    Pengaruh Earning Per Share, Arus Kas Kegiatan Operasi, Likuiditas dan Struktur Modal terhadap Kebijakan Dividen Tunai pada Perusahaan Go Public yang Terdaftar pada Indeks Kompas 100 Periode 2011 – 2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Earning per Share, Arus Kas Kegiatan Operasi, Likuiditas dan Struktur Modal terhadap Kebijakan Dividen Tunai pada Perusahaan Go Public yang Terdaftar pada Indeks Kompas 100 periode 2011-2015. Populasi penelitian adalah semua Perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Indeks Kompas 100 selama periode 2011-2015 dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 7 Perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode dokumentasi dan dianalisis dengan SPSS versi 20 yang meliputi analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear sederahana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Earning per Share dan Arus Kegiatan Operasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, Likuiditas berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, Struktur Modal berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan dan secara simultan semua variabel independen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen Tunai dengan nilai Adjusted R2 sebesar 0,746

    The purpose of this study was to exemine the effect of the company\u27s financial performance variables consistingof earning growth ratio, dividend payout ratio and size, the variable return equity price to book value as amoderating variable. The samples in this study were all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchangefrom 2005 to 2010 by using purposive sampling with criteria that the company had a positive book value ofequity during the study period. The company splitted the cash dividend and the company did not do corporateactions such as stock splits, reverse stock, stock dividend. The data used in this study were all companies listedon the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2005 to 2010 (except for companies engaged in finance and banking) byusing multiple linear regression to test the interaction or Multiple Regresion Analysis (MRA). The studyfound that the price to book value was not able to significantly moderate the effect of earning growth ratio,dividend payout ratio and size toward the stock return variable for the interaction test results showed thesignificant value was greater than interaction of alpha as 5%

    Abstract: The aims of this research were to find out the different effect of each categories of learning model, students interpersonal intelligence and their interaction towards students mathematics learning achievement on the subject of plane geometry. The research was quasi experimental with 3×3 factorial design. The population was all students of grade VIII State Junior High School in Madiun City on the second semester of 2013/2014 academic years. Sampling was done by stratified cluster random sampling technique. The sample of this research consisted of the students of SMP N 3 Madiun, SMPN 7 Madiun, and SMPN 10 Madiun. The sample consisted of 260 students. The hypothesis test used unbalanced two ways analysis of variance at the significance level of 0,05. Based on hypothesis test, it can be concluded that: (1) the cooperative learning model of Jigsaw type gives a better mathematics achievement than cooperative learning model of NHT type and direct learning model, and the cooperative learning model of NHT type gives a better mathematics achievement than direct learning model; (2) students with the high interpersonal intelligence had the same achievement as students with the medium interpersonal intelligence, students with the high interpersonal intelligence had better achievement than students with the low interpersonal intelligence and the students with the medium interpersonal intelligence had the same achievement as students with the low interpersonal intelligence; (3) on the cooperative learning model of Jigsaw type, NHT type and direct learning model, students with the high interpersonal intelligence had the same achievement as students with the medium interpersonal intelligence, students with the high interpersonal intelligence had better achievement than students with the low interpersonal intelligence and the students with the medium interpersonal intelligence had the same achievement as students with the low interpersonal intelligence; and (4) on students interpersonal intelligence high, medium and low, the cooperative learning model of Jigsaw type gives a better mathematics achievement than cooperative learning model of NHT type and direct learning model, and the cooperative learning model of NHT type gives a better mathematics achievement than direct learning model.Keywords:  Jigsaw, NHT, interpersonal intelligenc

    Introduction: Acute gastroenteritis is the most common disease occurring in children under the age of five, which is defined as a sudden increase in frequency and changes in the consistency of the feces. Gastroenteritis is the leading cause of infant and under-five mortality in Indonesia. Methods: This study using pre experiment with randomized control group pretest-post-test. The sample used 16 respondents according to the inclusion criteria. The variables studied were giving mixing oralit and honey in children with acute gastroenteritis. Data were collected and analyzed by paired t-test and independent t-test. Result And Analysis: The results of this study proved that giving oralit mix therapy with honey gives a significant effect on the indicator of diarrhea frequency so condition from children is getting better. Discussion And Conclusion: The addition of honey in an oral re-hydration solution may reduce and improve the recovery of the defecate frequency of acute gastroenteritis. Provision of honey as an anti-bacterial and prebiotic to children with gastroenteritis

    Teknik cuci tangan sesuai WHO (2009) pada awalnya merupakan teknik cuci tangan yang di buat untuk mencegah penularan penyakit infeksi dan diaplikasikan oleh tenaga kesehatan. Namun masih banyak pegawai rumah sakit, baik tenaga kesehatan, maupun yang bukan tenaga kesehatan belum melakukan teknik cuci tangan yang benar sehingga berisiko membawa kuman rumah sakit (RS) keluar RS dan menimbulkan penyakit infeksi di masyarakat. Metode pengabdian dengan pre dan post design dengan melakukan pembelajaran yang secara persuasive mengajak peserta berperan serta aktif. Hasil pretest 67,5 meningkat menjadi 89. Demonstrasi menggunakan losion lumigerm® yang berpendar saat disinari UV tepat di aplikasikan sebagai evaluasi benar-tidaknya cuci tangan, sebanyak 97% peserta mampu menunjukkan proses cuci tangan dengan baik. Kesimpulan sebagian besar pegawai RS universitas mataram mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan teknik cuci tangan yang benar setelah dilakukan penyuluhan</jats:p

    Evaluation of uncertainties measurement in EDXRF for air filter analysis

    Abstract Energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence (EDXRF) is one of the nuclear analytical techniques that has been widely used for elemental analysis, especially for air filter analysis. EDXRF Epsilon 5 has been installed in BATAN Bandung laboratory, Indonesia. EDXRF Epsilon 5 is an analytical instrument that is used to determine trace elements in many kinds of materials, especially in air filter samples. Measurement conditions have to be set up to determine several elements. Uncertainty evaluation was different according to the instrument used in each laboratory. This activity is aimed to calculate and evaluate the uncertainty measurement associated with EDXRF Epsilon 5 for air filter analysis. Evaluation of uncertainties measurement in EDXRF Epsilon 5 was carried out following the guides to express uncertainty: JCGM 100:2008 and EURACHEM. The uncertainty evaluation focused on 10 elements: Na, Si, S, K, Ca, Ti, Fe, Zn, Br, and Pb that generally existed in airborne particulate samples. The uncertainties results for 10 selected elements measured with Epsilon 5 were in a good correlation, with % relative uncertainty were ranged from 2% to 32%.</jats:p

Contoh dari Pendidikan Era Digital adalah aplikasi ruang guru yang menyediakan video-video pembelajaran untuk membantu para pelajar memahami materi, pembelajaran dapat dilaksanakan kapan pun dan dimana saja namun harus dengan konektivitas yang memadai. Artikel ilmiah ini dibuat menggunakan metode penelitian komparatif yang membahas secara rinci mengenai aplikasi ruang guru, serta teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner melalui google form. Dan juga menggunakan teori matematika komunikasi. Hasil dari penelitian kami adalah banyak narasumber yang beranggapan bahwa aplikasi ruang guru sangat efektif terutama dikala pandemi dimana kita harus tetap di rumah, namun banyak dari narasumber yang lebih memilih les/bimbel secara langsung dibanding les/bimbel secara online melalui aplikasi ruang guru karena mereka berfikir bahwa bertemu secara langsung adalah cara yang paling baik untuk mengajar, dan juga disayangkan aplikasi ruang guru masih memiliki berbagai kelemahan
