The Effect Of Steeping Grated Turmeric On Blood Pressure In Hypertensive Menopausal Women: Pengaruh Seduran Parutan Kunyit Terhadap Tekanan Darah Pada Wanita Menopausal Hipertensi
Menopause is an important phase in a womans reproductive cycle. Menopause or the cessation of menstrual periods is defined as the process of transition from productive to non-productive periods caused by decreased levels of the hormones estrogen and progesterone. This study will look at the factors that influence the effect of steeping grated turmeric on blood pressure in postmenopausal women with hypertension in Cipariuk Village,Tegal Village, Cikedal District, Pandeglang Regency, Banten.Researchers used a pre and post test design with a control group. The population in this study were all menopausal women who experienced hypertension as many as 30 people. It was carried out in March 2021. The sampling technique was total sampling divided into 2 groups, namely 15 experimental groups who were given grated turmeric 2x a day 250 cc for 7 days and 15 people in the experimental group control. Blood pressure can be lowered by steeping grated turmeric. between the control and experimental groups in postmenopausal women in Cipariuk Village, Tegal Village, Cikedal District, Pandeglang Regency, Banten in 2021 with a significance value of 0.000.There is an effect of steeping grated turmeric on blood pressure between the control and experimental groups in menopausal women. It is expected that postmenopausal women, before using blood pressure lowering drugs with chemicals, should use treatment with herbal ingredients, one of which is turmeric regularly with various processing, one of which is in the form of turmeric drinks because the ingredients are cheap and easy to obtain, especially if you have the plant. 
Kekuatan Karakter Mahasiswa di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19
The main challenge for educational institutions in the middle of the pandemic is fostering students to maintain character strengths in poor conditions. Various difficulties come quickly, such as changes in the online learning system, strict health protocols that apply to the threat of viruses that are scary all the time. Character strengths have a broad impact on life satisfaction, subjective well-being, friendly relationships, and academic success. This study aims to determine the condition of initial student character strengths, especially those who have just entered college, as positive traits used in dealing with changes during the COVID-19 pandemic and contribute to the development of character strengths theory. Peterson-Seligman. The research subjects were 145 students who filled out the 72-item VIA-IS scale online and analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that most early students had high character strengths (68.3%) and responded to change by highlighting their signature strengths of kindness, humor, love, honesty, and gratitude. This research is expected to describe the strength of character as an effort to adapt to change in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic.
Tantangan utama bagi institusi pendidikan di tengah pandemi
adalah membina peserta didik untuk tetap memiliki kekuatan
karakter di tengah kondisi yang tidak menguntungkan. Berbagai
kesulitan datang secara cepat seperti perubahan sistem
pembelajaran daring, protokol kesehatan ketat yang berlaku
hingga ancaman virus yang menakutkan sepanjang waktu.

subjective well being, hubungan persahabatan dan keberhasilan
akademik Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi
kekuatan karakter mahasiswa terutama yang baru memasuki
perguruan tinggi, sebagai sifat positif yang digunakan dalam
menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi di tengah pandemi covid-19
serta berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori character strengths
Peterson-Seligman. Subjek penelitian adalah 145 mahasiswa
yang mengisi skala VIA-IS 72 aitem secara online dan dianalis
menggunakan analisa deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa mahasiswa awal mayoritas memiliki kekuatan karakter
yang tinggi (68,3%) serta menyikapi perubahan dengan
menonjolkan karakter inti (signature strengths) kebaikan, humor,
cinta, jujur, dan bersyukur. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberi kontribusi dalam menggambarkan kekuatan karakter sebagai
upaya adaptasi perubahan di tengah pandemi covid-19
Character Strengths of Student and College Student Undergoing Learning Activities During the Covid-19 Pandemic
Youth character strengths becomes the front line for the nation's future generations to face future challenges,
including during the Covid-19 pandemic. Previous research has shown character strengths in helping people and
the nation cope the vicissitudes of Covid-19 pandemic. This research aims to identify differences virtues and
character strengths between students and college students when undergoing learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. They study harder than usual since the lockdown rule such as self-study, online class in Zoom
meetings, Google Classroom, Google Meet, Skype, and unable to meet teachers and friends. This research is a
preliminary study to identify youth character strengths with descriptive analysis of 24 character strengths,
assessed by the VIA-IS and VIA-Youth. A purposive sampling was employed to 72 participants consisting of 26
students and 46 college students between 15 and 20 years, who experienced a change from offline learning to
online learning due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Data was analysed using independent samples test and descriptive
analysis. The results showed that there was a difference of character strengths between students and college
students (t= 10,064 p<0,05). College students had a higher score of character strength than students with a slight
increase in scores on virtues wisdom and knowledge (3,85), courage (3,86), transcendence (3,86), temperance
(3,86), humanity (3,87) and justice (3,85). Students emphasised the highest character strengths such as kindness,
spiritual, love, forgiveness, hope, humour than college students emphasised the highest character strengths such
as kindness, humour, love, honesty, and gratitude. This research is expected to contribute information and
increase knowledge about virtues and character strengths of students and college students undergoing learning
activities during the covid-19 pandemic.

Does Family Functioning Matter More Than School Culture? Understanding Deeper Junior High School Student’s Character Strength with Spirituality as mediator
Previous research has shown that character strength significantly impacts students' future success.
This study examines the functioning of family and school culture as antecedents of character
strength through spirituality as mediators. The research sample was 1871 junior high school
students in Surabaya City consisting of 1010 female students and 861 male students selected by
proportional cluster random sampling from five areas of Surabaya City. The research instruments
used were the character strength scale of human dimension of Values in Action Inventory for
adolescents (VIA-Youth), spirituality scale of Aspects of Spirituality Questionnaire (ASP) Version 2.1.,
family functioning scale of Family Assessment Device (FAD), and school culture scale of School Climate
and School Identification Measure—Student (SCASIM-St). The study was conducted by testing
research instruments using confirmatory factor analysis and model testing using Structural Equation
Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results showed that the fit, family functioning had a more significant
influence than school culture did in shaping student character strength in the human dimension and
spirituality model proved to significantly mediate the functioning of family and school culture and
the strength of student character on the human dimension. The implications of the study results
are expected to accelerate the improvement of student character strength in the humanitarian
dimension and become policy recommendations for human resource development that are ready
to face various challenges.

Kekuatan Karakter Siswa Menuju Generasi Emas Indonesia
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi pengembangan karakter siswa.
Karena pandemi para siswa melakukan pembatasan sosial hampir setiap hari, jarang terlibat
dalam kegiatan bersama, dan belajar mandiri dengan kelas online. Penelitian sebelumnya
telah menunjukkan pentingnya kekuatan karakter bagi setiap institusi pendidikan di abad
ke-21 . Subjek penelitian adalah 113 siswa (54 laki-laki dan 57 perempuan) yang mengisi
12 item dimensi kemanusiaan dalam skala VIA-Youth online dan dianalisis menggunakan
analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter kebaikan menjadi
karakter tertinggi bagi siswa (37%), kemudian karakter cinta (34%) dan karakter
kecerdasan sosial (29%). Mayoritas siswa memiliki kekuatan karakter dalam kategori
sedang sebesar 63%, kategori tinggi sebesar 33% dan kategori rendah sebesar 13%.
Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pengembangan diri siswa sebagai
generasi emas terutama setelah melalui masa sulit pandemi.
