The Consequences of Urban Air Pollution for Child Health: What Does Self-reporting Data in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area Reveal?

Since the early 1990s, the air pollution level in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area hasarguably been one of the highest in developing countries. This article utilizes selfreporting data on illnesses available in the 2004 National Socio-Economic HouseholdSurvey to test the hypothesis that air pollution impacts human health, particularlyamong children. Test results confirm that air pollution, represented by the PM10 levelin a sub-district, significantly correlates with the level of human health problems,represented by the number of restricted activity days (RAD) in the previous month.Results show that the younger the person, the higher the number of RAD in theprevious month; that is the impact of a given level of PM10 concentration is morehazardous for children

Evolusi infrastruktur yang dipakai sebagi acuan, antara lain hukum Moore dan daya pemrosesan, Hukum Penyimpangan Digital Besar, dan Hukum Metcalfe dan Ekonomi Jaringan. Setelah memahami bagaimana evolusi infrastruktur tersebut dapat digunakan untuk membantu mengurangi permasalahan yang timbul pada Perusahaan. Keuntungan yang didapat oleh Perusahaan tentunya adalah dari segmen perekonomian, yaitu keuntungan yang didapat apabila Perusahaan berada pada bidang infrastruktur teknologi informasi maupun hanya sebagai pengguna teknologi informasi.Maka dari itu dengan memahaminya Perusahaan dapat membuat sebuah pedoman yang mengacu pada perkembangan dalam bidang infrastrukur IT. Maka Perusahaan tersebut dapat menerapkannya sebagai kebijakan karena evolusi tersebut tidaklah berhenti pada masa itu saja tetapi dapat dipakai untuk evolusi selanjutnya untuk kepentingan yang berbeda

Analisis Yuridis Akta Keterangan Waris yang Dibuat oleh Notaris dalam Ketentuan Pembuatan Akta Otentik Berdasarkan Uujn No. 2 Tahun 2014

The result of this study showed that the authority of Notary to make and issue the Letter of Certification of Inheritance is not regulated in detail because this is only the habitual activity of the previous Notaries which is then followed by the next and current Notaries. Basides, based on the habitual action, in the making of the Letter of Certification of Inheritance, Notaries also refer to the Circular Letter of Legal Development Board, Directorate General of Agraria, Department of Domestic Affairs No: 44DP/12/63/12/69 dated December 20, 1969 on Letter of Certification of Inheritance and the Evidence of Citizenship as their legal base. It is regulated that for the Indonesian citizen of the indigeneous people origin, the Certification of Inheritance is made by the heir(s) witnessed by 2 (two) witnesses which is then approved and certified by Lurah (Head of Urban Village) and Camat (Head of Subdistrict). For the Indonesia Citizen of foreign eastern descent origin, the Certification of Inheritance should be obtained from BalaiHartaPeninggalan (the Office of Inheritance Affairs). The categorization of population and the existing law for every category of population should have been eliminated. The practice of this stipulation is regarded as a discriminative action as well as rasialism and of course it is on the contrary with the principles of human rights. So, this kind of regulation stuipulation must be ended immediately by determining the authority of Notary as the only official who makes and issues the Certification of Inheritance and regulated in the the UUJN (Law on Notary's Position)

The Role of Interior Design Elements in Attracting K-pop Lovers at Mujigae Restaurants in Bandung

The existence of Korean culture has become increasingly well-known by Indonesian people, it has become a venue for restaurant entrepreneurs to compete hard to win the hearts of consumers. Korean-themed restaurants are now increasingly appearing in Indonesia, including in Bandung. Korean-themed restaurants in Bandung are not just offering unique Korean menus, but interior design is of particular concern so that visitors can enjoy a different atmosphere. One of them is Mujigae restaurant, Korean-themed restaurant that carries the Halyu wave modern culture of the Korean Pop or known as K-Pop. This study aims to analyze the form of achievement and implementation of K-pop-themed interior design with the modern atmosphere of Korea. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative through observations validated through the Discussion Group Forum. In its efforts to achieve a distinctive Korean atmosphere, this restaurant in addition to utilizing the fame of K-pop artists also implements the characteristics of a vibrant, cheerful, colorful, and energetic K-pop music style that is felt in the atmosphere of its interior. The atmosphere of the space is increasingly manifested through other supporting elements in the form of tableware used as well as videos and music that deliberately play K-pop music. The results obtained regarding the implementation of K-pop-themed interior design are applied to several elements, namely in furniture, murals, two-dimensional decoration objects, lighting, and audio-visual media. Kontribusi Fakultas Kedokteran Unisba dan Pemerintah Propinsi dalam Membantu Pencapaian Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di Jawa Barat

Pembangunan manusia tumbuh dari keprihatinan, kemiskinan masih belum tertanggulangi. Tujuan pembangunan adalah untuk membangun sebuah lingkungan yang memberdayakan rakyat.Masalah, bagaimana implementasi kontribusi Unisba meningkatkan IPM di Jawa Barat, penggunaan IPM & peranan pemerintah Propinsi. Tujuan dan Manfaat penulisan,memberi gambaran tentang IPM dan kontribusi FK Unisba. Metode penulisan menggunakan analisis deskriftif. IPM sebagai alat ukur untuk melihat pencapaian pembangunan manusia, dengan 3 indikatornya: kesehatan, pendidikan dan ekonomi. Tiga kelompok Negara berdasarkan skala IPM, yaitu: skala 0-0,5 ; skala 0,51-0,79 ; dan skala 0,8-1. Tabel nilai maksimum dan minimum komponen IPM terdiri : indeks komponen, nilai indikator dan standar UNDP. Kurikulum pendidikan dokter berbasis kompetensi, dengan kompetensi dokter layanan primer melalui pendekatan dokter keluarga. KIPDI III memiliki 7 area kompetensi dengan 6 tanggung jawab dokter Indonesia. Kompetensi tambahan Unisba Penguasaan nilai-nilai Islami di bidang kedokteran dan pendalaman penguasaan kesehatan masyarakat industri. Kontribusi FK Unisba,lulusan dokter dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitas. IPM sebagai gambaran komprehensif dan signifikan dalam menilai kinerja pembangunan. Peranan pemerintah propinsi dalam mencapai IPM 80 harus dapat menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat dengan rencana strategi 2006-2010 yang memperhatikan aspek filosofis, yuridis dan sosiologis
