PENGARUH MINAT SISWA KELAS X DITINJAU DARI FAKTOR INTRINSIK DAN EKSTRINSIK TERHADAP PEMILIHAN KOMPETENSI KEAHLIAN TEKNIK MULTIMEDIA DI SMKN 3 YOGYAKARTA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat siswa kelas X memilih Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Multimedia, seberapa besar minat siswa ditinjau dari faktor intrinsik dan seberapa besar minat siswa ditinjau dari faktor ekstrinsik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Ex-post Facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah kelas X Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Multimedia di SMKN 3 Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Faktor Intrinsik dan Faktor Ekstrinsik terhadap Pemilihan Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Multimedia. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,735, koefisien determinan sebesar 0,540, sumbangan efektif faktor intrinsik dan faktor ekstrinsik 54%. Sumbangan efektif faktor intrinsik 49,2% dan faktor ekstrinsik 4,8%. Minat siswa kelas X ditinjau dari faktor intrinsik yang masuk kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 8 siswa (22,9%), kategori tinggi 19 siswa (54,3%), kategori sedang 7 siswa (20%) dan kategori rendah 1 siswa (2,9%). Data tersebut menunjukan bahwa minat siswa kelas X Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Multimedia ditinjau dari faktor intrinsik yang terbesar terdapat pada kategori tinggi. Kemudian dapat dijelaskan dari faktor intrinsik yaitu meliputi faktor kemauan, kesenangan, bakat dan motivasi. Dari faktor tersebut yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar yaitu faktor kemauan. Minat siswa kelas X ditinjau dari faktor ekstrinsik yang masuk kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 2 siswa (5,7%), kategori tinggi 9 siswa (25,7%), kategori sedang 19 siswa (54,3%), kategori rendah 4 siswa (11,4%) dan kategori sangat rendah 1 siswa (2,9%). Data tersebut menunjukan bahwa minat siswa kelas X Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Multimedia ditinjau dari faktor ekstrinsik yang terbesar terdapat pada kategori sedang. Kemudian dapat dijelaskan dari faktor ekstrinsik yaitu meliputi faktor lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat. Dari faktor tersebut yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar yaitu faktor lingkungan keluarga. KOLABORASI GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DENGAN ORANG TUA SISWA PADA MASA PENDEMIK DI SMP KOTA BANJARMASIN
Kolaborasi guru dan orang tua dalam memaksimalkan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting, karena orang tua merupakan tokoh utama dalam pendidikan. Orang tuamemerlukan sekolah untuk mengembangkan karakter anak di sekolah secara lebih luas. Tanpaberkolaborasi dengan orang tua, guru tidak dapat mencapai tujuan pendidikan dengan maksimal. Penelitianini untuk menggali bagaimana kerja sama orang tua dan guru, bentuk kerja sama dan bagaimana kerjasama mereka pada masa pendemik, serta bagaimana dampaknya dalam meningkatkan pembelajaranPendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama SMP) KotaBanjarmasin, yang awalnya dilaksanakan sebelum pendemik dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptifmengacu langkah analisis dari Miles Huberman, kemudian berlanjut pada masa pendemik. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa ada dua tipe kolaborasi yang dilaksanakan di SMP kota Banjarmasin, yaitu sebagaiprogram sekolah secara keseluruhan, dan kerjasama langsung oleh guru masing-masing. Sebagai programsekolah, kerja sama dilaksanakan SMP Islam Terpadu, SMP Muhammadiyah, juga SMPN 2Banjarmasin. Ada beberapa bentuk kerja sama yang dilaksanakan, yaitu 1) Sosialisasi program sekolah,2) Pertemuan guru dengan orang tua, 3) Pertemuan pada acara pembagian raport, 4) Komunikasimenggunakan group Whatsap, 5) Membentuk Forum Orang tua, 6) Orang Tua Berkunjug ke sekolah, 7)Guru Berkunjung ke Rumah Orang Tua Siswa, 8) Mengadakan seminar atau sharing tentang tema-temapendidikan anak, dll. 9) Menyelenggarakan acara-acara peringatan hari besar keagamaan, 10) Studibanding, 1!) Memberikan zakat, infak dan sedakah kepada fakir dan miskin, 12) Orang tua asuh, dan13) Gerakan sholat subuh berjamaah, atau sholat Hajat. Kerja sama tersebut diakui para guru dan orangtua memberikan dampak yang sangat positif dalam memaksimalkan pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran danprogram pendidikan di SMP. Sebagian guru PAI menghadapi kesulitan melakukan kolaborasi denganorang tua siswa sebelum masa pendemik, namun masa pendemik menjadi momen bagi guru untuk membinakolaborasi antara guru orang tua siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. kolaborasi juga dapat menguatkanprogram sekolah dankemitraan
Efektivitas Evaluasi Pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Ukhuwah Kota Banjarmasin
Evaluation is one of the important components of learning that should be implemented properly for its function in monitoring the course of the learning process. Such evaluations should be carried out based on a rigorous evaluation procedure and in accordance with its standard principles which include the principles of comprehensiveness, continuity, objectivity, validity, educative, openness, and the principle of cooperation. As the result of the study has shown, the evaluation activities in SD IT Ukhuwah have been conducted with varied and through strict procedures, and in accordance with the standard principles. Thus, the evaluation results obtained can provide accurate information which describes significantly the development of the students, so as well as to provide feedback to make improvements and to set appropriate development policies in the future. In addition, the feedbacks may have implications for the competitiveness and the quality of the school.Keywords: Evaluation, Learning, EffectivenessEvaluasi merupakan salah satu komponen pembelajaran yang sangat penting yang harus dilaksanakan dengan sebaik-baiknya, karena dengan evaluasi dapat mengontrol pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan baik. Evaluasi demikian harus dilaksanakan berdasarkan prosedur evaluasi yang ketat, dan berdasarkan prinsif-pinsifnya, terutama prinsif komprehensip, berkesinambungan, obyektif, valid, edukatif, terbuka dan bekerjasama dengan pihak yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran di lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Sebagaimana hasil penelitian, kegiatan evaluasi di SD IT Ukhuwah dilaksanakan dengan prosedur yang ketat, sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip tersebut dengan bentuk evaluasi yang bervariasi, baik secara proses maupun hasil penelitian. Dengan demikian, hasil evaluasi yang diccapai benar-benar memberikan informasi akurat yang dapat menggambarkan perkembangan siswa apa adanya, tidak direkayasa, sehingga sekaligus memberikan feedback untuk melakukan perbaikan dan untuk menetapkan kebijakan-kebijakan pengembangan berikutnya dengan tepat. Oleh karena itu, dampak positifnya dapat membawa sekolah mampu berkompetisi dalam dunia pendidikan, membuat lembaga berkualitas dengan akreditasi A, dan menjadi lembaga yang tidak sepi peminatnya.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Pembelajaran, Efektifita
Factors selection fast food among customers in McDonald’s Kota Bharu / Norlaila Ismail
Selection fast food is become a trend nowadays among customers especially students that can contribute to health problem. In this study, the researcher chooses to identify the factor selection fast food among customers in McDonald’s Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Food quality, price and taste are the factors that researcher emphasized in the study. Researcher also needs to find out what are the relationships these factors with selection fast food and which one of these factors that most significant to selection fast food among customer in McDonald’s Kota Bharu. Thus, this study has conducted in McDonald’s Kota Bharu on 300 respondents to be researcher sample. The findings of this indicates that taste is the factor that most significant to selection fast food compare to food quality and price. This study is beneficial to the restaurant in order to increase their profit. It will help them more aware on their main factor of their selection fast food and in turn help them to manage other factors in order to sustain in fast food industry. Future study should focus on the similar study but different factors to any fast food restaurant. By doing this, researcher can clearer picture on the strong factor that contributes customer selecting fast food
Analisis Sentimen Masyarakat Tentang Tambang Di Indonesia Pada Twitter Menggunakan Data Mining
Penelitian ini menyelidiki sentimen masyarakat terhadap pertambangan emas di Indonesia melalui Twitter, menggunakan clustering K-Means dan Naïve Bayes Classifier untuk analisis sentimen. Mengingat pertambangan batu bara menjadi isu yang kontroversial, mengukur opini publik sangatlah penting untuk memahami dampak sosial dan mendorong dialog antar pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini melibatkan pengumpulan data Twitter, diikuti dengan pra-pemrosesan untuk mempersiapkan analisis. Algoritme K-Means mengidentifikasi tiga kelompok sentimen: netral (1561 tweet), positif (202 tweet), dan negatif (631 tweet). Selanjutnya, Pengklasifikasi Naïve Bayes, yang diterapkan pada set pelatihan yang terdiri dari 1.348 tweet dan set pengujian yang terdiri dari 1.046 tweet, selanjutnya mengkategorikan sentimen menjadi 324 tweet negatif, 40 netral, dan 682 tweet positif. This paper explores the survavility of Pondok Pesantren Ibnul Amin as the traditional education building. Pesantren Ibnul Amin is the third oldest pesantren pesantren South Borneo that grew as the big traditional pesantren for his quantity of pupil and his popularity in Borneo. Pesantren Ibnul Amin did the traditional education system with the curriculum that refere to Sorogan, Bandongan, and Wetonan method. Even though, Pesantren didnt do the renewing by the adaptation of modern education system, but the Pesantren devoleped the economic and vocational system. Statistical analysis in estimating missing rainfall data / Norlaila Hamzah
Rainfall data play an important part in hydrological activities nowadays. Any missing from the data will cause a failure to continuous hydrological activities. The aim of this study is to estimate the missing rainfall data from secondary data in Pulau Pinang. There are many sources in contribute missing rainfall data such as an individual may fail to record the data or miss a visit to site in a certain time due to flood, heavy rain or problem of transportation to arrive at site. The purpose of this study is to obtain missing monthly rainfall data using statistical analysis of linear regression. The analysis has been conducted for several rainfalls station in Pulau Pinang such as Rumah Pam Pinang Tunggal, Permatang Bendahari, Kolam Air Cherok To’ Kun, Permatang Rawa, Sek. Keb. Sg. Bakap, Bkt. Panchor, Kolam Takungan Air Itam and Kolam Bersih and the results were presented in tables and graph. The complete monthly rainfall data can be used to study precipitation patterns for investigations of climate variability and change, input into hydrologic models and for validation of climate model output and used as input data in numerical simulation models
Humanistic-Based Learning Management: Harmonizing Multiculturalism in Building An Inclusive Learning Environment
This research aims to analyze humanistic-based learning management in building an inclusive learning environment at one of Banjarmasin's multicultural madrasa educational institutions. This research used a qualitative case study approach, where researchers conducted interviews with 12 informants, consisting of madrasah leaders, teachers, and students, using purposive sampling techniques. Observations were carried out on managerial and learning activities at the madrasah, while documentation was carried out to complete various needs to strengthen the results of interviews and observations. Data analysis starts with data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion. The research results show that multicultural-based inclusive policies first form humanistic learning management. Second, humanistic-based learning management is carried out through needs analysis, policy development, harmonization of multiculturalism, and an inclusive learning environment. Third, continuous monitoring and evaluation. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of an educational approach that prioritizes humanistic, inclusive, and sustainable aspects of creating a learning environment that supports the holistic development of students from various cultural backgrounds
Balanced Scorecard (BSC) implementation towards value creaction within a Malaysian Government-linked Company (GLC) / Norlaila Md Zin
It has been noted that businesses seek to increase capability and improve performance using Balanced Scorecard. From a performance viewpoint, Balanced Scorecard has been widely advocated as a potential competitive management tool that contributes to firm performance, particularly in the Government-linked Company, the focus of this study. This is important because Government-linked Companies play a vital role in the Malaysian economic development and constantly responding to the changes following the environmental forces of globalization. A possible opportunity for advancement of Balanced Scorecard as a competitive management innovation tool is the potential contribution to create value for companies. Furthermore, the shift towards comprehensive value creation within BSC adoption and implementation is consistent with the recent developments in management accounting. However, studies which examine Balanced Scorecard adoption and implementation have often resulted in inconclusive results. Furthermore, it has been acknowledged that the successful adoption and implementation depends on the factors that facilitate or hinders (critical success factors). Yet, the studies are mainly conducted in the developed countries with little emphasis on developing countries. Little attempt also has been made in the literature to examine the diffusion of Balanced Scorecard at organisational level within Malaysian Government-linked Companies. In addition, the cumulative knowledge on the motives of adoption and implementation of innovations from the theoretical and practical perspectives is still lacking. These issues are examined using an exploratory and explanatory case study method on a Government-linked company in Malaysia to provide a holistic view of the adoption and implementation of BSC
A case study on final year students in ICS: Are they really adult learners?
This study involves forty bachelor students in the Integrated Case Study (ICS) course where a student-centred approach is used to challenge their cognitive abilities in dealing with the issues in a given case.Results indicated majority prefer learning by hearing and seeing as opposed to thinking and hands-on experience.They learn better when there is no pressure and the students with grade of 3.50 and above can study and complete assignments even when pressure is surmounting.This shows that the majority of them are not adult learners yet.This means that full time students need both pedagogical and andragogical approaches in classrooms in order to perform the learning outcomes
