Pendugaan Endapan Mangan Menggunakan Metoda Geolistrik (Tahanan Jenis ) di Daerah Bonehau PT. Manakarramulti Mining Kabupaten Mamuju Propinsi Sulawesi Barat

Metode geolistrik merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengetahui atau pendugaan keberadaan endapan mangan dengan data hasil survei geolistrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat struktur bawah permukaan daerah prospek endapan mangan berdasarkan nilai tahanan jenis batuan bawah permukaan.Untuk mendapatkan nilai tahanan jenis secara vertikal digunakan metode geolistrik tahanan jenis konfigurasi Wenner -Sclumberger .Nilai tahanan jenis semu yang diperoleh selanjutnya diolah dengan menggunakan software Res2dinv ver. 3.53 sebagai nilai tahanan jenis yang sebenarnya.Hasil inversi terhadap tahanan jenis semu diinterpretasikan sebagai struktur bawah permukaan yang dapat diidentifikasi sebagai daerah yang prospek mengandung endapan mangan. Dari Delapan lintasan yang dilakukan survey geolistrik, secara umum pada daerah tersebut berpotensi mengandung endapan mangan yang dapat dilihat dari nilai tahanan jenisnya

The aims of this research are : 1) to find out and analyze the simultaneous influence of leadership and career development on employee\u27s performance at PT. Suzuki Finance Indonesia Palu ; 2) to find out and analyze the influence of leadership on employee\u27s performance at PT. Suzuki Finance Indonesia Palu ; 3 ) to find out and analyze the influence of career development on employee\u27s performance at PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia Palu. This research is descriptive that explains the influence of leadership and career development on employee\u27s at PT. Suzuki Finance Indonesia Palu with 39 respondents who are selected through purposive sampling method. The results show that: 1) leadership and career development simultaneously have significand and positive influence on employee\u27s performance at PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia Palu ; 2 ) leadershif partially has positive and significant influence on employee\u27s performance at PT. Pertumbuhan Kerangka Karang Acropora di Perairan Sengigi Lombok

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Mengetahui laju petumbuhan kerangka karang Acropora (Acropora nobilis dan Acropora nosuta) 2) mengidentifikasi kondisi perairan Senggigi. Pengukuran pertumbuhan karang dilakukan selama empat bulan dengan metode Alizarin red meliputi pertumbuhan panjang dan pertambahan bobot. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan pertumbuhan pada kedua jenis karang, dilakukan uji t sedangkan kondisi perairan dilakukan uji laboratorium dan dibahas secara diskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pertumbuhan panjang kerangka Acropora nobilis mencapai 17.79 mm atau 0.148 mm/hari dan Acropora nosuta mencapai 14.28 mm atau 0.12 mm/hari. Sedangkan pertambahan bobot kerangka Acropora nobilis mencapai 513.1 mg atau 4.27 mg /hari dan Acropora nosuta mencapai 264.9 mg atau 2.21 mg /hari. Uji statistik menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan laju pertumbuhan antara kerangka karang Acropora nobilis dan Acropora nosuta. This study is focused on academic administrative services that cover the relationship between students and administrative personnel or between teachers and administrative personnel. The purpose of research is to obtain information about (1) the planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring conducted by the headmaster; (2) Constraints and administrative management efforts to improve academic administration services. Sea Voyages and Occupancies of Malayan Peoples at the West Coast of South Sulawesi

This paper discussesthe sea voyages and trades in relation to the history of Malayan occupancies at West Coast of South Sulawesi in fifteenth century when Bugis and Makassar kingdoms started to emerge. This research used philological approach with manuscripts (lontara) as primary data sources. The results of this research suggests that the establishment of local ports such as Suppa', Siang, Tanete, Kalukubodoa, and Sanrabone along the west coast of South Sulawesi since the fifteenth century indicates the initial periods of kingdoms' maritime activities in South Sulawesi. In sixteenth century, these sailing and trading activities continued to show their progress which was marked by the establishment of networks and relationships between Bugis and Makassar kingdoms with other areas at Nusantara such as Malacca, Pahang, Minangkabau, Patani, and Champa. It was proved, then, that these sailing and trading activities have become a crucial factor which led to the establishment of cooperation and social integration between Bugis-Makassar peoples and Malayan peoples who came from Malay Peninsula and Sumatera. Malayan traders already sailed to Sulawesi since the fifteenth century and they were well accepted by Bugis and Makassar local peoples. These Malayan traders from social relation aspectwere accepted as residents, and even allowed to married with Bugis and Makassar peoples. In the long run this kind of intermarriage would integrate those Malayan into Bugis and Makassar

DESAIN GRAFIS PADA PRODUKSI SABLON T-SHIRT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemahaman dalam merancang desain T-shirt pada produksi sablon yang harus diketahui oleh desainer. Merancang desain T-shirt untuk kebutuhan produksi sablon tidak cukup hanya memahami dan mampu menggunakan aplikasi desain grafis. Merancang desain T-shirt untuk produksi sablon harus memahami beberapa hal yang saling berhubungan antara lain proses desain grafisnya, proses film output, dan prinsip teknik produksi sablon. Merancang desain T-shirt untuk produksi sablon perlu mengetahui bentuk dasar format desain yang dibuat yaitu vector atau bitmap agar tidak salah dalam memilih atau menggunakan aplikasi (software) desainnya.  Desainer harus memahami pendekatan dalam proses film output agar desain yang dibuat dapat diproduksi dengan tekhnik cetak sablon dan dapat menyesuaikan dengan kualitas karakter visual hasil cetakan yang dinginkan. Desainer grafis T-shirt perlu memahami prinsip teknik produksi sablon agar dalam merancang desain dapat menyesuaikan dengan pendekatan pada proses film output yang dilakukan

Ekosistem Mangrove Perairan Teluk Kwandang Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara

In many coastal waters, including in the Kwandang Bay, often there are threeinterrelated ecosystems, they are mangroves, seagrass beds and coral reefs ecosystems.This study aims to determine the existence of mangrove ecosystems in the KwandangBay waters, and to determine the condition of the ecosystem based on the communitystructure. This research was conducted in the waters in the Kwandang Gulf of NorthGorontalo District for three months. The method used in this research was a surveymethod, and purposive sampling was conducted to collect the data. Six samplingstations with 20x20 m2 transect areas were determined to collect the mangroveecosystem data. Mangrove species found were Shoneratia alba, Brugeiragymnorrhiza, Xylocarpus sp,, Cariops tagal, Rhizophora sp, and Avicenia sp. Themangrove ecosystem has low diversity level, evenly distributed species, and there is nodominant species
