Analisis data yang digunakandalampenelitianiniadalahanalisisdeskriptifdananalisiskuantitatif, meliputianalisislaporansumberdanpenggunaan modal kerja, analisislikuiditasdanrentabilitas. Berdasarkanhasilpenganalisaan data dapatlahdiketahuibahwa modal kerja PT. MustikaRatu, Tbk. padatahun 2009 sampaitahun 2012 mengalamipeningkatan, yaitumasing-masingsebesar 4,07%, 12,28% dan 8,09%. Sedangkanpadatahun 2013 mengalamipenurunansebesar (11,11%). Dan berdasarkanefisiensipenggunaan modal kerjadilihatdarilikuiditasnyamenunjukkanhasil yang sangatefisien, tetapidilihatdarirentabilitasnyamenunjukkanhasil yang tidakefisien

    PENGARUH PENERAPAN PELAYANAN PRIMA ā€œDUTA WE CAREā€ TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELAYANAN KEPERAWATAN DI RSUP DR. M. DJAMIL PADANG

    Pelayanan prima adalah bentuk kepedulian terhadap pasien dengan memberikan pelayanan terbaik untuk memfasilitasi pemenuhan kebutuhan pasien. Secara keseluruhan, variabel pelayanan yang diberikan oleh perawat memiliki pengaruh yang paling signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui gambaran efektivitas pemberiam pelayanan prima Duta we care terhadap kepuasan pelayanan keperawatan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan desain Quasi-exsperiment. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 134 pasien yang dirawat lebih dari 3 hari dan kooperatif di instalasi non bedah (penyakit dalam) di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah metode probability samplingĀ melalui simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner ā€œNewcastle Satisfaction to Nursing Scale (NSNS)ā€ dan studi dokumentasi pada rekam medis pasien. Analisis data menggunakan uji Uji-ChisquareĀ P Value <0,05 signifikan. hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai p sebesar 0,002 < 0,050 dalam kepuasan sesudah pemberian pelayanan prima duta we care, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa pelayanan prima duta we care memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien pada pelayanan perawat.Kata kunci: Duta We Care; Pelayanan prima; Kepuasan Pelayanan keperawatan

    This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness and perceived quality of the Nokia brand loyalty through brand trust as an intervening variable. The sample used by 100 respondents using Simple Random Sampling technique. The method of analysis used in this study is the Path analysis. the calculation results showed that the variables of brand awareness, perceived quality variables, and variable keperayaan each brand has a positive and significant effect on the variable of brand loyalty. Influence exerted by the awareness of the brand loyalty variable that is equal to 12.2%, and the variable perceived quality of the brand loyalty of 28%. Variables brand awareness, perceived quality variables, and the variables are combined brand trust has a positive and significant effect on the variable of brand loyalty at 69.1%, while the remaining 30.9% is explained by other factors, variable brand image, brand association variable, and variations in price promotions. Based on calculations Path analysis proved that the variable brand trust as an intervening variable can be a mediator reinforcing relationship between perceived quality variables with the variables of brand loyalty. Meanwhile variable became brand trust mediator variable relationship weakens brand awareness to brand loyalty variable. Suggestions of this research is to improve the quality of the product, adding features, the company maintaining long term relationships with its customers objective that consumers remain loyal to the Nokia brand phones

    Analysis of Prospective Mathematics Teachersā€™ Critical Thinking Disposition Based on Self-Confidence

    The disposition of critical thinking plays an important role for teachers, particularly in responding to mathematical problems. However, several studies have shown that the disposition to think critically is still low. This descriptive-qualitative research aims to analyze and describe prospective mathematics teachersā€™ critical thinking dispositions based on their self-confidence. Three subjects were selected from a total of 25 prospective mathematics teachers who were given a self-confidence questionnaire, with very good, good, and poor self-confidence criteria. Data collection was conducted by administering a critical thinking disposition test of the Problems With No Specified Universal Set Given (PWNSUS) type and conducting interviews. The results of this research indicate that prospective mathematics teachersā€™ self-confidence influences their critical thinking disposition. Prospective mathematics teachers with very good self-confidence fulfill the components of a critical thinking disposition, namely systematicity, self-confidence, inquisitiveness, open-mindedness, and analyticity. Meanwhile, prospective mathematics teachers with good self-confidence fulfill the components of self-confidence, inquisitiveness, open-mindedness, and analyticity. However, prospective mathematics teachers with poor self-confidence only fulfill inquisitiveness and analyticity. Two of the three subjects were unable to achieve two critical thinking components, namely truth and maturity, which can be developed through various exercises

    Cardiovascular disease is still the main non-communicable disease cause of death worldwide, reaching 32%. Hypertensive Heart Disease (HHD) occupies the 4th position with the highest number of cardiovascular disease deaths. Increased blood pressure can occur due to several factors, including a body mass index (BMI) above normal and a high body fat percentage, which in these conditions, can cause changes in the structure and function of the heart. The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between BMI, percent body fat and blood pressure. This study used a cross-sectional method, with a total sample of 34 respondents obtained using the convenience sampling method. Data collection was carried out by measuring body weight, height to calculate BMI, percent body fat, and blood pressure. The BMI data was then analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment test, while the percent body fat was determined using the Fisher Exact test. Most respondents (61,8%) had a BMI in the heavily obese category and when measuring percent body fat, 44,1% of respondents were in the overfat category. Respondents with controlled systolic blood pressure were 64.7% and those with controlled diastolic blood pressure also dominated, namely 73,5%. Based on the results of the analysis, the p values of systolic and diastolic blood pressure for BMI were 0,159 and 0,463 (pā‰„0,05), while the percent body fat showed 0,465 and 0,432 (pā‰„0,05). So that neither BMI nor percent body fat were related to systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Suggestions for further research include considering other factors related to blood pressure, a history of smoking, and the combination of drugs consumed
