Bianchi Type V String Cosmological Models in General Relativity
Bianchi type V string cosmological models in general relativity are
investigated. To get the exact solution of Einstein's field equations, we have
taken some scale transformations followed by Camci (2001). It is
shown that Einstein's field equations are solvable for any arbitrary cosmic
scale function. Solution for particular form of cosmic scale functions are also
obtained. Some physical and geometrical aspects of the models are discussed.Comment: 12 pages, Accepted version in Pramana - J. Physic
Lexicon Infused Phrase Embeddings for Named Entity Resolution
Most state-of-the-art approaches for named-entity recognition (NER) use semi
supervised information in the form of word clusters and lexicons. Recently
neural network-based language models have been explored, as they as a byproduct
generate highly informative vector representations for words, known as word
embeddings. In this paper we present two contributions: a new form of learning
word embeddings that can leverage information from relevant lexicons to improve
the representations, and the first system to use neural word embeddings to
achieve state-of-the-art results on named-entity recognition in both CoNLL and
Ontonotes NER. Our system achieves an F1 score of 90.90 on the test set for
CoNLL 2003---significantly better than any previous system trained on public
data, and matching a system employing massive private industrial query-log
data.Comment: Accepted in CoNLL 201
Tourist behavior: A key factor for tourism planning
Tourism is a fast growing economic activity in many countries around the world. Many countries are promoting tourism to attract foreign tourists in a country. It has not only important but mandatory to acquire knowledge about tourist behavior. It would not be wrong to say that tourist behavior plays an important role in tourism planning. Due to the different geographical locations of continents, countries, people have different likes and dislikes, different behavior. On the other hand lack of knowledge about tourist behavior makes it arduous to promote tourism in a country. This paper aims at studying the Behavior of tourist and to help in the tourism planning in a country. This will help in promoting and selling tourism products
Coherent Pion Production in Neutrino Nucleus Scattering
In this article, we study the coherent pion production in neutrino-nucleus
interaction in the resonance region using the formalism based on partially
conserved axial current (PCAC) theorem which relates the neutrino-nucleus cross
section to the pion-nucleus elastic cross section. The pion nucleus elastic
cross section is calculated using the Glauber model in terms of pion-nucleon
cross sections obtained by parameterizing the experimental data. We calculate
the differential and integrated cross sections for charged current coherent
pion production in neutrino carbon scattering. The results of integrated cross
section calculations are compared with the measured data. Predictions for the
differential and integrated cross sections for coherent pion productions in
neutrino iron scattering using above formalism are also made
