THE EFFORTS OF TEACHERS OF GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING IN HELPING OVERCOME LEARNING DIFFICULTIES OF STUDENTS OF MAN 1 ACEH TENGGARA
This research was conducted at MAN 1 Aceh Tenggara. The purpose of this study is to find out "The Efforts of Guidance and Counseling Teachers in Helping OvercomingLearning Difficulties for Students at MAN 1 Aceh Tenggara. The subjects of thisresearch are Guidance and Counseling teachers who have made various related effortsin helping to overcome students learning difficulties. This study uses a descriptivequalitative approach. The data collection technique in this study used direct observation / observation, interviews, and documentation of the Guidance and Counseling Teachers' Efforts in Helping Overcoming Student Difficulties in MAN 1 Aceh Tenggara. Data analysis uses three stages of the process, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.Based on the research that has been done, the results show that: 1) the efforts ofthe guidance and counseling teachers in helping to overcome the learning difficulties of the students of MAN 1 Aceh Tenggara are quite good. 2) the form of learning difficulties experienced by students in the field of English studies. 3) the factors that support and hinder the efforts of guidance and counseling teachers in helping to overcome student learning difficulties are the form of cooperation with homeroom teachers and subject teachers.Keywords : Counseling Teacher, Learning Difficult
Upaya Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam Membantu Mengatasi Kesulitan Belajar Siswa MAN 1 Aceh Tenggara.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MAN 1 Aceh Tenggara. Adapun tujuan
penelitian ini untuk mengetahui “Upaya Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling Dalam
Membantu Mengatasi Kesulitan Belajar Siswa MAN 1 Aceh Tenggara. Subjek
dari penelitian ini adalah guru Bimbingan dan Konseling yang telah melakukan
berbagai upaya berkaitan dalam membantu mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa.
Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriftif. Teknik
pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengamatan langsung /
observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap Upaya Guru Bimbingan dan
Konseling Dalam Membantu Mengatasi Kesulitan Belajar Siswa MAN 1 Aceh
Tenggara. Analisis data menggunakan tiga tahapan proses, yaitu reduksi data,
penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa: 1)
upaya guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam membantu mengatasi kesulitan
belajar siswa MAN 1 Aceh Tenggara sudah tergolong baik. 2) bentuk kesulitan
belajar yang dialami siswa pada bidang studi bahasa inggris. 3) faktor – faktor
pendukung dan penghambat upaya guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam
membantu mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa adalah dengan adanya bentuk
kerjasama dengan wali kelas serta guru matapelajaran
Counselor Readiness and Diagnosis in The Psychhotherapy Counseling Process in Education
Readiness to provide counseling and psychotherapy is indicated by the fulfillment of several requirements. Counseling can only be initiated when people recognize the need for change and are ready to engage in the change process. A psychological diagnosis provides information about the client's current problems or conditions, such as the possible causes of the client's problems, techniques used, and the counselor's predictions about the client's future outcomes or behavior, and also includes the client's strengths. This research method uses a literature review, where a literature review is a written summary of journal articles, documents, and books that explain theories and data that have occurred in the past or are currently developing. The purpose of the results and discussion of this article is to determine the extent of counselor readiness in the diagnostic process in psychotherapeutic counseling
The Contribution of Work Values, Career Adaptability, and Willingness to Compromise on Students' Work Readiness during the School-to-Work Transition
Work readiness is a reflection of an individual's quality of life evaluation, viewed from their own perspective. However, in reality, the work readiness of students is still low. This study aims to determine the contribution of work value, career adaptability, and willingness to compromise on students' work readiness during the school-to-work transition. The study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a correlational method. A total of 210 students were selected through incidental sampling techniques to participate in this research. The instruments used include scales for work value, career adaptability, willingness to compromise, and work readiness. The results of the study indicate that students' work value is in the high category, their career adaptability is in the high category, their willingness to compromise is in the high category, and their work readiness is in the medium category. The findings show that work value, career adaptability, and willingness to compromise significantly contribute positively to students' work readiness. This research implies that future studies should focus on helping students develop work readiness during their school-to-work transition
Urgensi Filsafat Ilmu dalam Bimbingan Konseling di Era Digital
This study aims to determine the progress of the times accompanied by technological improvements in the digital era. Logical thinking is an important foundation in the development of science, especially in the philosophy of science. The emergence of technology in the digital era has had a major influence on the role of philosophy of science in guidance and counseling in the digital era. Continuation must be the fundamental money to capture, expert, and treat innovation properly and appropriately. The purpose of this research is to find out how far the development of digital era science is in the study of philosophy of science from the perspective of guidance and counseling in the development of the digital era. This research method is qualitative with a literature study approach, or also called a literature review. Literature review is a written summary of articles from journals, documents, and books that explain theories and information that occurred in the past or is currently happening. The results of this study aim to find out how far the development of the digital era is in perspective in the philosophy of science in the context of guidance and counseling in the development of the digital era, and aims to make it easier for counselors to help clients solve their problems by using e-mail media, video conferencing, Facebook and applications in online counseling
Problems and monitoring in implementation of guidance and counseling programs at school
Guidance and counseling supervision aims to provide self-development facilities, and school counselor skills to improve counselor competence and increase responsibility in counseling and create guidance service programs. Found that the purpose of a school supervisor for guidance and counseling can use several approaches including conducting assessments, prevention, motivation, and providing reinforcement to find out the benefits of the program and the implementation of guidance and counseling in schools that have been achieved. and knowing progress and weaknesses, as well as having preventive steps to avoid deviations because prevention is better than repair. The research method is literature study, collecting data by finding sources and constructing them from various sources such as books, journals, and existing research. The results and discussion of the results of the research conducted at the school is that the school principal and the school superintendent are functional officials who serve as technical implementers to supervise the education of certain designated or designated schools
