    PERBANDINGAN PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF METODE NUMBERED HEADS TOGETHER (NHT) DAN GROUP INVESTIGATION (GI) TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR ANALISIS SISWA

    Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Pangandaran mengenai perbandingan Metode Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dan Metode Group Investigation (GI) terhadap kemampuan berpikir analisis siswa. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berpikir analisis siswa sesudah menggunakan metode Numbered Head Together (NHT) dan metode Group Investigation (GI). Jenis penelitian adalah studi kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian nonequivalen control group design. Subjek penelitian yaitu kelas X.9, X.10 dan X.11 di SMA Negeri 1 Pangandaran. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS Versi 22 dengan pengujian hipotesis melalui statistik parametrik, uji perbedaan rata-rata (paired samples t-test dan independent samples t-test), dan effect size. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan analisis siswa di kelas yang menggunakan Metode Group Investigation (GI) dan Numbered Head Together (NHT) lebih tinggi dibandingkan kemampuan analisis siswa di kelas yang menggunakan metode konvensional dan Metode Group Investigation (GI) lebih efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir analisis daripada Metode Numbered Head Together (NHT) dan Metode Konvensional.; The research was done in SMA Negeri 1 Pangandaran regarding the effect of using Numbered Head Together Method and Group Invetigation Method for Analysis Thinking Skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in Analysis thinking skills of students after getting the learning Numbered Head Together Method and Group Investigation Method. This research is a quasi-experimental study design nonequivalen control group design study. Subjects in this study consisted of class X.9, X.10 and X.11 SMA Negeri 1 Pangandaran. Data analysis using SPSS version 22 with parametric statistical hypothesis testing through, the average difference test (paired samples t-test and independent samples t-test), and effect size.The results showed that student’s analysis skills in the class using Numbered Heads Together (NHT) and Group Investigation (GI) methods are better than those in conventional class. In addition, it has been proven that GI method is more effective in increasing student’s analysis skills in comparison with Numbered Heads Together (NHT) and conventional methods

    The Indonesian government prioritizes policies aimed at fostering entrepreneurship across all segments of society. This initiative aims to promote the attainment of the sustainability development goals (SDGs), which have been introduced through various initiatives and are projected to be accomplished between 2015 and 2030. Entrepreneurship remains a less favored means of earning a living among certain Indonesians. Particularly among the youth, there is a prevalent belief that pursuing entrepreneurship is not their primary ambition or aim. The correlation between entrepreneurship and economic growth has been well-established. Consequently, studying entrepreneurship education becomes a compelling endeavor to foster entrepreneurship, particularly among aspiring entrepreneurs. The business model canvas (BMC), enables users to synchronize earnings with objectives, including environmental and social dimensions. The purpose of this training exercise was to establish the following objectives aree to enhance comprehension and effectively employ the Business Model Canvas (BMC) in the process of business planning, to enhance proficiency in creating BMC as a means of managing business plans and to promote the adoption of BMC as a solution to the business planning challenges faced by entrepreneurial students. The implementation of community service (PkM) aims to foster international collaboration between lecturers and students from UNJ and UMS.     Cooperative Business Development Model in the Digital Era: A Theoretical Approach

    This research aims to develop theoretical prepositions of cooperative business development in the digital era as part of the education and development of cooperatives. The problem studied is the low competitiveness of cooperatives, on the other hand, the high public interest in various cooperative products so modeling solutions is needed in managing cooperatives competitively in the digital era. The cooperative needs to be studied and developed based on superior work performance so that it has a professional management process. This research examines performance theory, with a digital innovation approach. The method used is qualitative with literature and literature studies, theoretically and historically analyzing the development of cooperatives globally and their competitiveness. The results show that employee digital skills, service quality, and member loyalty with active participation predict cooperative business development in the digital era. This study also explains the theoretical measurement factors for future researchers and describes, explains, and measures cooperative business development based on the theoretical study. Pembimbing II : Lizza Suzanti, S.Pd, M.Si Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku kewirausahaan dan persaingan terhadap pendapatan usaha pedagang. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah para pedagang di daerah wisata Pantai Pangandaran Kabupaten Ciamis. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analitik yaitu membuat suatu gambaran atau deskripsi tentang pemecahan masalah yang ada pada masa sekarang. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan bantuan program Eviews 5.1. Penelitian ini memiliki populasi sebanyak 216 dan 140 sampel yang terdiri dari pedagang baju pantai sebanyak 81 pedagang, 17 rumah makan seafood, 16 pedagang ikan asin, dan 26 pedagang souvenir atau cinderamata. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kewirausahaan dan persaingan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan usaha. Secara simultan, perilaku kewirausahaan dan persaingan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan usaha pedagang di daerah wisata Pantai Pangandaran Kabupaten Ciamis, melalui nilai koefisien determinasi, diketahui bahwa kedua variabel bebas tersebut berpengaruh atau berkontribusi terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 54,5 %

    The primary goal of this study was to examine the impact of COVID-19 on restaurant businesses in Central Java, as well as to identify concerns concerning the delivery of halal food and its integrity. From the standpoint of restaurant owners, this study explores the socioeconomic repercussions of the COVID-19 outbreak as well as concerns linked to halal food delivery services during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study will also include recommendations to lessen the effects on the restaurant industry. The impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on the restaurant business and issues linked to halal food delivery services in Central Java was investigated using a qualitative study approach. 22 in-depth interviews with the top restaurant owners in the Semarang City Corporation region in Central Java were done. The acquired data were examined using a thematic analysis technique. According to the survey, restaurant owners had to cut back on staff in order to ensure social distance and adequate sanitization, all of which increased costs. Despite the huge growth of online orders and home delivery services, the operation of restaurants is progressively becoming unsustainable due to a lack of funding. Therefore, restaurant owners request financial support from the government. This study also demonstrates that there are significant concerns in the food and delivery service industries that can be addressed by adhering to the National Security Council's (MKN) control processes and Islamic principles under the purview of Maqashid Syariah. This study will assist decision-makers and restaurant owners in developing modern company policies and strategies. As a result, it will help to improve the current state of the restaurant industries in emerging nations like Indonesia

    Kurikulum merupakan kerangka kerja yang digunakan dalam perencanaan, pengajaran, dan penilaian di dalam sistem pendidikan Dalam era Abad ke-21, kurikulum harus memperhatikan kebutuhan siswa yang berbeda, mendorong kreativitas, kemampuan berpikir kritis, keterampilan kolaborasi, pemecahan masalah, literasi digital, dan kemampuan beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang cepat. Kurikulum merdeka memberikan kebebasan kepada siswa untuk memilih dan mengatur pembelajaran mereka sendiri, sesuai  dengan minat, bakat, dan tujuan pribadi mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung. Dengan hasil SMA Negeri 36 Jakarta telah mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka dengan tipe merdeka berbagi dan menjadi salah satu sekolah penggerak. tujuan kurikulum merdeka yaitu memasukan 6 eleman nilai pancasila disetiap projek yang diberikan, serta membuat projek tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan keterampilan 4C. Sehingga projek yang diberikan oleh SMA Negeri 36 Jakarta dapa mencangkup pembentukan karakter pancasila sesuai dengan tujuan kurikulum merdeka dan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan 4C peserta didik. Penerapan pembelajaran intrakulikuler dan ekstrakulikuler di SMA Negeri 36 Jakarta sudah didasari oleh minat, bakat, dan kemampuan peserta didik dalam meningkatkan keterampilan 4C
