Proposed SMART Traffic Control Signal in Brunei Darussalam

This paper presents proposed SMART (Systematic Monitoring of Arterial Road Traffic Signals) traffic control signal in Brunei Darussalam. Traffic congestion due to stops and delays at traffic light signals has much been complained about in Brunei Darussalam as well as across the world during the recent years. There are primarily two types of traffic signal controls in Brunei Darussalam. The most common one is the fixed or pre-timed signal operation traffic light and the other one is the actuated signal operation traffic light. Although the actuated signal control is more efficient than the fixed or pre-fixed signal control in the sense that it provides fewer stops and delays to traffic on the major arteries, the best option for Brunei Darussalam would be to introduce smart traffic control signal. This type of traffic signal uses artificial intelligence to take the appropriate action by adjusting the times in real time to minimise the delay in the intersection while also coordinating with intersections in the neighbourhood. SMART Signal simultaneously collects event-based high-resolution traffic data from multiple intersections and generates real-time signal performance measures, including arterial travel time, number of stops, queue length, intersection delay, and level of service. In Brunei Darussalam, where we have numerous intersections where several arterial roads are linked to one another, The SMART signal traffic control method should be implemented

MATHEMATICAL THEORY OF EVIDENCE TO DENGUE FEVER DETECTION

This paper presents Dempster-Shafer Theory for dengue fever detection. Sustainable elimination of dengue fever as a public-health problem is feasible and requires continuous efforts and innovative approaches. In this research, we used Dempster-Shafer theory for detecting dengue fever diseasesand displaying the result of detection process. The Dempster-Shafer theory is a mathematical theory of evidence.Dengue fever diseases have the same symptoms withbabesiosis, lyme, malaria, and west nile. We describe six symptoms as major symptoms which include fever, red urine, skin rash, paralysis, headache, and arthritis. Dempster-Shafer theory to quantify the degree of belief, our approach uses Dempster-Shafer theory to combine beliefs under conditions of uncertainty and ignorance, and allows quantitative measurement of the belief and plausibility in our identification result

Permasalahan yang dihadapi untuk mendapatkan beasiswa ada beberapa kriteria-kriteria yang sudah di tetapkan pada program studi ini seperti jurusan ,penghasilan orang tua ,tanggungan orang tua, prestasi akademik, ,prestasi non akademikAlgoritma C4.5 merupakan salah satu metode data mining untuk memprediksi pemilihan penerima beasiswa kepada siswa sma dilihat dari faktor eksternal dan internal siswa. Algoritma C4.5.. Hasil pengujian dan analisis menunjukkan bahwa Algoritma Decision Tree C4.5 akurat diterapkan untuk prediksi nilai akhir siswa sekolah menengah dengan tingkat akurasi 94.7368%

Perancangan Aplikasi Sistem Penjualan Top-Up Game Online Berbasis Website Memanfaatkan Fitur Mern Fullstack Menggunakan Metode Waterfall

Game adalah sebuah perangkat lunak yang dirancang untuk memenuhi waktu luang seseorang dengan tujuan mendapatkan hiburan yang diinginkan. Setiap game memiliki sebuah mata uangnya masing-masing yang dapat dibeli oleh pemain dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemain dalam game itu sendiri. Dalam pembelian voucher game setiap pemain menginginkan sistem pembayaran yang mudah dan cepat. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan suatu rancangan aplikasi berbasis web yang bisa membantu pemain membeli voucher di dalam sebuah game. Aplikasi berbasis web ini akan menampilkan detail voucher game yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan pemain dapat melakukan pembelian secara aman dan mudah. Dalam pembuatan sistem ini menggunakan teknologi MERN Stack serta Visual Code studio sebagai tempat penulisan kode. Tujuan dari perancangan aplikasi penjualan top-up voucher game berbasis website yaitu untuk melancarkan proses pelanggan ketika membeli voucher game online serta memberi informasi detail tentang voucher game online. Aplikasi nantinya akan terhubung dengan fitur Digiflazz dan Tripay untuk memudahkan proses transaksi. Dengan adanya website ini proses pemesanan menjadi tidak memerlukan waktu yang lama, karena pelanggan dapat otomatis melakukan pembelian tanpa memerlukan respon dari pihak admin. Pihak admin pun tidak perlu menunggu proses pembayaran dan hanya menunggu notifikasi pembayaran untuk melakukan proses pengiriman voucher game ke pihak pelanggan

The Design of Earthquake Detector Using Pendulum Swing Based on ATMega328

Earthquake is a vibration  that occur on the surface of the earth, earthquakes are usually caused by the movement of the earth's crust (earth's plates). Earthquakes are also used to indicate the area from which the earthquake occurred. Even though our earth is solid, it always moves and earthquakes occur when the pressure caused by that movement is too large to be able to withstand. One of the effects of the earthquake vibration itself that reaches the earth's surface and if the vibration is large enough can damage buildings and other infrastructure such as roads and bridges, railroad tracks, dams and others, causing casualties and property losses. So that we can avoid the danger caused by an earthquake, it is necessary to design an earthquake detection device with a pendulum swing method based on the ATMega328 Microcontroller. Pengembangan dan Implementasi Aplikasi Media Pembelajaran berbasis Android Pada SMK Grafika Kecamatan Gading Rejo Kabupaten Pringsewu

Pembuatan aplikasi media pembelajaran berbasis android sangat diperlukan dalam dunia pendidikan, karena tuntutan perkembangan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan yang mendorong upaya – upaya dalam pemanfaatan hasil teknologi pendidikan dalam dunia belajar mengajar. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu dalam membuat media pembelajaran pada SMK Grafika Gading Rejo Kabupaten Pringsewu. Melalui aplikasi E-learning  yang dapat memudahkan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang lebih efisien. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dengan proses pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi pada SMK Grafika Gading Rejo. Hasil kegiatn pengabdian ini menghasilkan suatu media aplikasi pembelajaran E-learning pada SMK Grafika Gading Rejo yang berbasis android. Tahapan pengabdian ini, peneliti banyak melakukan tahapan-tahapan seperti melakukan analisis serta pengorganisasian materi dan melakukan sebuah perancangan desain serta pengimplementasian aplikasi sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang bermanfaat berupa aplikasi media pembelajaran E-learning dalam bentuk aplikasi android. Media pembelajaran ini sangat membantu siswa/i dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SMK  Grafika Gading Rej
