This research was compiled to find out and analyze the services quality of population administration at Klari Subdistrict Karawang Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. It means researcher collected the data through interviews, observation, and literature. The data information was taken from the Secretary and staff of Klari Subdistrict In this study, researcher used the dimensions of transparency, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and direct evidence to see the Services Quality of population administration at Klari Subdistrict Karawang Regency. Based on observations and interview , the services quality of population administration at Klari Subdistrict is considered to be good enough .Based on ten indicator of five dimension: tangible , reability , responsiviness , assurance , emphaty, only some indicators are still considered low. disadvantages include , the absence of air conditioning like fan and ac, whos affecting the comfortable of community , and then lack of physical facilities like a bench around the counters and waiting room and lacking discipline of some employees .Overall public services in klari is considered to be good, although there are still some things that needs to be repaired and optimized

Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Akta Kelahiran Di Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Semarang

Ownership of birth certificate is very important since it is a form of someone\u27s identity which will be used as the basis to obtain other public services. Based on the data from Department of Population and Civil Registration of Semarang in 2004-2014, there are still 127.369 childerns have not had birth. Thus, this research aims to analyze the quality of service of the birth certificate and to know factors influence it in Department of Population and Civil Registration of Semarang. The research method used was descriptive qualitative while the election informants technique was purposive sampling. The researcher collected the data through interviews, observation, and study documentation. The result of this research indicates that, there are three of five quality dimensions service that are not qualified. Those are tangible, reliability, and responsiveness. It is seen from the quantity of infrastructure that is still inadequate and less carefully preserved, the procedure of birth certificate that is not socialized well, the customer service that does not serve well, the lack of awareness of the birth certificate applicants for their rights, and there is no customer care available yet. Therefore, Department of Population and Civil Registration of Semarang has to give more good response to all the service birth certificate with responsive, reliable, right, and accurate. Also, the applicants should be more active and aware of the importance of the birth certificate. They could also take part in the service of birth certificate in Department of Population and Civil Registration of Semarang

Analisis Optimalisasi Proses Perencanaan Pengelolaan Aset Daerah Di Pemerintah Kota Salatiga

Asset or property is one of the potential areas to increase revenue so it can reduce dependence on subsidies from the central government. Therefore, local governments demanded to managing local asset in a professional, transparent, accountable, efficient, and effective. The planning process in asset management have more than the other management functions. Good planning is needed in the management assets to avoid waste in asset management related to a field that is wide enough, so need to think carefully about alternatives for decisions about the limited resources ownership.The reasearch used a descriptive qualitative method that lovated on the Departement of Revenue, Finance and Regional Assets. and focus on Process Optimization Analysis of Regional Asset Management Planning in the City of Salatiga. There were two data sources such primary and secondary. Its instruments used as research instrument, interview guide, and informant. The way how to determine its technique that applied purpisive sampling while collecting data using interview, observation, and library reasearch to get the whole data. Afterwards this analysis technicques using of qualitative data, with stage writing memos, coding, categorizing, display, and archive analytical.There were three phenomena which observed on this study, that is optimization of the regional asset management, asset management planning process, and indicators of asset management planning process optimization. From the research, that the optimization of the regional asset management is nor optimal, views of not compliance aspects in the implementation of regional wealth nmanagement. In the planning process has not running well because the stage not in accordance with the time schedule specified in the Standard Operating Procedure. Whereas, the indicator optimization of regional asset management planning process has not been in accordance with principle of legal certainty, the principle of accountability and principle of value

One source of Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) in the city of Semarang is through reclame, carried out by Dinas Penerangan Jalan dan Pengelolaan Reklame Kota SemarangThis study used an advanced management theory by George Terry which is Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. Research approach use a type of descriptive research with qualitative methods. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews of the informants who have been determinedThe results of the study explained that the management of reclame in Semarang conducted by reclame field at the Dinas Penerangan Jalan dan Pengelolaan Reklame through three sections: structuring section, section arrangement, billing section, and licensing section. Management of billboards in the city of Semarang is not optimal due to weak supervision conducted. This happens because of non-performance on standard measurements and sizes oversight and planning is not conducted in accordance with the existing local regulation. Weak supervision due to a lack of organization and mobilization in the form of motivation given to the employee

Analisis Fungsi Manajemen Puskesmas Padangsari Kecamatan Banyumanik Kota Semarang

Various problems such as lack of competent human resources areas and a lack of community participation in the management of PHC Padangsari follow Semarang into the background of this research. This study aims to determine how the analysis of the health center management functions Padangsari in Semarang and identify factors driving and inhibiting factors in the health center management functions Padangsari in Semarang. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The subjects in this study consists of three (3) key informants.The results showed that the health center management functions Padangsari been going well, but in the Human Resources sector is still lacking to fill the existing field. Most of these employees are still concurrently or have two different responsibilities, this indicates the duties and functions of employees to be heavy in the implementation cause less focus employees in performing their obligations to be not optimalize results. Then, community participation is still low the limiting factor in the management of health centers Padangsari. Elements of such participation is absolutely necessary for the success of the programs implemented by PHC ( Public Health Center ) Padangsari. The community is only as passive participators in some programs implemented in the management of health centers Padangsari which is the National Health Development Program as an attitude or lifestyle clean environment.Based on these conclusions, the researchers recommend to Padangsari health centers to provide training - training to employees in accordance with the competencies required in the implementation of management functions. PHC Padangsari need to increase the active participation of the community to implement the National Health Development Program as an attitude or a healthy lifestyle environment

Analisis Manajemen Strategi Pelestarian Dan Pengembangan Kawasan Kota Lama Sebagai Upaya Menuju Kawasan Wisata Budaya Di Kota Semarang

Semarang Old City area is a heritage building that should be preserved its existence. His condition is dire. Actually, the government has been implementing conservation and development strategies to revitalize the area. But the strategy is done so that the state government is not unified the Old Town area no change at all. The problems arise: what are the factors enabling and constraining the strategy, and what strategies are used in the preservation and development of the Old Town area in order to be a cultural tourist area in the city of Semarang?Research purposes to describe what are the factors enabling and constraining the conservation strategy and the development of the Old City through the analysis of the strategic environment and to explain what strategy should be taken by the government in managing the Old Town area in order to be a cultural tourist area in the city of SemarangEfforts to address the problem and the purpose of the study used the theory of strategic management using SWOT analysis tool, as well as the litmus test. With descriptive qualitative research design.The results showed that the region lies in the cultural themed segments I and II themed segments on the tour is the Old Town area. For any form of preservation and development must be done in accordance with the regulations that have been made to daaerah Old City of Semarang, but the rules can not be implemented properly by the government. Lack of coordination between related SKPD be one of the factors inhibiting and berpotensinya as an area of cultural tourism is one of the supporters.Suggested the government should be able to restore coordination between SKPD related to the preservation and development of the Old Town area of Semarang
