SUPERVISI MANAJERIAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENGELOLAAN SEKOLAH YANG EFEKTIF
This study aims to determine planning as a fundamental function in management. This research is a type of qualitative research whose research method produces descriptive data obtained from various books, articles and journals related to managerial supervision in increasing effective school management. The discussion of this research discusses several things including; (1) Definition of managerial supervision, (2) Principles of managerial supervision, (3) Methods of managerial supervision, (4) Implementation of managerial supervision, (5) objectives of managerial supervision. Managerial supervision in the context of education has a very important role in promoting effective learning in schools. Managerial supervision involves school principals and other school staff in managing various aspects of education that contribute to the quality of learning. The purpose of this study is to understand the concept of managerial supervision and the role of supervision in its implementation so that it can contribute to increasing effective learning in schools. In this study, a literature study and literature analysis was carried out to collect information and understanding of managerial supervision in the educational context. The results of the study show that managerial supervision can have a positive influence in increasing effective school management. Through managerial supervision, school principals can carry out effective supervision and management of educational aspects, such as curriculum, student affairs, infrastructure, school and community relations, financial administration, personnel, culture and school environment. In its implementation, managerial supervision requires a systematic and planned approach. Principals need to have good managerial skills in managing and leading school staff, as well as implementing effective supervision practices. In addition, managerial supervision also requires good collaboration and communication between school principals, teachers and other school staff.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan sebagai fungsi fundamental dalam manajemen. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang metode penelitiannya menghasilkan data deskriptif yang diperoleh dari berbagai buku, artikel dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan supervisi manajerial dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan sekolah yang efektif. Pembahasan penelitian ini membahas beberapa hal diantaranya; (1) Pengertian supervisi manajerial, (2) Prinsip-prinsip supervisi manajerial, (3) Metode supervisi manajerial, (4) Implementasi supervisi manajerial, (5) sasaran supervisi manajerial. Supervisi manajerial dalam konteks pendidikan memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran yang efektif di sekolah. Supervisi manajerial melibatkan kepala sekolah dan staf sekolah lainnya dalam mengelola berbagai aspek pendidikan yang berkontribusi terhadap kualitas pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami konsep supervisi manajerial dan peran supervisi dalam implementasinya sehingga dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran yang efektif di sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan studi pustaka dan analisis literatur untuk mengumpulkan informasi dan pemahaman tentang supervisi manajerial dalam konteks pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi manajerial dapat memberikan pengaruh positif dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan sekolah yang efektif. Melalui supervisi manajerial, kepala sekolah dapat melakukan pengawasan dan pengelolaan yang efektif terhadap aspek-aspek pendidikan, seperti kurikulum, kesiswaan, sarana prasarana, hubungan sekolah dan masyarakat, administrasi keuangan, personalia, budaya, dan lingkungan sekolah. Dalam implementasinya, supervisi manajerial membutuhkan pendekatan yang sistematis dan terencana. Kepala sekolah perlu memiliki keterampilan manajerial yang baik dalam mengelola dan memimpin staf sekolah, serta menerapkan praktik supervisi yang efektif. Selain itu, supervisi manajerial juga memerlukan kolaborasi dan komunikasi yang baik antara kepala sekolah, guru, dan staf sekolah lainnya
EXPLORATION OF EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCES OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP IN SHAPING JOB SATISFACTION AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT
Leadership plays a significant role in shaping employee experiences in the workplace, especially in creating an environment that supports satisfaction and organizational commitment. The interaction between leaders and employees not only influences work motivation but also determines the level of individual loyalty and attachment to the organization. Therefore, a deep understanding of the dynamics of leadership and its impact on employees is essential in efforts to improve organizational performance and sustainability. This study aims to explore how transformational leadership influences employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment through their experiences and interactions in the workplace. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach that allows for an in-depth analysis of employee perceptions and experiences related to leadership in their organizations. Data were obtained from various relevant sources, such as previous research results, and then systematically analyzed to identify key patterns and findings. The results showed that effective leadership plays a role in creating a sense of belonging and employee attachment to the organization. Support, appreciation, and good communication from leaders increase employee job satisfaction and motivation. In addition, responsive and empathetic leadership contributes to long-term employee commitment, which ultimately has an impact on improving organizational performance and stability
ICT-Based Learning Management at Al-Hikmah Integrated Islamic High School, Maros District
This study is motivated by the importance of technology-based learning management in the digital era, which presents challenges for schools in integrating ICT. The aim of this research is to analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of technology-based learning management at SMAS Islam Terpadu Al-Hikmah Maros Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to illustrate the application of technology-based learning management at the school. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation involving school principals, vice principals, teachers, staff, and students. The data were analyzed through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that planning is conducted by identifying technological needs, planning learning strategies that integrate ICT, and developing ICT infrastructure, including devices and networks. Implementation involves infrastructure, using digital platforms, and providing training teachers to optimize technology in learning, including ICT-based exams. Evaluation is carried out through classroom observations, analysis of student learning outcomes, and evaluation meetings to gather feedback and formulate follow-up actions. In conclusion, this study contributes to the development of ICT-based education management, with the implication that school principals need to support technology development and training for educators, educators must be creative in using ICT, students need to be more independent, and parents are expected to support by providing devices and participating in school activities
History of Islamic Civilization during the Prophethood (610-633 AD)
The history of Islamic Civilization during the Prophethood (610-633 AD) is very important to study. This paper aims to understand three things: first, the concrete form of the development of Islam; Second, the factors that influence the development of Islam; The three implications that affect the development of Islam. The method used is library research. Literature study using articles as the primary data source and journals that have been selected according to the relevance of the title. The most important findings in research on the history of Islamic civilization during the Prophetic Period include three; First, the Prophet Muhammad received a prophetic treatise and then started preaching Islamic teachings amidst the misguidance of the Meccan Jahiliyah community. Second, the Islamic ummah is led by the best role model of all time, namely the Prophet Muhammad. In his leadership, Muhammad laid the foundation of social life (ukhuwah Islamiyah) of brotherhood among Muslims, bringing brotherhood between the Muhajirin who moved from Mecca to Medina and the residents of Medina ansar who embraced Islam and helped the Muhajirin. Third, the formation of Islamic civilization in 622 AD when the Prophet migrated from Mecca to Medina, and there was a major change in human history starting from Medina as the center of civilization. Studying the Islamic development of the Prophetic Period can broaden the body of knowledge, especially in the field of Islamic history and culture
