AVALIAÇÃO DE ESTRATÉGIAS DE DESENVOLVIMENTO ECONÔMICO E SOCIAL POR MEIO DA IMPLANTAÇÃO DE CADEIAS PRODUTIVAS DE FRUTICULTURA NO ESPÃRITO SANTO
In the recent years we have observed a strong movement to provide alternatives for innovative economic development, to consider problems relating to poverty and income generation. The study of the productive chain of fruits in the northern region of the state of Espirito Santo, Brazil, seeks to understand the ways of interaction among economic social, and political agents as well as external forces that interfere in the production, processing and marketing of juices and pulps of fruits. This work is characterized as an exploratory one and its methods of data collection are the document analysis, semi-structured interviews, and observation. Results demonstrate innovative strategies for implementation of the chain of fruit production aiming to ensure the diversification of products marketed by the farmer and the dilution of risk consequences of businesses. Through diversification of crops and commercial transactions assured in the form of contracts established between cooperatives and processing companies, it promotes a new model of economic and social development in the productive chain, whose base was launched in the region, and with expectations for expansion in the format and scope of the chain.fruticultura, cadeia produtiva, inovação, desenvolvimento econômico, fruits, production chain, innovation, economic development, Productivity Analysis,
WITHDRAWAL OF COOPERATION AND INTERORGANIZATIONAL NETWORK CLOSURE: AT WHAT POINT ARE THESE APPROACHES? DOI: 10.5585/rai.v7i1.341
The relationships in collaborative networks seek to leverage the capacity of organizations in an attempt to improve organizational effectiveness. It realizes, however, that the attempt to reproduce interorganizational networks of systems in the economies where the conflict overrides the problems of coordination has not been successful. A simple integration of organizations is not productive enough to bring out competitive strategies and ingredient bulk of new principles of sustainable organizations. Thus, this study aims to discuss the reasons behind these events, culminating with the presentation of a theoretical scheme that explains the factors that lead to exit firms in a network and the closure of networks. Through literature review of the articles (secondary data), we compared the different situations and perceptions, companies and networks. Reaching relevant analysis about the problems of networks, we explored the reasons that lead firms to leave the network and even the closure of the network itself. In response to the problems of this study, the results showed some variables;size of participating companies, asymmetry of information andthe relationships of mistrust. The management process developed by the networks and cost benefit of this movement. All these variables, according to this analysis, influence business decisions to stay in the network or vice versa which can help the networks that seek success in their cooperation

Exploring Global Research Trends in Burnout among Nursing Professionals: A Bibliometric Analysis
Nursing professionals are constantly exposed to several risk factors and high levels of stress that can affect their mental, emotional, and physical health, which can trigger burnout syndrome. This article aims to use bibliometric analysis to investigate burnout research trends among nursing professionals worldwide and to compare the contributions of different countries/institutions, scientific journals, authors, keywords, and citations. A bibliometric study was performed using the Scopus and Web of Science databases, in the period up to November 2021, aiming to search original and review articles in the English language regarding burnout in nursing professionals. The analysis was performed with a sample of 1406 articles. The most cited article indicated that 43% of nurses had high burnout scores, and a similar percentage were dissatisfied with their work. The most productive and most cited country in the world was the United States of America. Regarding the 10 most cited documents, there were no studies that could provide interventions to reduce burnout in nursing professionals, which can result in a need to develop studies on prevention capable of mitigating the problem, in view of the impacts generated on their mental, emotional, and physical health
