A Nepotism and Crony in a Business, Case of Industrial Deregulation in Indonesia

An industrial deregulation is a government policy in developing a state\u27s economic infrastructure. If a country undergoes a process of powerful personalization, its interest is identical with a powerful interest. For an economic profit, the President\u27s relative and crony do a business and build directly unproductive seeking activities. This study aims to examine the relation of relative to crony in realizing an industrial deregulation in the 1980s and its impact on the Indonesian economy in a view of macroeconomic policy. It focuses on a problem of the industrial deregulation from 1983 to 1990 with economic growth by the indicator of contribution to GDP and labor force. The study used an expose facto approach. Analisis Perhitungan Bagi Hasil Mudharabah Tabungan pada (Studi Kasus) PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS)Harta Insan Karimah (HIK) Makassar

This research is a qualitative descriptive study. by collecting descriptive data as outlined in the form of reports and descriptions. Data is obtained by approaching or documenting archives, documents, records or everything needed for this research. Then the data will be analyzed with qualitative analysis. The data that has been obtained will be validated by using the triangulation method, which is checking data from various sources in various ways, and at various times. There are two triangulation techniques namely source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of the research conducted at BPRS HIK Makassar showed the mechanism for calculating the profit sharing system used using system revenue sharing with a ratio of 70:30. The revenue sharing system applies to the bank income that will be distributed calculated based on gross income. In BPRS HIK Makassar the Revenue sharing system mechanism is used by way of sharing the benefits of fund management carried out by the Bank before deducting operational costs or profit sharing calculated from gross profit / total income and using mudharabah mutlaqah and mudharabah muqayyadah contracts. So the revenue sharing system at BPRS HIK Makassar is in accordance with the National Shari'ah Council fatwa No: 02/DSNMUI/IV/2000 regarding the general provisions of savings based on Mudharabah

The number of motorcycles being sold in Indonesia keeps increasing every year. Every manufacturer should stand firm on negotiating to what extent service and brand name impact to consumer trust and recommendation preference. This research aims to investigate this issue using path analysis. Sample is taken from community of car garage consumers. Then, data is verified by some statistical tools such as normality, validity and reliability before using path analysis. The research findings confirm that service quality, brand association and consumer trust are very important to attract trust over garage service. Concerning this issue, the researcher contributes some suggestions such as management should increase service quality by doing employee professionalism improvement. For doing this, the firm can exploit on employee training; implementing incentive strategy to motivate employees, exposing openness and positive atmosphere to interact with consumers and the last but not the least, to maintain good relationship for short and long term by providing consumers with a forum-based communication media
