Counseling Teacher Solutions in Conflict Management
Students have a significant role in the success of a lesson. Students' success is in the hands of educators who guide them to understand, solve, make decisions, be responsible, and become independent human beings. Hence, this research focuses on Counseling Teacher Efforts, whose leading task indicator is being able to provide services to students. This study uses an interpretive paradigm through a qualitative approach, types of case studies, data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and observation, data analysis using Miles Huberman's theory, and checking the validity of the data by triangulation. This research resulted in counselling teacher guidance efforts with an emotional and spiritual quotient (ESQ) in collaboration with religion teachers (continuous subject integration) and with outbound parenting efforts through scheduled extracurriculars. This study expands its setting and orientation by integrating subjects in the process, demonstrating the role of the Counseling Teacher, as exceptional cases illustrate the need for combined training
The Analysis of Relationship Between Quality of Graduates and Education Financing Management in Private Islamic School
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education financing management on the quality of graduates in a private Islamic school in Banten. In this study, there are two variables involved, namely the Education Funding Management variable which is positioned as the independent variable or independent variable and is symbolized by the variable (X). This variable is a variable that is considered to influence or cause the dependent variable or dependent variable to arise. Meanwhile, what is positioned as the dependent variable or the dependent variable in this study is the Quality of Graduates. The dependent variable or dependent variable is considered the variable that is affected or becomes the result because of the existence of the independent variable and is symbolized by (Y). This research uses quantitative research methods. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been described previously, it can be put forward a number of findings as follows: education financing management is in the moderate category. This means, the implementation of education financing management is not all good and in terms of education funding budget allocations are managed and implemented effectively. The quality of graduates is in the moderate category, this means that schools have not been able to produce good quality graduates. Only 18% of graduates each year are able to enter public schools
Pengaruh Kinerja Dan Kualifikasi Akademik Guru Terhadap Mutu Pendidikan
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher performance and teacher academic qualifications on the quality of education. Education is very important as one of the determinants of the quality of human resources. The type of research used is quantitative research with a design determination and type of research ex post facto. The population in this study were all Darul Iman Private Madrasah Aliyah (MAS) teachers in Palu City. The sample in the study was taken by 20 teachers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, and observation. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results of the study found that there was a significant influence between teacher performance on the quality of education at the Darul Iman Private Madrasah Aliyah (MAS) in Palu City, as evidenced by the t value of 3,847 > 2,110 t table. Furthermore, there is a significant influence between the teacher's academic qualifications on the education quality of Darul Iman Private Madrasah Aliyah (MAS) in Palu City, as evidenced by the t-count value of 10,213 > 2,110 t-table. The results of this study indicate that there is a jointly significant relationship between teacher performance and academic qualifications on the education quality of Darul Iman Private Madrasah Aliyah (MAS) Palu City
Pendidikan Karakter Melalui Pembelajaran Hybrid Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Untuk Mengembangkan Potensi Siswa
This article discusses character education through hybrid learning based on local wisdom to develop students' potential. The concept of character education today should not only focus on universal normative values, but also need to accommodate local wisdom that exists in the student's social environment. Hybrid learning is a learning approach that combines face-to-face classes with online learning. This learning is the right alternative in the effort to develop students' potential, because it can provide opportunities for students to learn independently, optimize the use of information and communication technology, and can build children's character growth. This research found that hybrid learning based on local wisdom can help students in developing their character, such as self-confidence, work ethic, and creativity. The results of this study are expected to contribute and guide educators to enrich learning methods and integrate local wisdom in character learning
THE SIGNIFICANCE OF TEACHERS' LEARNING MANAGEMENT SKILLS FOR SUCCESSFULL EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION
Effective learning management skills can assist teachers in achieving the objectives of early childhood education, namely the optimal development of children's potential. Learning in early childhood is a child-oriented learning activity that is suited to the age level of the child a number of learning experiences through play produced by the educator by providing the material (content) and learning process. Teachers play a crucial role in determining the effectiveness of early childhood education. Consequently, it is essential to recognize the learning management skills that educators possess. Consequently, the goal of the research is to analyze the role of learning management in assisting instructors to foster a creative and innovative learning environment and its implications for the classroom learning process. The research approach is a literature review or literature review conducted by examining journals and other references that pertain to the implementation and use of learning management in early childhood education. The results indicated that in implementing learning management, the teacher's role in mastering learning management skills is crucial, and that there is an effect when learning management is applied due to the need for techniques in implementing learning management so that the classroom environment remains conducive and the learning process is maximized. The implication of the study is that, with good learning management, learning objectives can be attained more efficiently and effectively, hence enhancing students' learning outcomes
Implementation of the Leadership Management Process of Islamic Educational Institutions in Internalizing Religious Moderation in Indonesia
This study aims to describe the implementation of the leadership management process in Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. This research uses a literature study or literature approach with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the leadership management process of Islamic educational institutions in the internalization of religious moderation in Indonesia includes efforts to create harmony and create mutual respect for each other's beliefs, by looking at the function of religious moderation itself and the goals and objectives to be achieved. The implementation of the leadership management process of Islamic educational institutions in internalizing religious moderation in Indonesia includes efforts to create harmony and create a sense of mutual respect for each other's beliefs, by looking at the function of religious moderation itself and the goals and objectives to be achieved. Thus, an educator's strategy is created in carrying out and delivering learning material through the insertion of relevant learning material with moderation, it is necessary to optimize the learning approach so that it fosters a critical mindset with mutual respect for differences in all things, being tolerant and democratic, being able to express think with an idea, have an attitude of sportsmanship and a high sense of responsibility, besides that it is also necessary to organize programs, conduct training and special provision related to religious moderation and fulfillment in achieving evaluation aspects.Keyword: Leadership Management; Islamic Educational Institutions; Internalization of Religious Moderation
Analysis of the Principal’s Leadership Role on Cultural Development
Leadership is a process of influencing others towards achieving organizational goals. The most important aspect of the leadership process is the result of a complex series of interactions between the leader, the people being led, and the situation. This complex interaction can be directed to generalizations about leadership as something that is problematic as a factor influencing the leadership process. This must be supported by the appearance of the head of the madrasa. The appearance of the madrasa principal is determined by factors of authority, character and skills, behavior and flexibility of the madrasa principal. The results of the study concluded that Al-Ma'arif Boja School instilled the habit of speaking politely to the principal, teachers, staff and peers. The school also makes it a habit to smile and greet when meeting the principal, teachers, staff and friends. Schools also make it a habit to say hello when entering class, make it a habit to ask permission from the teacher when going to the bathroom to train students to respect elders and the same age both in madrasas and outside madrasas. In terms of social values, the madrasa head teaches teachers, staff, and students the meaning of caring for one another. The principal of the madrasa always pays attention to teachers and staff, because caring for one another will create a harmonious family atmosphere
