    Sistem penggajian yang berlaku saat ini umumnya berdasarkan pada standar UMR yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah, yang mana proses perhitungan penggajiannya lebih didasarkan pada seniorhas (lama waktu bekerja) untuk menentukan kenaikan gaji karyawannya, menjadi tolak ukur penulis untuk memperbaiki sistem penggajian tersebut dengan menggunakan implementasi dari metode Contribution Related Payyang sistem penilaiannya berdasarkan Job Performancedan Kemampuan Pribadi masing-masing karyawannya. Proses awal yang perlu dilakukan adalah penyusunan penilaian Job Performance yang berisi tentang deskripsi tugas dan bidang tugas pokok pekerja. Proses selanjutnya adalah penyusunan Kompetensi Perilaku/Kemampuan Pribadi yang berisi tentang soft competenceatau soft skill. Rancangan sistem penggajiannya, melihat dari nilai keseluruhan yang diperoleh oleh masing-masing karyawan dengan menggunakan metode Contribution Related Pay. Setelah melakukan pertimbangan dari rangenilai keseluruhan yang diperoleh karyawan maka akan didapat besarnya Tunjangan Kinerja Individu (TKI) masing-masing. Dengan proses penghitungan penggajian karyawan melalui sistem, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hingga 10% gaji karyawan

Data mining merupakan penambangan atau penemuan informasi baru dengan mencari pola atau aturan tertentu dari sejumlah data dalam jumlah besar yang diharapkan dapat mengatasi kondisi tersebut. Dengan memanfaatkan data nasabah kredit yang non pearforming (bermasalah), diharapkan dapat menghasilkan informasi tentang tingkat kredit yang bermasalah dengan data nasabah kredit yang non pearforming (bermasalah) melalui teknik data mining. Kategori tingkat kredit dapat di ambil dari data yang telah di dapat dari Bank.     This research aims to analyze and demonstrate the principal's leadership style in planning each school program; carry out the implementation of school programs; supervise school programs; evaluate the performance of teachers and school programs; and overcoming obstacles and supports in the implementation and design of school programs. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach or method. Through case studies that directly see, analyze and research at SDN Bojong Rawalumbu VI. This study also uses data collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies, data analysis using qualitative analysis with activity steps; reduction; presentation of field data; drawing conclusions and verifying. The results of this study indicate that: school principal planning includes, namely: compiling various annual school programs; carry out the implementation of learning programs and the vision and mission that have been designed, carried out routinely and efficiently; carry out clinical supervision or in-depth supervision of teacher performance; evaluating teacher programs and performance so that they are in line with the school program plans that have been made; overcoming obstacles that occur in the implementation of school programs and always involving all stakeholders or members of the school community in supporting the school's vision and mission to improve the quality of education and teacher performance at SDN Bojong Rawalumbu VI

    Dalam proses perencanaan resource allocation ada banyak kendala yang diakibatkan dari berbedanya tingkat kerumitan tiap proyek. Oleh karena itu diperlukan aplikasi program yang sesuai dengan berbagai macam kebutuhan Perusahaan/ latar belakang pengguna dalam membantu merencanakan resource allocation. Diantara berbagai software yang ada sekarang ini Microsoft Project dan Primavera adalah aplikasi program profesional yang masih berkembang dan paling sering digunakan oleh project planner, project control, scheduler, project manager, estimator, dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini membandingkan kelebihan dan kelemahan kedua software dalam hal resource leveling dengan memakai pendekatan studi literatur, mengintepretasikandalam software, menggunakan semua fitur aplikasi program yang tersedia, dan kemudian membandingkan kedua software berdasarkan 3 dari 12 kategori menurut J. D. Witt dalam hal resource leveling sebagai kerangka dasar penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan keduanya memiliki kemampuan yang relatif sama. Di satu pihak, Microsoft Project memiliki keunggulan antara lain lebih user friendly, tidak memerlukan waktu yang lama dalam menyelesaikan hubungan antar aktivitas, mengatur resources yang akan direncanakan hingga menyelesaikan resource leveling. Sedangkan, Primavera baik dalam menampilkan grafik resource dan kurva S, dan sangat disarankan untuk pengguna professional

    Development of a solar radiation sensor system with pyranometer

    Solar energy is a result of the nuclear fusion process in the form of a series of thermonuclear events that occur in the Sun's core. Solar radiation has a significant impact on the lives of all living things on earth. The uses, as mentioned earlier, are when the solar radiation received requires a certain amount and vice versa. As a result, a more accurate instrument of solar radiation is required. A specific instrument is typically used to measure solar radiation parameters. There are four solar radiation parameters: diffusion radiation, global radiation, direct radiation, and solar radiation duration. Thus, it needs to use many devices to measure radiation data. The paper designs to measure all four-radiation data by pyranometer with particular modification and shading device. This design results have a high correlation with a global standard with a value of R=0.73, diffusion with a value of R=0.60 and a sufficiently strong direct correlation with a value of R=0.56. It can be said that the system is much simpler, making it easier to monitor and log the various solar radiation parameters

The population of this research is every non financial company listed in the BEI at the year 2009-2013. The samples were obtained by using the purposive sampling method until only 23 companies were qualified as samples. The research used regression analysis method to find out effect of independent variables, which are liquidity, ownership structure, and dividend policy to the capital structure of the company. The result of this research shows that the variable liquidity, ownership structure, and dividend policy has negative significant effect to the capital structure. So, liquidity, ownership structure, and dividend policy have significant effect to the capital structure of non financial companies listed in the BEI at year 2009-2013

    Desain alternatif Jembatan Musi III menggunakan Sistem Multi-Span Cable-Stayed dengan Fishbone Model

    Pada Tugas Akhir ini membahas mengenai desain alternatif jembatan Musi III yang terdiri dari jembatan utama berupa Multi-span Cable-stayed. Jembatan ini memiliki panjang 960 m yang terbagi dalam 3 bentang utama dengan masing-masing panjang 240 m dan 2 bentang tepi dengan masing-masing panjang 120 m. Konfigurasi kabel jembatan menggunakan fan pattern dengan posisi kabel two inclined planes system. Jembatan memiliki lebar lantai kendaraan 20,5 m (4/UD), lantai kendaraan didesain lebar agar jembatan tahan terhadap efek aerodinamis. Adapun hasil dari perencanaan ini dibatasi hanya pada elemen uperstructure. Dalam pembahasan ini lantai kendaraan di desain berupa plat beton dengan steeldeck, sedangkan gelagarnya menggunakan balok komposit dan box baja non-komposit. Kemudian stay cable tersusun atas 7-wire strand berdiameter 15,2 mm. Sedangkan pylon didesain menggunakan material beton bertulang. Untuk permodelan struktur utama menggunakan analisa fishbone model dengan pembebanan statis dan dinamis, selanjutnya analisa metode pelaksanaan (staging analysis) menggunakan metode demolishing procedure melalui backward solution dengan menggunakan program bantu MIDAS/Civil. Pembebanan staging analysis adalah berupa reaksi perletakan form traveler akibat berat sendiri dan lantai kendaraan yang diangkat. Selanjutnya jembatan juga dianalisa stabilitas aerodinamis yang meliputi kontrol terhadap frekuensi alami, efek flutter, dan juga vortex-shedding. ================================================================= This final project aimed to discuss about the alternative design of Musi III bridge which consist of main bridge in the form of Multi-span Cable-stayed. This bridge has span of 960 m and it divided into 3 main spans with each length of 240 m and 2 side spans with each length of 120 m. Cable bridge configuration using fan pattern with two inclined planes system. The deck of bridge has width of 20,5 m (4/UD), deck was designed as wide deck, so the bridge can resist to aerodynamic effects. The result of this final project was restricted to the uperstructure element. In this design, the deck of bridge consist of concrete slab with steeldeck, the girders wasusing composite beam and non-composite steel box. Then stay cable is made up of 7-wire strand with diameter of 15,2 mm. While the pylon designed using reinforced concrete material. For the main structure modeling was using fishbone model analysis with static load and dynamic load. Staging analysis was using demolishing procedure method through backward solution using MIDAS/Civil program. The load of staging analysis was taken from form-traveler joint reaction due to its self weight and the deck that lifted by formtraveler. Then, the bridge also analyzed aerodinamic stability which include control of natural frequency, flutter effect, and also vortex shedding effect
