    Maccera Manurung Multicultural Education and Its Implications for Students in Elementary Schools

    The focus of the problem in this research is how 1) the description of Multicultural Education maccera manurung 2) how the implications of cultural values maccera manurung on elementary school students. The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the description of Multicultural Education maccera manurung 2) the implications of cultural values maccera manurung on elementary school students. The data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The data analysis in this research is descriptive, qualitative data analysis. The subjects of this research are traditional leaders, students who have implemented the maccera manurung culture and elementary school teachers in the Kaluppini Customary Area. The results of this study show an overview of the maccera manurung culture in the Kaluppini community and the main values in the maccera manurung procession that have implications for elementary school students. These values are described in the procession of maccera manurung culture, among others: ma'balla (respect for others, empathy, respect for God, cooperation) massajo (responsibility, trust, courage, honesty, discipline, love for the country, order) kasiturutan (togetherness, order, discipline, tolerance, courtesy). The implications of maccera manurung multicultural education for elementary school students in this study were identified in the form of empathy, student character and positive social relationships with others in elementary school student

    Al-Wa‘d as Muhallil of Multi Contract (Ambiguity of Applying Al-Wa'd in Modern Transaction)

    Wa'd (the unilateral promise) is an alternative for separate multi contract in one transaction and ribâ that are prohibited with Islamic law. The application of this promise faces difficulty because of difference of principle between unilateral promise that is not binding and the business practice that based on rule of law. The fatwa of DSN, in one side, use both unilateral promise (wa'd) and bilateral promise (muwâ'adah), and other side, consider such as binding in case and not binding in other case. This indicates the difficulty for applying wa'd at the modern contract. Fatwa of DSN has tendency on binding the promise, especially uni-lateral promise.     Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1).Untuk mengetahui Iklim Organisasi yang diterapkan Universitas Mathla’ul Anwar Banten, (2) Untuk mengetahui kompensasi dosen Universitas Mathla’ul Anwar Banten, (3) Untuk mengetahui Kepusan kerja dosen Universitas Mathla’ul Anwar Banten(4). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dosen Universitas Mathla’ul Anwar Banten secara individu.(5). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dosen Universitas Mathla’ul Anwar Banten secara individu(6).Untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dosen Universitas Mathla’ul Anwar Banten Secara bersama-sama (Simultan). Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap dosen Universitas Mathla’ul Anwar Pandeglang Banten. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 128 Dosen. Penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, sehingga jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 56 dosen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah : analisis deskriptif, Uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas data, Uji kolerasi berganda, koeffisien determinasi, uji regresi berganda, dan perhitungan dan  penyajian data menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 16.0. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan  (1). Iklim organisasi pada Universitas Mathla’ul Anwar Pandeglang Banten cukup kondusif. (2). pemberian kompensasi pada Universitas Mathla’ul Anwar Pandeglang Banten sesuai harapan (3). kepuasan kerja dosen Universitas Mathla’ul Anwar Pandeglang Banten rata-rata merasakan kepuasan kerja. (4). iklim kerja berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan kerja dosen. (5). kompensasi berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan kerja dosen. (6). keputusannya iklim kerja dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja

    Employee job satisfaction is a feeling of satisfaction or a sense of achievement that an employee gets from his job. Employee job satisfaction is individual, because each individual certainly has a different level of job satisfaction from one another. One of the factors causing the low level of employee satisfaction is not implementing a Work-life balance. Employees who apply Work-life balance in their lives will be able to share their time fairly between work life and also life outside of work. Automatically this can increase employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work-life balance on Millennial Employee Job Satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative correlation. The population in this study are millennial employees with an age range of 22-42 years. The number of subjects used in this study were 248 people using the non-probability sampling technique inthe form of accidental sampling. The scale used in this research is the Work- life balance scale and the Job Satisfaction scale (JSS). The results of this study found that there was a positive effect of the Work-life balance variable on job satisfaction of 48.4% and the other 51.6% was influenced by factors outside the variables not examined. It gets better the implementation of Work-life balance carried out by employees, the higher level job satisfaction obtained

The research results show that the Constitutional Court has the responsibility to ensure that the presidential threshold requirements are in accordance with the constitution and the basic principles of democracy. Controversial cases in various countries and the challenges associated with presidential threshold testing demonstrate the complexity and controversy involved in these arrangements

    Fracture is the broken continuity of the bone. Based on type and size of the bone, bone can break when it is not strong enough to withstand the pressure applied to the bone. The purpose of this research was to determine the management of the ineffectiveness of peripheral tissue perfusion in Mrs.S suffering from third-day post ORIF with the indication of femur 1/3 distal dextra fracture in Cempaka room, Ungaran Regional Hospital. Management results obtained swollen femur on the third-day post ORIF. It can cause complications due to the ineffectiveness of peripheral tissue perfusion in the patient. A suggestion for nurses in the hospital is to be able to carry out routine observations in post-operative ORIF patients that might experience changing condition. Key words:ROM Exercise, Ineffective Peripheral Tissue Perfusion, Post ORI

    Gambaran Pengelolaan Hipervolemia pada Gagal Jantung Kongestif di Rumah Sakit

    Gagal jantung kongestif adalah kondisi dimana jantung dalam memompa darah tidak adekuat sehingga kebutuhan tubuh seperti nutrisi dan oksigen tidak terpenuhi secara menyeluruh. Salah satu komplikasi yang terjadi yaitu kelebihan cairan atau hipervolemia yang ditandai dengan adanya edema, peningkatan berat badan dan sesak nafas. Penulisan bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan pengelolaan hipervolemia pada gagal jantung kongestif di RSJ Prof. dr. Soerojo Magelang. Metode penulisan  yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan  convenience sampling, dengan kriteria inklusi yaitu pasien gagal jantung kongestif yang mengalami masalah keperawatan hipervolemi. Pengumpulan data dengan pendekatan proses asuhan keperawatan meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Pengelolaan hipervolemia dilakukan selama 3 hari. Tindakan untuk mengatasi hipervolemia diantaranya monitor tanda vital, membatasi asupan cairan dan garam, monitoring balance cairan 24jam dan kolaburasi pemberian furosemid. Hasil pengelolaan didapatkan masalah hipervolemia teratasi dibuktikan dengan edema di kedua tungkai kaki menurun, berat badan membaik, JVP membaik, refleks hepatojugular membaik, balance +234ml dan pasien mengatakan tubuh menjadi lebih segar. Pentingnya kesadaran diri perilaku hidup sehat dengan mengontrol konsumsi cairan dan garam serta membatasi aktifitas fisik selama periode akut

Kajian dilakukan secara mendalam berdasarkan sejumlah teori, hasil-hasil penelitian yang relevan, dan pengalaman empirik para atlet. Secara sederhana, mental juara merupakan sekumpulan atribut psikologis yang memungkinkan seorang atlet bertahan melalui kondisi yang tidak nyaman bahkan sangat sulit sekalipun demi meraih kesuksesan. Atribut tersebut merupakan interrelasi antara komitmen, persisten, dan ambisi prestatif.
