    This study aims to examine the implications of humor and the role of front-line employee services to customer satisfaction. The effect of front-line service employees calculates the factor of service encounters. The service encounter factor becomes one of the decisive factors in the service industry, especially the banking industry, especially in the era of digitization as the interaction between employees and customers is still needed. The research design used is hypothesis testing between humour, front-line service employees, to customer satisfaction by service encounter. The sample of this research is supported by 150 workers consisting of teller, customer service, and head teller/customer service department who participate as the respondent in this research. This research uses SEM analysis. The result of this research supports the hypothesis that humor positively effects frontline service employees and front -line service employees affect the service encounter. This research fails to prove that service encounter has a significantly direct effect on customer satisfaction. Therefore, the implication of service encounter is still a crucial point for the banking industry in achieving customer satisfaction

    The Prediction of The Drought Index in The Indragiri Watershed Using SARIMA and SPI Methods

    Farmers are concerned about the problem of drought in agriculture because it will disrupt the production system and cause losses. In 2015, the Indragiri Hulu area experienced a drought on 273 hectares of agricultural land. This area is part of the Indragiri River Watershed in Riau Province. To prevent the impact of future droughts, forecasting is required. The level of drought is influenced by rainfall, so the Seasonal Auto Regressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA) method is used to model rainfall data. In addition, the Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) is also used to analyze the drought index. After the analysis, it was found that the best model in forecasting is SARIMA model (1,0,1)(2,1,1)12 with an average residual square of 18.0175, and the drought index in the Indragiri watershed is currently included in the  "Normal" category. The results of this forecasting are expected to assist the Riau Province National Disaster Management Agency in anticipating and mitigating the impact of future drought disasters

    Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran simple present tense dengan menggunakan transformation drill berhasil dikarenakan tercapainya kriteria sukses. Kriteria pertama adalah 80% dari siswa berhasil mencapai nilai lebih besar atau sama dengan 80 dari standar KKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 83,3% sudah mencapai nilai target. DIsamping itu, kriteria yang kedua ialah siswa menjadi lebih termotivasi dalam proses belajar. Hasil dari observasi dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa siswa terlihat lebih aktif di dalam kelas

    Tumor otak adalah pertumbuhan jaringan abnormal yang perlahan akan menekan jaringan sekitar dan menganggu fungsi otak. Sekuen 3D Axial Susceptibility Weighted Angiography (SWAN) adalah sekuen berbasis 3D multi echo yang dikembangkan oleh GE Healthcare, memanfaatkan kecenderungan susceptibility jaringan, sehingga memiliki sensitivitas tinggi dalam mendeteksi perdarahan dan kalsifikasi pada tumor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur pemeriksaan MRI Brain, alasan penggunaan sekuen 3D Axial SWAN, dan hasil informasi diagnostik yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan sekuen 3D Axial SWAN di Instalasi Radiologi RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang.Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah tiga pemeriksaan MRI Brain klinis tumor otak di Instalasi Radiologi RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang. Responden penelitian adalah satu orang dokter spesialis radiologi, tiga orang radiografer, dan satu orang dokter pengirim. Aktivitas analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif.Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa prosedur pemeriksaan MRI Brain dengan klinis tumor otak di Instalasi Radiologi RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang menggunakan sekuen Sagital T1, Sagital T2, Axial T1, Axial T2, Axial T2 FLAIR, Axial DWI B-1000, 3D Axial SWAN, 3D Axial TOF 4 Slabs, Coronal T2, Sagital T1 Kontras, Axial T1 Kontras, dan Coronal T1 Kontras. Posisi pasien supine dengan orientasi head first, kepala true AP, menggunakan head coil, dan landmark pada glabella. Alasan digunakannya sekuen 3D Axial SWAN karena dinilai informatif dalam menampakkkan perdarahan dan kalsifikasi, serta memiliki detail yang tinggi dalam menampakkan pembuluh darah. Informasi diagnostik yang didapatkan dengan sekuen 3D Axial SWAN berupa microbleeds yang ditandai dengan blooming artifact mendukung gambaran meningioma pada pasien
