Mega-clusters as a tool of interregional cooperation in tourists field

In order to diversify the Russian economy, it is necessary to pay great attention to the emerging sectors of the economy; with a systemic approach they are able to reveal their accumulated potential. Authors consider one of such industries to be the sphere of tourism. Russia has its own unique natural-recreational and cultural-historical potential, which is not fully utilized, and it is confirmed with the relevant statistics. The authors propose to accelerate the development of tourism by raising the level of interregional cooperation from the position of using coexisting competition and competitive coexistence in tourist mega-clusters. Due to the lack of financial resources for separate regions for the tourism development, the implementation of this approach is effective, as it allows achieving savings of money due to economies of scale. The phenomena of coexisting competition and competitive coexistence in the tourism sphere presuppose the unification of the different regions authorities’ efforts for the joint implementation of projects. Regions joining forces on the basis of coexisting competition and competitive coexistence within the mega-clusters will allow each administrative-territorial unit to develop and improve its competitive advantage by asking a stimulus to the development of the other participants. This approach makes it possible to obtain other positive effects noted in the study. Thus, findings broaden the knowledge about the phenomena of coexisting competition and competitive coexistence in the regional economy, about mega-clusters as tools for interregional interactions in the tourism sphere

Due to the significant increase of complications developing in young people suffering from low cardiac abnormalities, detection of this disease is important. The aim of the study was to analyze the prevalence and structure of cardiovascular diseases in persone aged 18-21 years who have referred to the medical center of Dnepropetrovsk Medical Academy in the period from 2012 to 2013 in order to determine the mode of physicol exercises. We examined 268 students of 1-2 courses of medical academy, who, along with the clinical examination underwent standard echocardiography 2 times a year. It is established that in the structure of cardiovascular diseases in the studied group small anomalies of the heart occupy the first place; valve pathology the second place. In the structure of small abnormality of the heart, mitral valve prolapse is detected the most frequently. Since this anomaly affects the level of tolerance to physical stress and can lead to heart disorder, routine screening of patients with this disease is mandatory and must be carried out to address the choice of the level of physical activity

The Determination of Metals in Welding Fume by X-Ray-Spectrometry

    Get PDF
Analysis of the current hygienic situation in the welding production showed that the intensification of welding processes involves the deterioration of air quality, which negatively affects the welders health. Respiratory effects seen in full-time welders have included bronchitis, airway irritation, lung function changes, and a possible increase in the incidence of lung cancer. The metal concentration in the air of the working area have been determined using the photometric method of analysis, which involves the stage of decomposition of the sample material before analysis. However, losses of the analyzed elements are possible when the sample is decomposed. The X-ray fluorescence method of analysis has the advantage of being nondestructive. The investigations shown the data of photometric determination of metals in welding aerosols is 1.5(-:)2 times lower than the results of X-ray fluorescence analysis

Limitations of the classical phase-locked loop analysis

Nonlinear analysis of the classical phase-locked loop (PLL) is a challenging task. In classical engineering literature simplified mathematical models and simulation are widely used for its study. In this work the limitations of classical engineering phase-locked loop analysis are demonstrated, e.g., hidden oscillations, which can not be found by simulation, are discussed. It is shown that the use of simplified dynamical models and the application of simulation may lead to wrong conclusions concerning the operability of PLL-based circuits

The sl(2n|2n)^(1) Super-Toda Lattices and the Heavenly Equations as Continuum Limit

The nn\to\infty continuum limit of super-Toda models associated with the affine sl(2n2n)(1)sl(2n|2n)^{(1)} (super)algebra series produces (2+1)(2+1)-dimensional integrable equations in the S1×R2{\bf S}^{1}\times {\bf R}^2 spacetimes. The equations of motion of the (super)Toda hierarchies depend not only on the chosen (super)algebras but also on the specific presentation of their Cartan matrices. Four distinct series of integrable hierarchies in relation with symmetric-versus-antisymmetric, null-versus-nonnull presentations of the corresponding Cartan matrices are investigated. In the continuum limit we derive four classes of integrable equations of heavenly type, generalizing the results previously obtained in the literature. The systems are manifestly N=1 supersymmetric and, for specific choices of the Cartan matrix preserving the complex structure, admit a hidden N=2 supersymmetry. The coset reduction of the (super)-heavenly equation to the I×R(2)=(S1/Z2)×R2{\bf I}\times{\bf R}^{(2)}=({\bf S}^{1}/{\bf Z}_2)\times {\bf R}^2 spacetime (with I{\bf I} a line segment) is illustrated. Finally, integrable N=2,4N=2,4 supersymmetrically extended models in (1+1)(1+1) dimensions are constructed through dimensional reduction of the previous systems.Comment: 12 page

Twist Deformation of Rotationally Invariant Quantum Mechanics

Non-commutative Quantum Mechanics in 3D is investigated in the framework of the abelian Drinfeld twist which deforms a given Hopf algebra while preserving its Hopf algebra structure. Composite operators (of coordinates and momenta) entering the Hamiltonian have to be reinterpreted as primitive elements of a dynamical Lie algebra which could be either finite (for the harmonic oscillator) or infinite (in the general case). The deformed brackets of the deformed angular momenta close the so(3) algebra. On the other hand, undeformed rotationally invariant operators can become, under deformation, anomalous (the anomaly vanishes when the deformation parameter goes to zero). The deformed operators, Taylor-expanded in the deformation parameter, can be selected to minimize the anomaly. We present the deformations (and their anomalies) of undeformed rotationally-invariant operators corresponding to the harmonic oscillator (quadratic potential), the anharmonic oscillator (quartic potential) and the Coulomb potential.Comment: 20 page

Determination of the content of tannins in medicinal herbs

    Get PDF
The work is devoted to the determination of the quantitative content of tannins in medicinal herbs and the identification of plants with the highest content. For the study were taken plants growing on the training experimental site of the Station of young naturalists in Beloretsk. Titrimetric analysis showed the presence of tannins all studied plants from 0,2 to 7,1 %. As a result of the study medicinal plants with the highest content of tannins were identified: old-man’s-pepper (7,1%), broad-leaved clover (5,62 %).
