Population simulations

This script runs with simuPoP, an individual-based forward-time population genetics simulation environment.

Please visit simuPOP website for more information about simuPOP : http://simupop.sourceforge.net/.

Installation details :

This script runs under Python version 2. You should use Python version 2 and simuPOP for python v. 2 :
- python-2.7.amd64.exe
- simuPOP-1.1.6.win-amd64-py2.7.exe
