Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran IPA Berbasis Toleransi untuk Daerah Rawan Konflik

West Nusa Tenggara has been inhabited by three major tribes namely; Sasak in Lombok, Samawa, in western Sumbawa, and Mbojo tribe in the middle and east of Sumbawa Island. Other tribes in Indonesia such as Bali, Java, Medan, and others color the cultural diversity of the people of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). The blending of various characters, cultures, and customs in a community of life is very potential to cause tribal, religious, belief, and racial conflicts. This fact occurs because of the lack of tolerance in the community. Tolerance can be built through well-planned education. This study aims to: 1) know the model of \u27learning devices\u27 IPA based on tolerance for school / madrasah in conflict prone areas, 2) to know the ability of science teachers in applying learning tools IPA based on tolerance, 3) to know the social skills of students in science learning, 4 ) know the attitude of student\u27s tolerance after learning, 5) knowing student cognitive learning outcomes after science-based learning tolerance. The research used is research development with model development of Kemp et al. (1994). This research was conducted in two stages, namely: (1) Development of Learning Device which includes; (a) Instructional Problems, (b) Learner Characteristics, (c) Task Analysis, (d) Objectives, (e) Content Sequencing, (f) Instructional Strategies, (g) Instructional Delivery, (h) Evaluation Instrumens, ) Instructional Resources. (2) Testing Devices to be implemented on the students of class IX MTs Kondok Barokah Nahdlatul Wathan. Implementasi Metode Pembelajaran Diskusi Kelompok untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Proses Sains dan Hasil Belajar Siswa

The purpose of this study was to improve science process skills and cognitive learning outcomes of class XI students of Middle 1 Praya Middle school year 2017/2018. The subject of this study were 31 students of class XI IPA-3 Praya Tengah as many as 31 people. This type of research is classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Data collection techniques used observation techniques for the implementation of learning, and tests as many as 20 questions. The results of the learning implementation observation in the first cycle = 41% and in the second cycle was 66%. Cognitive learning outcomes of students reach an average in the first cycle of 56.6 with classical completeness of 38.70% and experienced an increase in the second cycle with an average of 64.35 with classical completeness of 54.83%. Thus, the method of group discussion can improve science process skills and cognitive learning outcomes of class XI Middle Praya 1 Middle School 2017/2018 academic year

The Composition of Purse Seine During the Day and at Night in the Sasak Jorong Pasa Lamo Ranah Pasisie, District West Pasaman, West Sumatera Province

This research was conducted on March 17th to July 21th 2014, in the Sasak Jorong Pasa Lamo Ranah Pasisie, District West Pasaman, West Sumatera Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the composition of purse seine during the day and at night.This research used a survey method. The operation of purse seine fishing gear held on over 5 days of arrest.The Purse seine catches consist of 10 species, either in the day or at night with the weight was 620 kg at noon (1,625 fishes) and at night was 4.813kg (6,390 fishes), overall the weight were 5433 kg (8,015 fishes). The species of fish which were caught consist of Acanthocybium solandri, Auxis thazard, Stromsteus Niger, Selaroides leptolepis, Caranax melampygus, Leioghnathus equulus, Rastrelliger faughni, Scilla serrate,Chrysaora quinquecirrha, Lolygo sp.T-test and Chi-square test showed that there is no differences in the average and composition of catches during the day and at night
