Evaluasi Manajemen Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja Rumah Sakit (K3RS) penting untuk dilakukan agar dapat diketahui sejauhmana pelaksanaan K3RS di RSUD Indramayu ditinjau berdasarkan input, process, output, impact, lingkungan dan umpan balik sehingga diketahui kekuatan dan kelemahan dalam penerapan manajemen K3RS di RSUD Indramayu.
Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kombinasi model concurrent embedded. Subjek dan sampel penelitian adalah penanggungjawab K3RS, ketua pokja MFK, karyawan dan pasien RSUD Indramayu. Subjek dan sampel penelitian yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam dan wawancara terstruktur. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan analisis isi dan analisis data multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan K3RS di RSUD Indramayu masih bermasalah baik dari aspek input, proses, output, impact, lingkungan dan umpan balik. Permasalahan terjadi dikarenakan belum adanya sumber daya manusia dan organisasi K3RS di RSUD Indramayu. Fungsional K3RS tidak ada dalam SOTK, sehingga menjadi penghambat dalam pembentukan organisasi K3RS. Pelaksanaan K3RS selama ini diketahui sebagai penanggungjawabnya adalah bidang penunjang medik dikarenakan banyak bagian dibawah penunjang medik yang tugas pokok dan fungsi sama dengan K3RS. Sehingga sampai saat ini K3RS dianggap berjalan dikarenakan ada bidang dan bagian yang tugas pokok dan fungsinya sama dengan K3RS. Pengawasan dari pemerintah terhadap pelaksanaan K3RS secara keseluruhan tidak ada, sehingga tidak ada upaya pembinaan kepada rumah sakit terkait penerapan K3RS. Pembinaan yang ada selama ini hanya ketika moment akreditasi. Moment akreditasi sangat mempengaruhi terhadap pelaksanaan K3RS, rumah sakit berusaha memenuhi segala standar yang ada di stadar akreditasi khususnya yang berkaitan dengan K3RS yaitu MFK.
Disarankan kepada rumah sakit agar segera menyediakan sumber daya manusia, pembentukan organisasi K3RS, dan advokasi kepada pemerintah kabupaten Indramayu untuk perubahan SOTK.

Evaluation of Hospital’s Occupational Safety and Health (HOSH) Management (Study on Aspects of HOSH Management at Indramayu Public Hospital in 2015)

Evaluation of hospital’s occupational safety and health (HOSH) management is important to be done to identifying to what extent the implementation of HOSH by Indramayu Public Hospital viewed from aspects of input, process, output, impact, environment, and feedback in order to determine strength and weakness.
Design of this study used model combination of concurrent embedded. Research subjects consisted of officer in charge of HOSH, head of MFK workgroup, employees, and patients at Indramayu Public Hospital. Those research participants were selected based on criteria. Data were collected using indepth interview and structured interview. Data were analysed using content analysis and multivariate logistic regression.
The results of this research showed that problems occurred in all measured aspects. These problems were due to unavailability of human resource and HOSH organisation at the hospital. In addition, there was no functional HOSH in SOTK by which this condition inhibited to form HOSH organisation. Department of medical support was responsible to implement HOSH because sub-departments below the department of medical support had the same main tasks and functions as HOSH. These situations led to the assumption that HOSH had been well implemented. There was no monitoring of the HOSH implementation from a government by which there was no guidance for a hospital to implement HOSH. Guidance was only done when there was any event of accreditation. The accreditation influenced the HOSH implementation. The hospital would try to fulfil all required standards particularly a specific standard relating to HOSH, namely MFK.
The hospital management needs to provide human resource, form HOSH organisation, and advocate the government of Indramayu District regarding the changes of SOTK.

Hasil akreditasi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Semarang
tahun 2016 adalahParipurna Bintang 5, artinya lulus semua bab dengan nilai
minimal setiap bab 80% termasuk bidang Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja.
Namun, terdapat beberapa data terlaporkan selama tahun 2016 yang
menunjukkan bahwa budaya Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja belum
dilaksanakan dengan baik.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis upaya manajemen rumah sakit
dalam penerapan budaya Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja pasca akreditasi
pada sebuah Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah di Kabupaten Semarang.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan datamelalui
wawancara mendalam dengan menggali informasi mengenai asumsi, nilai-
nilai, artefak tentang praktek K3 dan observasipada pernyataan visi dan misi,
informasi terkait K3, SOP K3, kebijakan, papan peringatan dengan mengambil
gambar dan rekaman suara.Informan utama adalah karyawan rumah sakit.
Informan triangulasi adalahketua tim akreditasi, sekretaris tim Kesehatan dan
Keselamatan Kerja, manajemen pelayanan medis, pasien dan pengunjung.
Asumsi karyawan mengenai K3 sudah baiktetapi dalam pelaksanaan
praktek K3 tidak semua karyawan berperilaku baik. Manajemen telah
melakukan berbagai upaya agar nilai-nilai K3 di rumah sakit menjadi baik
tetapi belum optimal. Masih ada karyawan yang belum menjadikan Kesehatan
dan Keselamatan Kerja sebagai kebiasaan dalam bekerja. Artefak yang
berkaitan dengan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja telah disusun
berdasarkan Keputusan Direktur Rumah Sakit tetapi masih ada yang belum
sesuai.
Budaya Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja di Rumah Sakit Umum
Daerah Kabupaten Semarang sudah berjalan tetapi belum optimal. Oleh
karena itu, dibutuhkan komitmen manajemen dan kepemimpinan yang baik
dalam penerapan budaya Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja.

Analysis of Efforts of Hospital Management to Implement Culture of
Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) after Accreditation at a Public
Hospital in Semarang Regency

The result of accreditation at a public hospital in Semarang Regency in
2016 was categorised as excellent 5 star hospital. It means that all assessed
departments had minimum score of 80% including Occupational Safety and
Health (OSH) Department. Notwithstanding, several reported data in 2016
showed that culture of OSH had not been well implemented.
This study aimed at analysing efforts of hospital management to
implement culture of OSH after accreditation at a public hospital in Semarang
Regency. This was a qualitative study. Data were collected by conducting
indepth interview to figure out information of assumption, norms, and artefact
of OSH practice. In addition, observation activities were conducted to
statements of vision and mission, OSH related information, policies, and
warning boards by taking pictures and recording voice. Main informants were
staffs of the hospital. Informants for triangulation purpose consisted of the
head of the accreditation team, secretary of the OSH team, management of
medical services, patients, and visitors.
Assumption of staffs regarding OSH was good. However, not all of them
had good practice of OSH. Management had made various efforts to improve
OSH norms at the hospital but it was not optimal. Some staffs did not use
OSH as their habits when working. Not all artefacts related to OSH were
arranged in accordance with a Decree of the Hospital Director.
Culture of OSH at the Public Hospital in Semarang Regency had not
been optimally executed. Therefore, good commitment and good leadership
were needed to carry out culture of OSH.

Analisis Persepsi Stakeholder dalam Penanganan Risiko Pestisida sebagai Dasar Penyusunan Policy Brief di Kabupaten Brebes
The use of pesticides that are not completely on target creates residues and has a negative impact on health and the environment. The lack of guidance from stakeholders and the lack of knowledge about the dangers of pesticides cause farmers to ignore the risks of excessive use of pesticides. Preventive efforts are needed to reduce the impact of pesticide use, so that the policy brief could be Ă‚Â prepared as an effort to minimize the impact of pesticide use through more effective policy recommendations that is to be addressed to local governments and related agencies. This research used a qualitative approach. The sample in this study consisting of the community health centre officers, the Health Service and the Agriculture Service. Stakeholder perceptions in policy making were influenced by knowledge factors, family background factors and need factors. The policy brief was prepared based on the results of interviews and focus group discussions with informants relating to the impact of and the prevention of the use of pesticides excessive. The stages of preparing a policy brief start from determining the problem and audience, creating a policy framework, writing an executive summary and reviewing the results of the policy brief. Perception stakeholders for developing the use of pesticides to have not run optimally even though we already be a job and the program as a clear. PENERAPAN BUDAYA KESELAMATAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE HOSPITAL SURVEY OF PATIENT SAFETY CULTURE (HSOPSC) DI RUMAH SAKIT: LITERATURE REVIEW
Budaya keselamatan pasien merupakah isu penting bagi manajemen rumah sakit dan faktor penting dalam penurunan kesalahan medis dan pengembangan suatu instansi, maka untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit adalah dengan melakukan evaluasi budaya keselamatan pasien pada tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan dari kajian literatur ini adalah untuk menemukan hasil respon dan melakukan analisis positif dari penerapan budaya keselamatan dengan menggunakan metode Hospital Survey of Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC) pada berbagai rumah sakit di negara lain. Database yang digunakan dalam pencarian data adalah Taylor & Francis Online: Peer-reviewed Journals, Science Direct, dan PubMed. Kata kunci yang digunakan dalam pencarian artikel penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut hospital survey of patient safety culture (HSOPSC), patient safety, dan safety culture. Pencarian artikel dengan tempat penelitian pada berbagai sektor kesehatan diberbagai negara dan jurnal yang telah terpublikasi dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun terakhir tahun 2019-2023. Setelah dilakukan penelusuran hingga pemilahan artikel jurnal maka didapatkan 5 judul artikel jurnal yang diambil dan sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil kaji literatur diketahui bahwa faktor yang mendukung implementasi budaya keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit antara lain adalah dukungan manajemen, respon non-punitive terhadap error, pembelajaran organisasi, staffing, ekspektasi supervisor atau manajer, kerjasama antar unit, dan kerjasama dalam unit. Sedangkan faktor yang menghambat yaitu pengaruh kondisi lingkungan dan kondisi pribadi, mental dan psikologis tenaga kesehatan dalam menjawab laporan dan hasil yang diperoleh, dan masalah pribadi yang berada diluar kendali hasil penelitian

Radiologi Rumah Sakit X Kota Semarang

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja merupakan salah satu upaya untuk
meningkatkan pelayanan rumah sakit, khususnya dalam hal kesehatan dan
keselamatan bagi SDM rumah sakit, pasien, pengunjung dan masyarakat
sekitar. Salah satu sumber bahaya yang berkaitan dengan K3RS adalah
bahaya radiasi yang merupakan bagian dari bahaya fisik. Instalasi radiologi
RS X menggunakan radiasi pengion dalam proses pelayanannya. Tujuan
penelitian ini adalah Menganalisis implementasi keselamatan dan kesehatan
kerja instalasi radiologi.
Desain penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Populasi
penelitian semua sumber daya manusia bagian instalasi radiologi (2orang).
K3RS (1 orang). Informan triangulasi manajer pelayanan medis (1 orang).
Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam dan observasi.
Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan keterbatasan pelatihan SDM, sarana dan
prasarana, realisasi anggaran dan koordinasi. Implementasi berdasarkan
peraturan pemerintah telah dijalankan, baik dari jumlah dan standar
pendidikan SDM, serta sarana dan prasarana seperti pelindung timbal,
kalibrasi dan kelengkapan alat pelindung diri. Beberapa hal yang sudah
ditetapkan di awal perencanaan belum dapat di realisasikan seperti anggaran
dan komitmen koordinasi.
Disarankan untuk menambah pelatihan SDM, memprioritaskan
anggaran yang sudah masuk dalam rencana awal, melengkapi sarana dan
prasarana yang belum lengkap, meningkatkan realisasi komitmen koordinasi
yang sudah ditetapkan.

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is one of the efforts to improve
services of a hospital particularly in terms of health and safety for human
resource working at a hospital, patients, visitors, and people living around a
hospital. One of the hazard sources related to OSH at a hospital (OSHH) is
radiation, a part of the physical hazards. A radiology installation of “X” Hospital
is using ionised radiation in the process of services. This study aimed at
analysing the implementation of OSH at the radiology installation.
This was an observational study using a qualitative approach. Main
informants consisted of two workers at the radiology installation and an officer
of OSH at the hospital. Informants for triangulation purpose consisted of a
manager of medical service. Data were collected by conducting indepth
interview and observation.
The results of this study showed that there were any limitations of
human resource training, means, budget realisation, and coordination. The
OSH at the hospital based on a government’s regulation had been well
implemented viewed from the aspects of number and educational standards of
human resource and means like a lead protector, calibration, and
completeness of personal protective equipment. Several things like budget
and commitment for coordination determined in early planning had notbeen
realised.
Number of training for human resource needs to be added. Budget
determined in early planning needs to be prioritised. Means needs to be
completed. In addition, realisation of commitment for coordination needs to be
improved.

A Literature Review of Human Resource Management in Improving Performance in Health Services
Patient safety is a critical concern in healthcare, and the development and maintenance of patient safety culture are influenced by various human resource factors. This literature review aims to investigate the relationship between human resource factors and safety culture in hospital settings. The study uses a comprehensive literature search using PubMed and Science Direct, focusing on studies conducted from 2020 to 2024 with inclusion criteria based on national journals with an appropriate research scope. The review synthesizes existing research to provide valuable insights into the relationship between human resource factors and patient safety culture within the healthcare environment. The preliminary conceptual framework integrates four main factors: communication, leadership, work procedures, and human factors, providing a comprehensive guide to understanding and improving patient safety culture within the healthcare environment. The review concludes that effective communication, strong and committed leadership, clear work procedures, and the crucial role of human factors are key elements in shaping patient safety culture within the healthcare environment. The findings highlight the interconnectedness of these factors and their collective influence on the safety climate within healthcare organizations. This study contributes to the understanding of how human resource management practices can be utilized to enhance patient safety culture and patient outcomes in hospital environments
