Perancangan Enterprise Architecture dengan Framework Togaf ADM Pada RSUD Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalan
RSUD Syamrabu Bangkalan telah menggunakan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) yang dapat mendukung otomasi dan integrasi proses bisnis rumah sakit seperti administrasi, logistik dan farmasi, kasir, rekam medis, dan penunjang medis. Terdapat beberapa fungsi sistem informasi yang sering mengalami gangguan dan beberapa fungsi yang ada tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan user sehingga mengakibatkan proses bisnis tersebut terganggu. Tidak adanya perencanaan pengembangan sistem informasi yang matang menjadi faktor utama penyebab munculnya permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi, dan arsitektur teknologi dengan menggunakan metode TOGAF ADM sehingga akan menghasilkan dokumen cetak biru arsitektur sistem informasi dalam mengembangkan sistem informasi untuk mendukung kebutuhan organisasi di RSU tersebut
AUDIT SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK MENGGUNAKAN COBIT DI UNIVERSITAS ISLAM MADURA
Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dalam perguruan tinggi dikatakan bermanfaat jika penerapannya sesuai dengan visi, dan misi organisasi. UIM merupakan perguruan tinggi yang telah menerapkan teknologi informasi dalam proses operasionalnya. Dalam pencapaian visi organisasi maka penggunaan TI dalam organisasi harus selalu diawasi sehingga layanan yang diberikan kepada pengguna dapat maksimal, diantaranya adalah dengan melakukan proses audit untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kematangan TI sehingga pihak manajemen TI dapat menemukan solusi dari proses yang dirasa kurang maksimal. Pengukuran teknologi informasi dilakukan menggunakan COBIT 4.1 difokuskan pada domain Monitor and Evaluate (ME), alasannya adalah metode tersebut lebih berfokus kepada proses yang diinginkan. [1] Proses TI yang baik akan menghasilkan kegiatan operasional yang baik. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah mengukur dan mengetahui tingkat kematangan teknologi informasi akademik yang diterapkan UIM berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari sampel lingkungan kampus UIM. Analisis Sentimen Masyarakat Terhadap Penerima Beasiswa Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah Dengan Metode Support Vector Machine
Kartu indonesia pintar merupakan upaya pemerintah membantu para siswa berprestasi yang memiliki keterbatasan ekonomi untuk melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi. Ramainya pembahasan kartu indonesia pintar di twitter membuat penulis tertarik untuk mengetahui sentimen masyarakat terhadap penerima beasiswa kartu indonesia pintar kuliah dengan keyword “KIPK”. Sentimen terdiri dari sentimen negatif, positif, dan netral. Metode yang di gunakan menganalisis pendapat masyarakat pada media sosial twitter mengunakan Support Vector Mechine ( SVM ). Term Frequency-inverce document Frequency ( TF-IDF ) kami gunakan untuk melakukan pengukuran seberapa penting kata dalan suatu data. Sedangkan untuk mengukur kinerja klasifikasi SVM menggunakan metode Confusion Matrix. Karnel linear merupakan karnel yang kami gunakan pada analisis data. Hasil evaluasi yang di dapat yaitu 81,82%, precession 80%, recall 82%, dan F1-score 78%, dapat di simpulkan bahwa sentimen masyarakat pada media sosial twitter terhadap penerima beasiswa kartu indonesia pintar kuliah lebih condong ke sentimen netral
Implementation of Madura virtual tourism using web-based H5P
The rapid development of tourism has led to social changes resulting from the interaction of communities with tourists. There is a pattern of behaviour that affects the local community. One of the tours owned by the Pamekasan Regency Government is Jumiang Beach, a tourist destination located in Tanjung Village in Pademawu sub-district. With the increasing number of visits, it will affect the economic development of the community. Currently, tourism has experienced a decline in the number of visitors. Many traders around complain about the little income earned. Researchers intend to improve services by providing promotional media such as organising virtual tours in Madura using H5P for Jumiang Beach tourist sites in Pamekasan Madura so as to improve visitor experience. The MDLC methodology consists of six basic stages, namely concept is the stage for determining the purpose and who is the user of the programme, design is the stage of making specifications regarding system architecture, design, appearance, and material / material requirements for system development, material collection is the stage of collecting materials that are in accordance with the needs being worked on, assembly is the stage of making, testing is the testing stage, and distribution is the stage the system will be stored in a storage medium. There is some information that can be accessed, such as facility information, virtual tours, news, and contacts. There are two actors who act as application users, namely users and admins. In this system, users can view facilities, virtual tours, news, and contact information. There are several features that will be tested including the homepage, virtual tour, facilities, and news. The results of testing the Madura Sea Tour Virtual Tour application system using Blackbox testing show that of the 5 features that have been tested have worked according to their commands and functions
Implementasi Metode Naïve Bayes dan Information Gain Untuk Klasifikasi Penyakit dan Hama Tanaman Jagung
Jagung (Zea mays ssp. mays) adalah tanaman pangan ketiga terbesar setelah gandum dan beras, dan di Indonesia menempati posisi kedua setelah padi. Jagung dapat ditanam di daerah dengan suhu tinggi dan rendah serta curah hujan dan irigasi yang cukup. Namun jagung sangat rentan terhadap penyakit selama siklus hidupnya, yang dapat menurunkan kualitas dan kuantitasnya. Di Sumenep, Jagung dapat dikatakan sebagai bahan pangan pokok untuk sebagian masyarakat pedesaan atau pelosok. Penyebab terjadinya serangan pada tanaman jagung adalah ketidaktahuan petani dalam pencegahan dan penanganannya sehingga menyebabkan produksi jagung mengalami penurunan. Dinas pertanian kabupaten Sumenep juga belum mempunyai sistem untuk klasifikasi hama dan penyakit jagung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah klasifikasi penyakit dan hama tanaman jagung menggunakan metode naïve bayes dengan information gain. Naïve Bayes digunakan untuk mengolah nilai-nilai probabilitas setiap gejala, dan nilai persentase dari setiap hama dan penyakit. Information Gain untuk menyeleksi bobot gejala yang paling berpengaruh dalam menentukan hama dan penyakit jagung. Hasil uji coba, akurasi naïve bayes dengan information gain dapat meningkatkan akurasi rata-rata sebesar 3,17 % dibanding klasifikasi tanpa seleksi fitur. Akurasi terbaik diperoleh dengan metode information gain dan naïve bayes sebanyak 15 fitur dari 47 fitur dengan akurasi sebesar 98,47 %. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan 15 fitur, dengan 3 fitur terbesar adalah tidak berbuah, daun berklorosis sebagian atau seluruh daun dan adanya bekas gigitan pada batang
Development of A Tourist Destination Object Search Application as A Madura Tourism Information Media Using ADDIE Model
The rapid development of tourism has caused many tourists to be interested in enjoying it. Madura Island is a small archipelago and is part of East Java. Madura consists of 4 districts, namely Bangkalan district, Sampang district, Pamekasan district, and Sumenep district. With the number of districts owned, it creates a diversity of tourism. The development of the tourism sector must also be accompanied by the development of information technology. Utilization of technology can improve accommodation in supporting tourist destination services by designing an android-based application for searching for objects supporting Madura tourism destinations. The purpose of this research is to create an object search application that supports tourist destinations and serves as a medium for information about tourist locations on the island of Madura, making it more straightforward for tourists/users to enjoy their vacation. The stages of research carried out using ADDIE Model include knowing the system requirements, analysis and design, Development, implementation, and Evaluation. The results of the study are in the form of applications by detecting supporting objects including places of interest, gas stations, lodging, religion, culinary and health. It is expected that users when visiting Madura tourism will be easy, fun, and can enjoy their holidays

Administrative implementation is still carried out in a traditional manner so that various obstacles arise. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an integrated system for population administration.
