ANALISIS SENSITIVITAS KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL PRODUKSI KELAPA SAWIT
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sensitivitas kelayakan finansial produksi kelapa sawit. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis sesnitivitas kelayakan finansial produksi kelapa sawit.kelapa sawit memiliki umur ekonomis tanaman 25 tahun dengan tingkat bunga 6%. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara finansial produksi kelapa sawit layak untuk dijalankan berdasarkan NPV sebesar Rp 912.282.496.036, IRR sebesar 53%, Net B/C sebesar 36,6245096232 dan PP sebesar 4,83786 atau selama 4 tahun 10 bulan 1 hari. Analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan adanya perubahan produksi, harga jual, biaya tetap dan biaya variabel. Jika terjadi kenaikan dan penurunan produksi, harga jual, biaya tetap dan biaya variabel sebesar 5%, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produksi kelapa sawit layak untuk dijalankan. Application Of Game Theory In Determining Optimum Marketing Strategy In Marketplace
The trend of shopping in society is getting shifted, marked by the presence of the growing marketplaces and e-commerce. There are so many choices of marketplaces that can be easily accessed by the society. By the marketplaces vary, there would be many things to prepare by every marketplace to win the competition and always maintain the existence. Therefore, they must think and use the effective marketing strategy. The game theory is one of the ways that can be used to analyze the marketing strategy. The game theory is a mathematics model used in a conflict or competition among various interests that meet each other as competitors. Basically, the theory is a study of strategy interaction among the players to determine the best strategy and the obtained score. One of basic elements of the game theory is solving every case of the game theory where the pay-off matrix is shown in a game matrix table. The data of game between Shopee and Tokopedia obtained the optimum score which was 2.4443. Shopee and Bukalapak obtained the optimum score which was 6. Meanwhile, Tokopedia and Bukalapak obtained the optimum score which was 8.9925. In the Shopee, Tokopedia, and Bukalapak competition, the Nash equilibrium point is located at the point () with a pay off value (64,56,43), Shopee with a discount voucher strategy (), Tokopedia with a Product strategy (), and Bukalapak with a promotion strategy () which is the optimal strategy for each player
Teori Permainan untuk Mengkaji Strategi Pelanggan Optimal pada Traveloka dan Tiket.com
Seiring semakin mudahnya masyarakat untuk bepergian dan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital, masyarakat lebih memilih untuk memesan tiket secara online. Hal ini mendorong banyak e-commerce penjualan tiket online bermunculan dengan caranya masing-masing untuk menarik pelanggan dan menjaga loyalitas pelanggan. Diperlukan strategi optimal untuk mencegah perpindahan pelanggan. Menurut survei, Traveloka dan Tiket.com adalah e-commerce yang paling banyak digunakan. Kedua e-commerce tersebut saling bersaing untuk mencari dan mempertahankan pelanggannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pelanggan optimal dalam persaingan e-commerce penjualan tiket pesawat yaitu Traveloka dan Tiket.com menggunakan teori permainan serta untuk mengetahui probabilitas perpindahan pelanggan di antara kedua e-commerce tersebut dengan metode rantai markov. Dalam permainan dua pemain jumlah nol terdapat dua strategi yaitu strategi murni dan strategi campuran, namun apabila kedua strategi itu tidak menghasilkan titik pelana maka akan digunakan metode alternatif. Pada penelitian ini, akan digunakan metode dual simpleks. Penelitian ini menghasilkan solusi optimal dengan menggunakan metode dual simpleks dimana bagi kedua e-commerce strategi optimalnya adalah strategi harga termurah dan strategi banyaknya metode pembayaran, dengan probabilitas perpindahan Traveloka sebesar 0,4817 dan Tiket.com sebesar 0,5183
Implementation of information technology on the publication and promotion of mangrove eco-tourism in Sisarahili, Teluk Siabang village
The mangrove forests that stretch along the coast of the Nias islands have great potential to improve the economy of the surrounding communities. One of the largest and most extensive mangrove areas is in Ba'a bay, located in Sisarahili bay, Siabang village, Sawo District, North Nias Regency. Mangrove forest turns out to be a natural resource and tourism potential that is crowded with visitors, supported by its existence in a wide stretch of coastline. However, the development of tourism potential still needs to be done to further increase the arrival of both domestic and foreign tourists. Several things have been done to support increased publication and promotion by increasing the human resources of tourism awareness groups through training and workshops, improving facilities and infrastructure, transportation and accommodation and also the application of information technology media to maximize publication and promotion, so that visitors are not only local people but also from outside the region. The use of page-based information technology and social media as media is implemented to support publication and promotion in accordance with the results of a survey conducted by the community service team for visitors who come. As many as 65% of visitors get information about mangrove tourism in Teluk ba'a from printed social media and 15% from websites / pages, while 20% get information from friends, online newspapers and communities around the mangrove tourism environment

Education is an attempt by the Government to increase the country's potential to be able to compete with other countries that are experiencing very rapid development. The development of education will have an influence on the life of the local community, that is, it can affect various aspects of life, be it social, economic, cultural, religious, language and also the environment. The extent of the influence of educational development on aspects of life can be studied independently. Besides that, education also plays a major role in expanding employment opportunities, encouraging activities of supporting industries, introducing natural and cultural beauty that is inseparable from a sense of increasing brotherhood in the national and international environment. This is because education itself creates multiple economic impacts, namely direct, indirect, and secondary impacts, which provide opportunities for the growth of businesses and the role of local communities in the education sector. This research will discuss about Active Learning Training with Mathematics Tools at SDS HKBP Pembangunan 3 Medan. The result achieved is that schools are able to provide effective services online in the face of changing times caused by Covid-19 and can provide more information regarding the location of tourist objects that will be traversed by local and foreign tourists
Vegetation structure of associated flora in Amorphophallus gigas Teijsm. & Binn. (Araceae) habitats, North Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatra
Amorphophallus gigas, a native aroid species found in the tropical forests of Sumatra, Indonesia, lacks robust population data despite previous spatial distribution studies. While not officially protected, A. gigas is considered rare in field documentation and faces potential habitat loss due to its proximity to the popular corpse flower. This 2023 study conducted in Halongonan District, North Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatra, Indonesia, aimed to gather information on the habitat characteristics and associated flora of A. gigas to guide land conservation initiatives. The research focused on a forested area within three villages: Bargot Topong Julu, Napa Lancat, and Pangirkiran, utilizing a purposive random sampling approach. Plots covering 1 ha each were selected based on Amorphophallus in the generative phase across various land covers. Ecological analysis and indices were derived from collected vegetation data. The survey unveiled varying numbers of generative and vegetative A. gigas individuals across the three study sites. The understorey community at each site exhibited different levels of association with A. gigas, with Selaginella willdenowii, Clidemia hirta, and Leersia virginica showing strong positive correlations. The floral community in A. gigas habitats displayed diverse species richness and diversity across different growth stages and locations. Findings suggest that altitude, slope, pH, light intensity, air temperature, and humidity may influence A. gigas abundance in distinct ways. This study offers valuable insights into the biological and ecological factors influencing the distribution and abundance of A. gigas populations, providing guidance for conservation and management efforts
OPTIMISASI MULTIOBJEKTIF DALAM PEMBENTUKAN PORTOFOLIO OPTIMAL SAHAM DENGAN PENGUKURAN VALUE AT RISK (VAR)
When investors invest in their stock, the strategy used by an investor is to form an optimal portfolio of shares. An optimal stock portfolio can be created by utilizing the multi-objective optimization method, which can help investors achieve maximum return and minimum risk simultaneously. The multi-objective method has a weighting factor that acts as a risk indicator to assist investors in taking risks on the expected return. This study aims to optimize investors' profits and losses by forming an optimal stock portfolio using multi-objective and Value at Risk (VaR) measurements. The data used by the researcher is the weekly closing price of stocks which are always included in the LQ-45 stock index for the period 31 January 2019 – to 31 December 2020. The formed portfolio consists of three stocks, namely INCO.JK, MNCN.JK, and EXCL.JK. From the formed portfolio, the number of losses and profits obtained by investors can be seen based on the magnitude of the weighting coefficient k. Analisis pengambilan keputusan terhadap pemilihan portofolio saham terbaik menggunakan metode fuzzy analytical hierarchy process dan fuzzy topsis
The proses of decision-making in stock investment considers criteria based on the personal preferences of each investor. In addition, investors also need to analyze fundamental factors that include quantitative and qualitative criteria in which external or internal factors are affecting the company. This is because stocks have a high level of risk, so the selection of a portfolio must be done with the right decision. In making decisions based on many criteria can use fuzzy AHP (analytical hierarchy process) and fuzzy TOPSIS methods. The use of fuzzy logic because it can to cope the subjective assessment result of investor preferences. The fuzzy AHP method is applied to obtain the weights of each criterion which are the factors of stock fundamental analysis. The fuzzy TOPSIS method is applied to determine the ranking of alternatives. Based on the analysis and calculation, the most influential sub criteria is inflation rate and top alternative is the company with the BBNI stock code.

A Improvement of efficiency in Tanjung Marolan farmers harvest process with thresher technology
Human power which is relied on every harvest season becomes a big concern for farmers. Farmers in Ajibaho Village, Dusun VII Tanjung Marolan still utilize a simple equipment with human power to harvest rice. Some processes of harvest require longer time. It is started from cutting rice stalks, collecting rice stalks, and threshing rice by hitting it on a drum to thresh the rice from the stalks. After that, the rice was collected, put into white sack, and delivered to houses. This condition also depends on the weather which becomes longer when it is rain or sunny. A simple technology which uses thresher can be a good solution to achieve an efficiency of harvest process specially for the threshing process. The application of thresher machine is able to give a positive impact to increase harvest, to decrease daily cost, and to effectuate harvest proces
