Studi Tentang Migrasi dan Implikasinya terhadap Kemiskinan di Kabupaten Pelalawan

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan gambaran tentang faktor-faktor yangmendorong terjadinya arus migrasi penduduk dan hubungan antara tingkat migrasidengan kemiskinan yang terjadi di Kabupaten Pelalawan;Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif-eksploratif. Metode Analisis data yangdigunakan adalah metode analisa kualitatif dipakai untuk menganalisis faktorpendorong, p^narik dan penghambat terjadinya arus migrasi. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa laju perkembangan penduduk di Kabupaten Pelalawan padadasamya disebabkan oleh tingginya arus migrasi masuk dan bukannya oleh tingkatangka kelahiran Secara umum arus migrasi tidak serta merta menambah indekskemiskinan di Pelalawan, hanya pada wilayah-wilayah pedalaman di KecamatanKerumutan dan Kecamatan Kuala Kampar diperoleh temuan bahwa cenderungmigrasi membuahkan kemiskinan, hal ini ditenggarai oleh para migran yangmemasuki kesempatan kerja sebagai buruh tani

Pengaruh Kemandirian Belajar dan Perhatian Orang Tua terhadap Prestasi Belajar Matematika

This study aims to prove the influence of independent learning and attention of parents towards mathematics achievement. The method used in this research is the analysis method using correlational survey. Samples were obtained by using simple random sampling technique as many as 90 students of class VIII SMP Private Setiabudi sub-district. The data collection is done with using questionnaires and written tests. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 20 is composed of a descriptive analysis, test data analysis requirements, and hypothesis testing. Test requirements analysis of the data used, the normality test, linearity and multicollinearity test. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that: (1) There is a significant positive effect on the independence of learning mathematics achievement; (2) There is a significant positive effect of parental attention to mathematics achievement; and (3) There is a significant positive effect between learning independence and parental supervision of mathematics achievement. Large donations learning independence and parental supervision of mathematics achievement of 45.3% of the remaining 54.7% was contributed by the other variables in addition to independent learning and attention from their parents

Gambaran Pengetahuan dan Sikap Menyikat Gigi pada Siswa-siswi dalam Mencegah Karies di Sdn 005 Bukit Kapur Dumai

Caries became one of the seriously medical problems for students especially for elementary school. Caries was demineralization of the tooth surface because of bacteria. This occured because of the deficiency of child knowledge for mouth and tooth healthy care. One kind of ways to took care of mouth and tooth healthy was to brushing teeth in an exact time and method. This study aim to described about knowledge and attitude to brushing teeth for students to prevent caries. This study has been done in SDN 005 Bukit Kapur Dumai with quantitative descriptive and cross sectional approchment. Samples for this study were students at IV, V and VI grade and amount of the samples at least 156 persons. The data was collected with interview using questionnaire. Based of the age there were (36,54%) at the age of 11 years old and female was (57,69%). The result of this study showed that most score for best knowledge grade was (69,87%) and positive attitude was (79,48%) and it was students at VI grade

The Acquisition Of Foreign-Language Drama and Its Relevance in Learning Appreciation of Literature Through Staging Drama (Case of Non Native Speakers)

Play performance is one of those teaching skills which challenge the students to think creatively to appreciate the literature. Here, the students are strived for thinking strong and evolving their creative thoughts in reviews or reviewing the foreign language’s play that has been seen in the dramatically play. Review or evaluation is a kind of students’ creativity through literature’s criticism that is related to the play’s manuscript or letters that has been performed. Type of this review or evaluation shows the students’ creative process and shows the students’ level of appreciation to the letters. Based on hypothesis, it is built an assumption that less interested students in appreciating the letters is related to the blind side of students’ appreciation level, including play. Although the students’ appreciation level to the play is difficult enough to be measured, but this early research hopefully can give satisfactory information about the right teaching methods or media to be used in leaning the letters’ appreciation. This research used plan of Action Research. As Class Action Research context, the word “action” was understood as activity that was arranged systematically to create a raising level of teaching process and educational practices in certain class condition. In practicing Action Research, there were 4 basics that have to be concerned; they were (a) Action plan, (b) Action realization, (c) Observation, and (d) Reflection. These four aspects were connected each other and continuous. The result of students’ learning in rewriting review of the letters by benefiting the dramatic phenomenon to be the main substance for measuring the students’ appreciation level and perception to the performed play. According to the result of the research, it could be concluded that the model of play performance could be one of students’ learning models in appreciating the letters

Pengaruh Pengalaman Audit dan Pengetahuan Audit terhadap Keahlian dalam Bidang Auditing pada Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (Bpk) RI Perwakilan Provinsi Riau

This study aims to examine the effect of auditors audit experience and auditors audit knowledge on auditors expertise of BPK RI delegation in Riau Province. The data collecting method used in this research is survey method by means of questionnaire instrument directly delivered to BPK RI delegation in Riau province. A total of 36 respondents (90%) collected and used in the analysis. Methods of analysis used in this study is the technique of multiple regression analysis version 17.0. Result of the study showed that the variables auditors audit experience and auditors audit knowledge effect on the auditor expertise. The magnitude of the effect caused by Adjusted R2 by two variables together 59.5% of the dependent variable, while the remaining 40.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keyword : auditor expertise, audits experience, and audits knowledge

Eksplorasi Etnomatematika Pada Permainan Tradisional Kelereng Di Kelurahan Bahagia, Babelan, Bekasi

Abstract : This study aims to identify and describe ethnomathematics in the traditional game of marbles in the Happy Village, Babelan District, Bekasi Regency, West Java. The research method used is ethnomathematics with the object of research being the traditional game of marbles. The data sources in this study consisted of: the research object, namely marbles games, sources, namely 3 elders, and related documents discussing marbles games. Data collection techniques are carried out through: observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research results obtained and data analysis, it is concluded that there are mathematical concepts in the game of marbles, namely: the concept of geometric shapes in the shape of marbles, the concept of flat geometry and trigonometry in the shape of the game area of ​​marbles, and the concept of opportunity and integer arithmetic operations in the implementation marble game..  Keywords: Ethnomatematics, Traditional Games, Marbles, Babelan Village

PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF MAKE A MATCH UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEAKTIFAN DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DALAM MATA PELAJARAN MEMAHAMI SIFAT DASAR SINYAL AUDIO KELAS X AUDIO VIDEO DI SMK NEGERI 1 SAPTOSARI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran Make A Match dalam (1) peningkatan keaktifan siswa dan (2) peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Memahami Sifat Dasar Sinyal Audio di kelas X Audio Video SMK Negeri 1 Saptosari. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas yang menggunakan model spiral Kemmis Taggart. Penelitian yang dilakukan terdiri atas dua siklus dimana setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Saptosari. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis data yaitu metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase keaktifan siswa pada pertemuan pertama siklus I sebesar 63,03%. Selanjutnya persentase keaktifan tersebut meningkat pada pertemuan kedua siklus I sebesar 69,69%. Pada pertemuan pertama siklus II, persentase keaktifan siswa sebesar 78,18%. Pada pertemuan kedua siklus II, persentase keaktifan siswa sebesar 85,85%

TEACHING AND LEARNING PERFORMANCE: THE PERCEPTION OF THE CERTIFIED ENGLISH TEACHERS

Abstract: This study was aimed at investigating the perception of the certified teachers of English toward their teaching and learning performance by finding out the most dominant indicators of performance in terms of planning and preparing, conducting learning process, and learning evaluation. This was a survey study involving seventy nine certified teachers of English at twenty two public senior high schools in Palembang. The data were obtained through a set of questionnaire. The percentage analysis was used as the technique for data analyses. The result of this study showed that the certified teachers of English tended to maintain their teaching and learning performance based on different dominant indicators based on their own professional development as certified teachers.It is suggested that the teachers (1) improve their competence which already represented through every indicators of teachers’ performance; (2) implement the theoretical knowledge they gained during certification into their teaching practices in classroom.
