. The purpose of this study, therefore, is to develop a framework for measuring supply chain construction performance at the micro, meso, and macro levels. These respective stages are tiered from the bottom to the top level as a supply chain management concept. Furthermore, a design for the supply chain performance measurement framework is created, followed by formulation with KPI, and the consequent application in the project. Therefore, performance is evaluated based on the construction materials, as a large resource. The results identified the supply chain performance at the micro-level as the basis for possible measures between contractor and supplier, using the SCOR. However, the emphasis was made on the strength of construction companies with large suppliers at the meso level. Meanwhile, the macro-level includes the accumulation of related measurements from micro as well as meso, and are consequently used to define the relationship between construction actors at the national level

    Berkah Jaya merupakan salah satu Industri Skala Rumah Tangga yang memproduksi tepung bumbu serbaguna. Daerah pemasaran meliputi Purbalingga, Banjarnegara, Pemalang dan Banyumas. Kapasitas produksi dalam sehari rata-rata menghabiskan bahan tepung 125 kg. Saat ini pembuatan tepung bumbu masih dikerjakan secara manual dengan tenaga manusia dan alat sederhan seperti ember, centong mengaduk, saringan, timbangan dan chiler packing. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah kemampuan produksi belum memenuhi permintaan pasar dan kualitas campuran kurang homogen. Proses waktu yang lama dan membutuhkan banyak tenaga kerja jika dikerjakan secara manual. Hal ini merupakan permasalahan yang secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi efisiensi produksi. Penerapan teknologi tepat guna pengaturan kecepatan motor modifikasi elektro mekanik untuk proses pengadukan bahan baku diharapkan akan memberikan solusi bagi permasalahan ini.     TEKNIK BUDIDAYA HIDROPONIK DENGAN SISTEM WICK

    Counseling activities in hydroponic cultivation of the wick system are an effort to implement family food security programs, one of which is by utilizing existing yard land and can increase family income. The problem that exists until now in farmers and the community of Kaulon Village, Sutojayan District, Blitar Regency, is the lack of awareness in utilizing yard land, as the problem is the method that will be given, namely 1. providing counseling in the form of providing material with lectures on hydroponic cultivation and how to use yard land so that it can be used as additional income for exit 2. hands-on practice in manufacturing hydroponic wick systems. The results of the activity showed that the community and farmers had high enthusiasm in carrying out hydroponic cultivation of the wick system by utilizing yard land, as can be seen from the 30 invited participants who attended, 90% of participants actively asked questions and the discussion went well. In making hydroponics, participants were able to carry out activities well, ranging from material preparation, tool preparation, hydroponic making to planting vegetable crops
