    Kualifikasi Dan Kompetensi Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah Di Daerah Istimewa YOGYAKARTA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengaji keberadaan tenaga administrasi sekolah, khususnya terkait dengan kualifikasi dan kompetensi tenaga administrasi sekolah di DIY. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian evaluasi dengan model discrepancy. Responden penelitian berjumlah 28 orang, terdiri dari 12 kepala SD dan 8 kepala tenaga administrasi SMP dan 8 kepala tenaga administrasi SMA/SMK. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa pertama, Keberadaan tenaga administrasi sekolah pada sekolah-sekolah yang ada di DIY cukup bervariasi. Kedua, pada jenjang SMP maupun SMA/SMK tidak memiliki tenaga administrasi tertentu sesuai ketentuan Permendiknas Nomor 24 tahun 2008. sehingga tugas-tugas yang ada dirangkap oleh petugas yang lain. Ketiga, Kualifikasi pendidikan tenaga administrasi secara keseluruhan sudah mendekati ketentuan Permendiknas Nomor 24 tahun 2008. Keempat, Persyaratan yang pada umumnya belum dapat terpenuhi adalah dimilikinya sertifikat tenaga adminstrasi sekolah, kelima, seluruh jenjang pendidikan memiliki petugas layanan khusus tetapi jumlah dan jenis tugas yang dikerjakan sangat bervariasi. Keenam, Kompetensi tenaga administrasi sekolah secara keseluruhan sudah memadai sesuai ketentuan Permendiknas Nomor 24 tahun 2008

As an education manager, the principal must be able to manage all the resources that the school has for educational purposes. The principal has an understanding of the goals of education, has a forward-looking outlook, and realizes the potential of the school to become a force to achieve goals for education. School-based management is the embodiment of one of the educational reforms that provides opportunities for schools to provide good education services for students. Improve leadership skills, administrative management, and budget planning followed by transparency and accountability, as well as the participation of parents and the community,makinglearningconducive.Principalswithgoodmanagerialcompetencies will make it a school leader who has good quality, which is one of the reasons that inïŹ‚uence the occurrence of a good teaching and learning process at each level of the education unit. Having good managerial competence brings impact on the implementation of quality school-based management. Through library research and research, a theoretical basis, framework and research questions are reviewed. This study describes the inïŹ‚uence of principals’ competence on the quality of school-based management implementation.     Roles of career maturity mediating the effects of locus of control and socioeconomic status on career readiness

    This study aimed to analyze students' readiness for careers out of their professions by considering the effect of locus of control and socioeconomic status. Career maturity acted as the variable intervening. The quantitative method was chosen to test the hypothesis. A total of 80 students were selected to be respondents based on purposive sampling. Model testing was done by using PLS-SEM. The findings of this study found that the locus of control influenced student career readiness. Conversely, socioeconomic status had no significant effect on their career readiness. On the other hand, this study's career maturity partially mediates between locus of control and career readiness. Regarding the effect of socioeconomic status on career readiness, career maturity in this study was known to have a role as an explanatory or predictor. This study concluded that if students wanted to improve their career readiness, they should pay attention to the locus of control and achieve career success. This study's results contribute to institutions, educators, students, and counselling, informing that individual career maturity is an effective way to facilitate students' readiness in their career decision-making process. Future studies should adopt essential variables related to career readiness that is not examined in this study

    Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru SMA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh: Supervisi kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja guru, iklim kerja dan status sosial ekonomi secara parsial maupun bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri di Kota Pangkalpinang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh di mana semua populasi sebagai subjek penelitian. Pengujian validitas dilakukan dengan expert judgement dan confirmatory factor analisys (CFA). Pengujian reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha (α). Analisis data menggunakan teknik statistik regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian meliputi (1) Supervisi kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai signifikansi 0,0320,05. (5) Supervisi kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, iklim kerja guru dan status sosial ekonomi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05. Sumbangan efektif setiap variabel sebagai berikut (1) supervisi kepala sekolah sebesar 8,1%; (2) motivasi kerja guru sebesar 42,0%; (3) iklim kerja guru sebesar 17,3%; (4) status sosial ekonomi sebesar 1,8% dan (5) supervisi kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, iklim kerja guru, status sosial ekonomi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 62,3%. Kata kunci: supervisi kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja guru, iklim kerja guru, status sosial ekonomi, kinerja guru   THE FACTORS OF AFFECTING SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS TEACHER’S PERFORMANCE Abstract The research aims to reveal the effect of: Principal supervision, teacher's work motivation, teachers’ work climate, and socio-economic status simultaneously on the performance of the teachers of State Senior High Schools in Pangkalpinang. This research was ex-post facto research with the quantitative approach. It used the saturated sample where all the population became the sample. The validation was done through expert judgement and confirmatory factor analisys (CFA). The reliability was measured using Cronbach's Alpha (α). The data analysis used the multiple regression statistical technique. The results included. (1) The principal supervision affects the performance of the teachers, with the highest significance of 0.032 0,05. (5) The principal supervision, work motivation, teachers’ work climate, and socio-economic status simultaneously affect the performance of the teachers, at the significance level of 0.000 < 0,05. The effective contribution of each variable as a follows: (1) Principal supervision is 8.1%; (2) Teacher motivation is 42.0%; (3) work climate is17.3%; (4) Socio-economic status is 1.8% and, (5) Principal supervision, the motivation to work, teachers’ work climate, socio-economic status altogether are 63.3%.     Pelatihan Pengelolaan Arsip Keluarga Warga Kelurahan Wates Kulonprogo

    Pelatihan pengelolaan arsip keluarga bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang arti penting arsip keluarga dan memberikan bekal keterampilan dalam pengelolaan kearsipan keluarga di Kelurahan Wates, Kulonprogo. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2019. Lokasi pelaksanaan pelatihan adalah Kelurahan Wates, Kulonprogo. Peserta pelatihan dalam kegiatan ini adalah perwakilan anggota PKK. Jumlah peserta pelatihan yaitu 26 orang yang mewakili setiap RT di Kelurahan Wates. Peserta yang mendapatkan pelatihan ini akan ditunjuk sebagai kader dalam mensosialisaikan kesadaran dan arti penting arsip keluarga. Pelaksanaan pelatihan kearsipan keluarga dilakukan melalui empat tahap yaitu: (1) tahap perencanaan, (2) pelatihan tahap pertama, (3) pelatihan tahap kedua, serta (4) monitoring dan evaluasi. Pada pelatihan tahap pertama dan kedua terdapat instrumen pretest dan posttest yang digunakan unuk instrumen ecaluasi peserta pelatihan. Kegiatan pelatihan kearsipan keluarga berjalan dengan baik. Pada pelatihan tahap pertama terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta saat pretest dan posttest. Pada pelatihan tahap kedua juga terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta saat pretest dan posttest

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis sifat-sifat gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah perempuan  yang muncul dalam pengambilan keputusan, membangun komunikasi dan pemberian motivasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah  kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, sebagai subjek penelitian adalah kepala SMKN 7 Yogyakarta, SMKN 1 Bantul dan SMKN 1 Tempel. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian adalah sifat-sifat gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah perempuan SMKN 7 Yogyakarta, SMKN 1 Bantul, SMKN 1 Tempel adalah: (1) Kepala sekolah memberi wewenang dalam pengambilan keputusan kepada bawahan; (2) Berhati-hati dalam pengambilan keputusan dan taat pada prosedur; (3) Menghormati, menghargai, terbuka terhadap masukan dan saran dari bawahan; (4) Lebih suka bekerja tim; (5) Lebih mengutamakan hubungan antarpersonal dan komunikasi informal; (6) penghargaan diberikan untuk pengembangan bawahan; (7) sifat keibuan berperan dalam pemberian teguran dan pembinaan kepada bawahan serta lebih diplomatis.     Understanding Students’ Intention to Use Mobile Learning at Universitas Negeri Semarang: An Alternative Learning from Home During Covid-19 Pandemic

    Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic influenced education systems throughout the world, including in Indonesia. It makes the universities and schools go online for their teaching-learning process. Therefore, mobile learning can be an alternative solution to carry out the teaching and learning process as suggested by the government. The purpose of this study was to explore empirically mobile learning acceptances based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with satisfaction as the mediating variable. The population of this study is 250 Economics Education students at Universitas Negeri Semarang. The sample was taken by purposive sampling with the criteria of students who have used mobile learning in supporting their learning activities. Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS 24 was performed to analyze quantitative data. The results showed that from 6 hypotheses, there are 5 accepted hypotheses; they are; perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived interactivity have positive and significant effects on the intention to use mobile learning. The mediating variable (satisfaction) is successful to strengthen the influence between perceived ease of use and intention; and perceived usefulness and intention. However, satisfaction is rejected to mediate perceived interactivity and intention to use. Stakeholders should improve students’ satisfaction in their learning activities. The limitation of this study was the research results cannot be easely generalized in other contexts. In the future, other researchers can add other factors to examine better technology acceptance

    PERAN KEPALA SEKOLAH SEBAGAI MOTIVATOR DALAM PENGOPTIMALAN KINERJA GURU DAN KARYAWAN DI SMK YAYASAN PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI (YPE) CILACAP

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah sebagai motivator untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja guru dan karyawan di SMK YPE Cilacap. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, dan karyawan SMK YPE Cilacap. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif yang meliputi tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran kepala sekolah sebagai motivator untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja guru dan karyawan di SMK YPE Cilacap yaitu dengan 1) membuat empat program, yaitu a) memfokuskan pada pengembangan kurikulum dan kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah, b) mengembangkan kreativitas guru dalam mengajar dengan membuat program tahunan, program semester, dan rencana program pembelajaran (yang mengikuti kurikulum terbaru, yakni kurikulum 2013), c) penyediaan sarana dan prasarana, dan d) menegakkan disiplin di lingkungan sekolah dengan memberikan contoh hadir tepat waktu pada jam kerja; 2) pelaksanaan program kerja berjalan cukup baik. Meskipun masih ada kendala, kepala sekolah bersikap tanggap terhadap permasalahan yang ada dan melakukan pengawasan secara langsung dan tidak langsung; dan 3) kepala sekolah melakukan evaluasi kinerja guru dan karyawan mulai dari proses pelaksanaan sampai dengan pembuatan laporan hasil kerja

    Problems in Learning of Electronic Filing at Vocational School in Yogyakarta Special Region, Indonesia

    This study aims to investigate the learning implementation of electronic filing and problems faced by teachers in learning implementing of electronic filing. This study is a descriptive research with qualitative approach. Collecting data used interview and documentation techniques. The research subjects consisted of 29 teachers who teach Filing subject at Office Administration Vocational  Schools in Yogyakarta Special Region. The results showed that all of teachers there has been no to teach the electronic filing material. There are four problems faced by teachers so that they do not teach the electronic filing material, namely: 1) the scope of electronic filing material in the curriculum is not yet clear, 2) there are no teaching materials for learning of  electronic filing in vocational schools, 3) teachers do not have the knowledge and skills that enough to teach the electronic filing materials, 4) limited learning facilities.
