Organization and management of clusters in Russia in the context of import substitution
The article covers the trends of the agribusiness development in Russia. It is shown that it is desirable to develop organizational-economic forms of entrepreneurship based on the cluster approach in the modern realities.
The most famous agribusiness clusters in the world are explored. Regions of Russia that have achieved the most significant results in agribusiness clustering are mentioned. It is found that the establishment of agribusiness in Russia is defined by the political decision of regional authorities rather than based on research and development.
An algorithm for establishing the agribusiness cluster is proposed, which includes four stages: methodological, analytical, organizational-economic and control.
The key areas of state support for the development of agribusiness clusters in Russia are defined.peer-reviewe

Objective: revealing the role of morphophenotypic indices in the development of visceral obesity in patients with schizophrenia receiving quetiapine and risperidone therapy.Materials and methods. 56 indoor patients with schizophrenia who received quetiapine (n = 23) or risperidone (n = 33) at medium doses were examined. Included persons were from 18 to 65 years old with at least a 1 year history of disease, the condition of which met the criteria of schizophrenia according to ICD-10. The Basis map of sociodemographic and clinical-dynamic signs for patients with schizophrenia was filled in, PANSS in the adapted Russian version β SCI-PANSS, noninvasive bioimpedancemetry, measurement of growth, transversethoracic, biacromial and bicrystal diameter, with calculation of body mass indexes, Tanner and Rees β Eysenk and definition of integral morphophenotypic indicators were carried out. Statistical processing was performed using Studentβs t-test with a preliminary estimate of Pearsonβs Ο2 normal distribution, the Mann β Whitney U test to compare independent samples, the Spearman correlation analysis, the two-sided Fisher test.Results. There were no significant differences in both subgroups in terms of bioimpedancemetry. The correlation between the level of visceral fat and the Rees β Eysenk index in patients receiving risperidone was a moderate inverse: the greater the value of the Rees β Eysenk index, the lower the level of visceral fat (r = β0.73381, t = β4.70833, p = 0.00015). The correlation between the Tanner index and the level of visceral fat in the quetiapine subgroup was strong: the larger the Tanner index, the higher the visceral fat level (r = 0.7763, t = 4.08481, p = 0.00181); in the risperidone subgroup, there was an average direct correlation (r = 0.48133, t = 2.39356, p = 0.02716).Conclusion. The magnitude of the Rees β Eysenk index of schizophrenic patients can be considered among other factors in the management of risperidone in individuals with asthenic physique. The determination of the Tanner index at the beginning of treatment can play the role of a prognostic factor in the development of visceral obesity in patients with schizophrenia in the planned use as a basic therapy for quetiapine.Π¦Π΅Π»Ρ β Π²ΡΡΠ²Π»Π΅Π½ΠΈΠ΅ ΡΠΎΠ»ΠΈ ΠΌΠΎΡΡΠΎΡΠ΅Π½ΠΎΡΠΈΠΏΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΈΡ

The goal was to identify gender differences in the clinical features of antipsychotic-induced hyperprolactinemia in patients with schizophrenia.Materials and methods. 98 patients from the Department of Endogenous Disorders of the Research Institute of Mental Health Clinic in Tomsk were examined. Persons aged 18β50 were included with followup treatment for at least 1 year, whose condition corresponded to the ICD-10 schizophrenia criteria. Prolactin levels were determined by ELISA using the PRL Test System reagent kit (MonobindInc., USA). The base map of sociodemographic and clinical-dynamic features for patients with schizophrenia was used. Statistical processing of data was performed using the Statistica 12.0 software package. MannβWhitney U test, Pearsonβs ΟΒ² criterion, including Yates correction, and Fisherβs two-sided test were used for comparing small samples.Results. The average serum concentration of prolactin in women was 52.4 Β± 39.1 ng/ml, in men it was 26.7 Β± 19.7 ng/ml. Hyperprolactinemia was detected in 23 (47.9%) women and 25 (50%) men. Among women with hyperprolactinemia, statistically significant βWeight Gainβ and βHeadacheβ parameters were more common (p = 0.044 and p = 0.005, respectively). Men with hyperprolactinemia had higher BMI rates (p = 0.0066). For the rest of the UKU paragraphs, no significant differences were found in both men and women. Men presented fewer complaints and were less willing to discuss sexual dysfunction.Conclusion. Antipsychotic-induced hyperprolactinemia in patients with schizophrenia does not always have a full range of specific clinical manifestations and needs careful examination of patients with account of gender characteristics, as well as regular monitoring of the prolactin level in the serum of patients.Β Π¦Π΅Π»Ρ β Π²ΡΡΠ²Π»Π΅Π½ΠΈΠ΅ ΠΏΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠ²ΡΡ

Territory of sustainable development as a tool forΒ investmentΒ inΒ theΒ region
The article analyzes the causes of priority development territories (TOR), discussed the benefits provided by the state to residents of the top, highlighted the steps of forming the top. The territory of the advanced social and economic development is understood to be part of the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation, including a closed administrative and territorial formation, in which, in accordance with the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation, a special legal regime for the implementation of entrepreneurial and other activities is established to create favorable conditions for attracting investments, socio-economic development and the creation of comfortable conditions for the provision of livelihoods nosti population. The objectives of the creation of priority development areas are: the development of high-tech sectors of the economy, improving the competitiveness of the economy, creating new jobs and improving the quality of human resources, the alignment of the territorial imbalances, the production of new import-substituting and export-oriented products, and more. The need to attract investment to the territory, not only the problem of the Russian Federation regions and the country as a whole, has become another impetus for the creation of areas of advancing socio-economic development. For residents of the TOP, the following rights are provided: the right to release VAT from the duties of a taxpayer for 10 years from the date of obtaining the status of a TOP resident; establishment of a zero VAT rate in respect of goods (works, services) imported to the TOP for use by TOP residents; use of accelerated depreciation on the objects of depreciable property belonging to them; a lowered rate of corporate income tax. Thanks to the above measures, the cost reduction of business will be from 40%, which will be a huge incentive for business opening in the territories of Eastern Siberia and the Far East
PSYCHOMETRIC EVALUATION OF SYMPTOMS AND CLINICAL DYNAMICS OF SCHIZOPHRENIA IN DEPENDING ON CONSTITUTIONALLY-MORPHOLOGICAL TYPE OF THE PATIENTS
The purpose of this study was to research the psychometrical parameters and the clinical-dynamic features of patients with schizophrenia in depending on their constitutionally-morphological type.Material and methods. The examination of 86 patients with schizophrenia who are hospitalized at Department of endogenous mental disorders of Mental Health Research Institute was conducted. The study included patients of age from 18 to 65 years old with prescription of catamnesis at least 1 year and whose state at the time of examination corresponded to the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia from the ICD-10 (International Classification of Diseases 10th Revision). The examination included filling in a modified version of Basic Card of Standardized Description of the Patient with Schizophrenia and his Relative, Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS), Clinical Global Impression Scale (CGI). In addition to that patients were examined using anthropometrical method by V.V. Bunak. Statistical significance of differences in the data was evaluated using the Kruskal β Wallis test by ranks, the Mann β Whitney U-test, and Pearsonβs chi-squared test. The correlation analysis was performed by the Spearmanβs rank correlation test. The K-Means Cluster Analysis was used to determine of the qualitative interrelation and conjugation between the clinical characteristics of the examined. The results of the study revealed that many parameters of the functioning in these patient groups have statistically significant differences. Use of the K-Means Cluster Analysis was allowed to reveal the internal structure of the data, to group the individual observations according to their degree of similarity.Conclusions. The obtained data leads to the assumption that the constitutionally-morphological type of patients has an impact on the clinical course of schizophrenia, as well as their adaptation abilities. Asthenic constitutionally-morphological type is a factor of adverse clinical dynamic of schizophrenia and associates with persistent negative disorders and suicidal actions. Overall, this study continues integrative anthropological trend in psychiatry and lays the foundation for further study of the constitutional factors effect on the course of schizophrenia. The obtained results can serve as a model for studying the facade symptoms in general schizophrenia spectrum disorders and be used in the development of individually oriented therapeutic and rehabilitation programs in clinical psychiatry
Sexual differences in the clinical features of antipsychotic-induced hyperprolactinemia in patients with schizophrenia
Antipsychotic-induced hyperprolactinemia in patients with schizophrenia does not always have a full range of specific clinical manifestations and needs careful examination of patients with account of gender characteristics, as well as regular monitoring of the prolactin level in the serum of patients
Molecular-Genetic and Epidemiologic Examination of Personnel Subjected to Occupational Irradiation
It is given an evaluation of the genetic polymorphisms (Hp, Tf, Gc; 6-PGD, EsD, ACP, PGM1, microsatellite loci CSF1PO ΠΈ F13AO1, detoxicating genes GSTT1, GSTM1 and GSTP1), individual radiosensitivity (by the criterion of ribosome gene fragments) and DNA-damage rate (Comet-assay) in two cohorts comprised by VNIIEF personnel subjected chronically to gamma-neutron ionizing radiation and to Ξ²-radiation of Tritium in comparison with the effects in non-irradiated cohort. There are discussed data on the influence of the occupational irradiation, age and genotype on the rate of structural genome damage, as well as on the activity of the human repair system activity and health status
