Introduction: Transbronchial lung cryobiopsy (TBLC) is commonly used in diagnosing interstitial lung diseases (ILDs). Ageneral anesthesia with endotracheal intubation, balloon blockers and fluoroscopy control is the most common modality. Simplifying the procedure without decreasing itÔÇÖs safety could result in wider use. Prospective, observational study was conducted in three Polish pulmonology centers to evaluate safety and diagnostic yield of TBLC under conscious sedation, without intubation and bronchial blockers and with radial-EBUS guidance instead of fluoroscopy. Material and methods: In patients suspected of ILD, in accordance with high resolution computer tomography (HRCT) selected lung segments were examined with radial-EBUS mini probe without aguide sheath. If the lung infiltrations were visible this locations were preferred. If not, specimens were taken from two different segments of the same lobe. Two to five biopsies with freezing time 5ÔÇô8 seconds were performed. Moreover ultrasound examination was used to avoid injury of lung vessels. Results: From March 2017 to September 2019 ÔÇö 114 patients (M: 59, F: 55) of mean (SD) age 54 (14) years were included to the study on the basis of medical history and HRCT. Histopathology was conclusive in 90 (79%) patients and included 16 different diagnoses (sarcoidosis, EAA, COP predominantly). 24 inconclusive biopsies of unclassifiable pulmonary fibrosis were followed up. Complications included five cases (4.4%) of pneumothorax requiring achest tube drainage and aminor and moderate bleeding in few cases. There was no need for use of balloon bronchial blockers. Conclusions: TBLC under conscious sedation guided by radial EBUS mini-probe is novel, reasonable and safe technique for histological diagnosis of ILDs

Przedmiotem pracy jest problematyka wykorzystania telefonu kom├│rkowego w praktyce indywidualnego zarz─ůdzania informacj─ů. Celem pracy jest rozpoznanie roli telefonu kom├│rkowego w procesach indywidualnego zarz─ůdzania informacj─ů zwi─ůzan─ů ze studiami licencjackimi na kierunku zarz─ůdzanie informacj─ů. Wykorzystano metod─Ö sonda┼╝u diagnostycznego przy u┼╝yciu techniki ankiety z zastosowaniem kwestionariusza oraz metod─Ö krytyki i analizy pi┼Ťmiennictwa. W wyniku przeprowadzonych analiz przedstawiono koncepcje indywidualnego zarz─ůdzania informacj─ů i indywidualnej przestrzeni informacyjnej oraz w podstawowym zakresie om├│wiono problematyk─Ö barier informacyjnych. Przedstawiono tak┼╝e telefon kom├│rkowy jako narz─Ödzie indywidualnego zarz─ůdzania informacj─ů. W wyniku przeprowadzonych bada┼ä ustalono, i┼╝ telefon kom├│rkowy, w oparciu o posiadane funkcje i dodatkowe aplikacje, odgrywa istotn─ů rol─Ö w indywidualnym zarz─ůdzaniu informacj─ů studenta. The subject of the thesis is the issue of using a mobile phone in the practice of personal information management. The aim of the thesis is to identify the role of a mobile phone in the processes of personal information management related to the first level studies in the field of information management. The survey method was used and the questionnaire technique was adopted. Furthermore, the critical literature review method was also used. As a result of the analyzes, the concepts of personal information management and personal information space were presented, and selected issues of information barriers were discussed in the basic scope. Moreover, a mobile phone was presented as a tool for personal information management. Due to the research conducted it was found that mobile phone, with its functions and additional applications, plays a crucial role in studentsÔÇÖ personal information management. Students utilize smartphone's functions for the sake of information processes related to their studies but also face barriers which make the use of its full potential difficult

The specificity of grass-roots organization of the Swiss State suggests that the specificity of its operation should be sought for from the level of the community through canton to the whole federation. It should be noted that the pillar of the Swiss federalism is strong independence of the cantons towards the federal government. It is worth noting that the specific nature of the system of government is based on the principle of domination of parliament; arrangement relationships between the various institutions of state power contribute to the institutional domination of the political processes, while limited to the minimum degree of political competition favors on the one hand the implementation of substantive policy action, and on the other - stability. It should also be pointed out to the extensive institution of direct democracy which leaves the final say to the citizen
