ANALISIS PENGETAHUAN TENTANG PENCEGAHAN PENYEBARAN COVID-19 DENGAN KECEMASAN IBU MEMBAWA BAYI IMUNISASI DI KLINIK PRATAMA NINING PELAWATI
Corona virus disease (COVID-19) has an impact on health and health services, one of which is maternal anxiety in bringing babies for immunization, immunization is a specific passive effort (inserting bacterial or viral antigens of diseases that have been weakened or killed into the body to form antibodies (immune substances) against a disease. Due to immunization there is a decrease in immunization coverage. This study uses an analytical descriptive research design to analyze Knowledge About Prevention of the Spread of Covid-19 With Anxiety of Mothers Carrying Immunized Babies at the Pratama Nining Pelawati Clinic. The population in this study was all 35 mothers who have babies visited the nining clinic. The sample was taken using total sampling. The results showed that the majority of respondents had less knowledge about preventing the spread of Covid-19 when carrying immunized babies, namely 20 respondents (57 ,1%), 19 respondents (54.3%) respondents had severe anxiety when carrying immunized babies. statistical test, it can be seen that there is a relationship between knowledge about the prevention of the spread of Covid-19 and the anxiety of mothers carrying baby immunizations at the Nining Pelawati Pratama Clinic with p = 0.005 (p <0.05). It is hoped that midwives will cooperate with the COVID-19 task force in spreading correct information about the spread of COVID-19
The Relationship Between Knowledge and Attitudes of Women of Reproductive Age Regarding Early Detection of Cervical Cancer with Iva Examination
Cervical cancer is a major health issue for women all over the globe. Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is the leading cause of cervical cancer, which is a cancer of the cervix. The more convenient, less costly, and doable Visual Inspection Method with Acetic Acid test (IVA) is in Indonesia. The researchers at Sigambal Health Center wanted to learn more about the WUS's expertise and perspectives on IVA screening for cervical cancer in order to better serve their patients. This study used a cross-sectional, descriptive analytic strategy. Using data from 38 reproductive-age females. Study findings showed that among 38 responders, only 5 (31.2%) had a strong understanding of cervical cancer and 12 (63.2%) were supportive, whereas 22 (57.6%) WUS did not get IVA screening. There is a correlation between WUS knowledge of cervical cancer early detection and IVA, as measured by chi-square analysis, with a P-value of 0.045 0.05, rejecting H0 and accepting Ha. The link between WUS attitudes about acetate visual inspection (IVA) for the early diagnosis of cervical cancer and its prevalence was statistically significant (P = 0.009 0.05; Chi square analysis test on attitude). Health officers should encourage women to have Pap tests and use the IVA technique for WUS to screen for cervical cancer

FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI RENDAHNYA PENGGUNAAN KONTRASEPSI IUD
The IUD is a modern contraceptive designed in such a way as to its size, material, and active period. Then placed in the uterine cavity as a contraceptive effort to prevent fertilization and stop the egg from implanting in the uterus. This study aimed to determine the distribution of frequencies, relationships, and factors that were more dominant, namely age, education, knowledge, attitudes, and husband's support for IUD contraception. The type of this research was an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach; the population in this study was 171, namely all mothers who did not use IUD contraception in the Rantauprapat City Health Center. working area Data analysis used univariate, bivariate with a chi-square test, and multivariate with a logistic regression test. The results of the study using the chi-square test were seen from the results of age (p-value) = 0.001, <0.05. Knowledge (p-value) = 0.000 <0.05 and attitude (p-value) = 0.003 <0.05. Then there is the influence of age, knowledge, and attitudes with the low use of IUD contraception and the most influential attitude factor seen from the results of multivariate analysis with a regression test value of <0.25. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of age, knowledge, and attitudes toward the use of IUD contraception in the working area of the rantauprapat city health center. It is hoped that health workers, especially midwives, will be more active in promoting types of contraception, especially regarding IUD contraception
The Difference of Work Posture in Musculo-skeletal Disorder Symptoms among Sales Women in the Department Store
Background: Musculoskeletal complaints often occur in saleswomen who do awkward standing during work. Repair of standing position can reduce the risk of musculoskeletal pain. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of corrective work posture on alleviating musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) symptoms among saleswomen in the department store.Subjects and Method: This was a quasi experiment before and after with no control design conducted in Rantauprapat department store, North Sumatera. A sample of 30 sales women from the department store was selected for this study. The dependent variable was MSD scores as measured by Nordic Body Map (NBM). The independent variables were corrective work posture. The data before and after corrective work posture were compared and tested by t-test.Results: There was a difference between poor and good posture in MSD symptoms among saleswomen in the Department Store. Saleswomen with poor posture had higher MSD symptoms (mean 64.45) than those with good posture (53.39), and it was statistically significant (p= 0.001).Conclusions: Saleswomen with poor posture has higher MSD symptoms than those with good postureKeywords: musculoskeletal disorders, work posture correction, Nordic Body MapCorrespondence:Nailatun Nadrah.
Perlu meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi kehamilan
