Sentiment Analysis of Shoe Product Reviews on Indonesian E-Commerce Platform Using Lexicon Based and Support Vector Machine
The rapid development of e-commerce has encouraged people, especially young people, to switch from offline shopping to online platforms such as Shopee that offer fashion products, including shoes, at affordable prices and a wide selection. This phenomenon creates great opportunities for sellers, but also poses challenges related to analyzing product quality contained in customer reviews. The large number of scattered and unstructured reviews makes it difficult for potential buyers to accurately assess products. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the sentiment of 10,323 shoe product reviews on Shopee using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm and the Lexicon-Based method. SVM was chosen because of its advantage in achieving high accuracy in text classification, with accuracy results reaching 92.62%. The Lexicon-Based method is used to detect specific sentiment words, which provides deeper insight into consumer opinions on shoe products. The analysis results show that shoe product reviews are dominated by positive sentiments, reflecting a high level of customer satisfaction. The findings not only provide guidance for sellers in designing more effective marketing strategies, but also help potential buyers in making better decisions based on objective sentiment analysis. In addition, this study contributes to the literature related to sentiment analysis with SVM in the e-commerce domain, especially for fashion shoes. Thus, the combined use of SVM and Lexicon-Based methods shows great potential in providing valuable insights into consumer preferences as well as increasing customer confidence in choosing shoe products in the e-commerce
Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Website Terhadap Pengguna Akhir Menggunakan Webqual 4.0
Peran Teknologi dalam membantu menyebarluaskan informasi mempunyai peranan penting, Salah satunya melalui website. Website Kantor Pertanahan Kota Pekanbaru merupakan website yang memberikan pelayanan seputar informasi tentang surat tanah. Layanan dan fitur yang tersedia meliputi halaman beranda, informasi tentang Kantor Pertanahan Kota Pekanbaru, publikasi, layanan, PPID, aplikasi loketku, antrian online, dan aplikasi laporan PPAT. Selama penerapannya terkadang website mengalami beberapa kendala seperti gagal diakses, informasi terbaru tidak muncul, dan terjadinya error saat mengakses menu yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan yaitu untuk mengukur sejauh mana kualitas website berpengaruh terhadap pengguna dengan metode Webqual 4.0. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan obesrvasi, selanjutnya akan dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas data, serta uji Hipotesis menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa website yang digunakan sudah dikatakan sangat bagus dengan nilai keterkaitan R-Square variabel User Satisfaction sebesar 87%.
 
Training on Utililizing Google Family Link for Monitoring Children’s Mobile Phone Usage : Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Google Family Link Untuk Monitoring Pemakaian Ponsel Anak
Perkembangan teknlogi pada generasi millenial semakin berdampak signifikan. Anak-anak sering menggunakan ponsel untuk bermain game dan menonton konten internet tanpa pengawasan orang tua. Orang tua khawatir anak terpapar konten negatif yang dapat memengaruhi perilaku karena orang tua kekurangan waktu dan pengetahuan. Oleh karena itu, orang tua dan guru pada lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini dapat dilatih mengenai pengawasan pengasuhan digital. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu pemahaman orang tua dan guru mengenai mengawasi penggunaan ponsel anak dengan aplikasi Google Family Link dan meningkatkan keterampilannya di wilayah Kulim, Kota Pekanbaru. Para peserta berpartisipasi aktif saat mengikuti pelatihan sehingga pelatihan berjalan lancar sesuai rencana. Peserta menunjukkan respons yang positif, antusiasme, dan dorongan untuk mengikuti kegiatan melalui pendekatan pelatihan secara praktek dan sharing informasi. Dengan demikian diharapkan kegiatan pengabdian ini mampu menciptakan lingkungan digital yang lebih aman dan mendukung bagi perkembangan fisik dan psikis anak-anak menjadi lebih baik dan sehat
OPEN JOURNAL SYSTEM SECURITY CAPABILITY LEVEL ASSESSMENT USING COBIT 5 FRAMEWORK AT ABDURRAB UNIVERSITY
Data security is very important in the digital era, this makes it an important issue for companies, organizations and educational institutions. Such as the Open Journal System (OJS) security which is useful for managing online journals. Abdurrab University has utilized the Open Journal System (OJS) to manage published journals. However, the management of the Open Journal System (OJS) security has not been managed properly, such as Abdurrab's Open Journal System (OJS) which has been hacked, there is still a lack of documentation and system security procedures and has never been assessed the level of capability of the information system so that it is not known exactly the level of security management of the Open Journal System (OJS) at Abdurrab University. This study aims to assess the capability level of Abdurrab University's Open Journal System (OJS) using the COBIT 5 domain DSS05 framework and Process Assessment Model (PAM) to assess system capabilities and guide IT management and provide effective and efficient recommendations. The results of the study obtained a questionnaire calculation value of 2.40 with Process Attribute Level domain DSS05 PA 2.1 Performance Management and PA 2.2 Work Product Management until an achievement score of 63.33% was obtained which was included in the Largely Achieved category with achievements at level 2 (Managed Process). The conclusion of this study is that the level of security capabilities of the Open Journal System (OJS) of Abdurrab University needs to be increased to level 3 (Established Process) because it has not been fully met, so that this research can be used as a reference for improvement by Abdurrab University
A Comparative Study of the Performance of KNN, NBC, C4.5, and Random Forest Algorithms in Classifying Beneficiaries of the Kartu Indonesia Sehat Program
This study evaluates the performance of various algorithms in determining eligible recipients for the Kartu Indonesia Sehat program. The Random Forest algorithm demonstrated the highest accuracy, precision, and recall, with values of 72.08%, 72.41%, and 99.64%, respectively. The emphasis on recall helps minimize errors in identifying eligible recipients. Additionally, the C4.5 algorithm reduced the total number of variables from 33 to 8, highlighting its computational efficiency. The findings provide valuable insights for the Social Affairs Office of Dumai City in making informed decisions regarding KIS eligibility. The results underscore the effectiveness of using algorithmic approaches to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of aid distribution processes
Sentimen Analisis Pada Ulasan Aplikasi Ajaib Di Google Play Store Dengan Algoritma Support Vector Machine
Perkembangan aplikasi mobile di bidang keuangan telah memberikan kemudahan dalam berinvestasi. Salah satu aplikasi yang bisa melakukan investasi adalah aplikasi Ajaib. Dalam menggunakan aplikasi, Anda dapat melihat rating dan review yang diberikan oleh pengguna di platform Google Play Store. Ulasan pengguna pada Aplikasi Ajaib memberikan gambaran penting bagi calon pengguna dalam memahami kualitas dan kepuasan pengguna. Namun, banyaknya tinjauan membuat analisis manual menjadi sulit dan tidak efisien. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu teknik klasifikasi review yang memanfaatkan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM). Implementasinya dilakukan melalui bahasa pemrograman Python. Teknik Support Vector Machine menunjukkan akurasi luar biasa dalam menangani data berdimensi tinggi dan data tidak seimbang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memfasilitasi kemajuan Aplikasi Ajaib dengan memanfaatkan umpan balik yang diberikan, mengatasi keluhan pelanggan, dan meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna secara keseluruhan. Data yang digunakan diambil dari review aplikasi sebanyak 5000 data dengan rating yang bervariasi pada bulan Januari hingga Oktober 2023. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh akurasi sebesar 87,57%. Pada kelas positif diperoleh presisi 93%, recall 97%, dan skor f-1 95%. Sedangkan kelas netral memperoleh presisi sebesar 75%, recall 53%, dan skor f-1 sebesar 62%. Serta pada kelas negatif mendapatkan presisi sebesar 75%, recall sebesar 87%, dan skor f-1 sebesar 80%
Dampak E-Service Quality terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan Customer Loyality Website Blibli
Blibli.com is one of the most popular web-based e-commerce in Indonesia that continues to provide the best service to create customer satisfaction and lead them to make repeat purchases. The relationship between e-service quality to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty on the Blibli.com website needs to be measured to determine its effect, so this is the background of this research. This research uses quantitative methods with nonprobability sampling techniques and purposive sampling for sample collection. Data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents who use Blibli.com in the UIN SUSKA RIAU environment. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and SMARTPLS 4 software. The results showed that customer satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty with a path coefficient value of 0.414, a P-value of 0.003, and a T value of 2.952 (> 1.96). In addition, e-service quality also has a significant influence on customer loyalty with a path coefficient value of 0.462, a P-value of 0.001, and a T value of 3.362 (> 1.96).Blibli.com menjadi salah satu e-commerce berbasis web terpopuler di Indonesia yang terus berupaya memberikan pelayanan terbaik untuk menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan dan menggiring mereka untuk melakukan pembelian kembali. Maka diperlukan penelitian apakah terdapat keterhubungan antara pelayanan pelanggan (e-service quality), terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (customer satisfaction), dan niat berperilaku pada perusahaan e-commerce Blibli.com. Hubungan e-service quality terhadap customer satisfaction dan customer loyalty pada situs Blibli.com perlu diukur untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya, sehingga hal tersebut menjadi latar belakang dari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik nonprobability sampling dan purposive sampling untuk penarikan sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 100 responden pengguna Blibli.com di lingkungan UIN SUSKA RIAU. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan perangkat lunak SMARTPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan customer satisfaction memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap customer loyalty dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0.414, nilai P-value 0.003, dan nilai T 2.952 (> 1.96). Selain itu, e-service quality juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap customer loyalty dengan nilai koefisien jalur 0.462, nilai P-value 0.001, dan nilai T 3.362 (> 1.96)
PERANCANGAN ARSITEKTUR SISTEM INFORMASI ENTERPRISE MENGGUNAKAN TOGAF PADA MA’HAD AL HUSNA INDRAGIRI
Ma’had Al Husna Indragiri merupakan pondok pesantren yang didirikan pada tahun 2019, mencakup dua sekolah yaitu SMP IT Al Husna Indragiri dan MA Al Husna Indragiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat kerangka kerja TOGAF untuk digunakan dalam desain arsitektur sistem informasi enterprise Ma'had Al Husna Indragiri serta mengidentifikasi dan menggambarkan arsitektur bisnisnya, mencakup Tata Usaha, Sarana Prasarana, Keuangan, Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar, Kesantrian, dan Pimpinan Ma'had. Melalui pemetaan proses dan diagram konsep solusi, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai interaksi antara berbagai komponen dalam Ma'had. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan TOGAF, yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap: tahap awal, tahap A: Visi Arsitektur, tahap B: Arsitektur Bisnis, tahap C: Arsitektur Sistem Informasi, dan tahap D: Arsitektur Teknologi. Pimpinan Ma'had memainkan peran penting dalam pengawasan dan pengambilan keputusan strategis, Tata Usaha bertanggung jawab atas administrasi dan operasional harian, Sarana Prasarana memastikan ketersediaan dan kelayakan fasilitas fisik, Keuangan mengelola aspek finansial termasuk pemasukan, pengeluaran, penggajian dan pelaporan, KBM mengembangkan kurikulum, menyusun jadwal, dan melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar, serta Kesantrian menangani pendaftaran dan pengelolaan siswa. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa masalah utama yang dihadapi Ma’had Al Husna Indragiri, seperti proses manual yang tidak efisien, kurangnya integrasi data, dan pengelolaan data yang tidak terstruktur. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, disarankan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem informasi terintegrasi dan pengembangan basis data terpusat guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berupa blueprint arsitektur Ma'had Al Husna Indragiri yang diharapkan dapat berguna menjadi pedoman dalam melakukan pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen Ma'had Al Husna Indragir

Perbandingan Algoritma KNN, NBC, dan SVM: Analisis Sentimen Masyarakat Terhadap Perparkiran di Kota Pekanbaru
The public response in Pekanbaru to parking policies and regulations has given rise to various sentiments, both positive and negative. This discussion extends not only within the local community but also across various social media platforms. This research aims to analyze public sentiment towards the new parking policies and regulations in the Pekanbaru area. The study involves the KNN, NBC, and SVM algorithms to classify public sentiment into positive, neutral, and negative categories. Balancing techniques used in this research include Random Over Sampling (ROS) and Random Under Sampling (RUS). The data utilized in this study were obtained from posts on the social media platform X. The testing of the dataset using ROS resulted in high accuracy, precision, and recall values. The findings of this research indicate that overall, the SVM algorithm outperforms KNN and NBC in terms of accuracy, precision, and recall. Additionally, the most dominant sentiment is negative, with 422 tweets expressing dissatisfaction with the current parking policies
