Analisis Keuntungan Usaha Mie Basah Ud. Aneke Dalam Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di Manado

This study aims to determine the profit of analysis of UD. Aneke’s wet noodle business during the Covid-19 pandemic in Manado. This research was carried out during July and December 2021 at UD. Aneke which is in the Karisma Ranomuut Housing. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with business owners from UD. Aneke by using a list of question (questionnaire). Meanwhile, secondary data were taken from agencies related to this research. The data collected is then analyzed using profit analysis by calculating the difference between revenue and costs used then followed by the Cost Ratio (R/C) analysis formula. This results of this study indicate that the UD. Aneke  wet noodle business is profitable. Profit in July 2021 is Rp 6.690.892 with an R/C ratio of 1,22 and a profit in December 2021 of Rp 11.340.891 with an R/C value of 1,35

Analisis Keuntungan Usaha Pedagang Sayur Di Pasar Pinasungkulan Karombasan Kota Manado (Studi Kasus Pada Pedagang Sayur Sawi Putih, Wortel Dan Kubis)

This study aims to analyze the profits of vegetable traders in the Pinangsungkulan Market, North Karombasan. The research was carried out for 3 months, from March to May 2020. The research was conducted at the North Karombasan Pinasungkulan Market. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews using a questionnaire (questionnaire) to vegetable traders at Pinasungkulan Market, North Karombasan. Secondary data was obtained from books available locally, the internet and accessing articles from various scientific journals. Revenue is obtained from the number of purchases of vegetables or the amount of production multiplied by the number of sales of vegetable traders for one week. The results of the study show that the vegetable traders in the Pinasungkulan Karombasan Market, Wanea District, Manado City can be said to be profitable. The total profits obtained from 15 respondents amounted to IDR 23,949,845 with an average of IDR 1,596,656 for selling vegetables in one week. This income value is quite enough for one week's income, it is possible that it will increase if vegetable buyers increase, especially on holidays which require the local community to buy more vegetables

This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of the "Potato Modoinding" french fries business in the city of Manado. This research was carried out in April 2018. The data used are primary data obtained from interviews with owners and business actors (two people) in the form of data: the amount of production, selling price, and investment costs. Data analysis was performed using Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B / C Ratio), Payback Period (PP) and Sensitivity Analysis. The results showed this business was feasible to operate with a value of NPV = 14,045,877, IRR = 0.7623%, Net B / C Ratio = 2.309065, PP = 5 months. The business feasibility limit is when the price of potato raw materials rises by 55%.*eprm

Persepsi Petani Terhadap Teknologi Revolusi Industri 4.0 Pada Usahatani Padi Sawah di Desa Tompasobaru Dua Kecamatan Tompasobaru Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan

This study aims to determine the perception of lowland rice farmers towards technology 4.0 in lowland rice farming in Tompasobaru Dua Village, Tompasobaru District, South Minahasa Regency. Perception indicators of understanding, acceptance, mastery, application and prospects using a Likert scale. This research was conducted from June to July 2022. The data collected in this study is the perception data of rice farmers after participating in the socialization of industrial technology 4.0 in lowland rice farming. Sampling was done by means of purposive sampling as many as 30 samples. The results showed that the perception of lowland rice farmers to technology 4.0 in lowland rice farming was in the good category (perception index 77.66%). This means that rice farmers have a good understanding, acceptance, and mastery of the technology of the industrial revolution 4.0 so that they are expected to be able to apply 4.0 technology independently

KONTRIBUSI PENDAPATAN IBU RUMAH TANGGA TERHADAP KELUARGA PETANI DI DESA KIE ICI KECAMATAN IBU KABUPATEN HALMAHERA BARAT

This study aims to determine the contribution of housewives to the income of farmer families in Kie ici Village, Mother District, West Halmahera Regency. This research was conducted for three monthsfrom October to December 2018. Data collection methods used were primary data and secondary data. The data taken is primary data using direct interview techniques and questionnaires for 30 farmer housewives. While secondary data was obtained from the Kie ici Village office, books available in stores and the internet such as google cendekia to access articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities related to the topic of this research namely the contribution of housewives to the family. The results showed that the contribution of housewives' income to farmer households in Kie ici village in general housewives were able to contribute, at 39.68 percent, to family income which could be categorized as sufficiently fulfilling the family's need to live.*eprm

ANALISIS KEUNTUNGAN USAHA JAMUR TIRAM (Pleurotus sp) PADA BELLA FARM DI DESA MOKUPA KECAMATAN TOMBARIRI KABUPATEN MINAHASA

The objective of this research is to analyze the profit received by Bella Farm in one production of Oyster Mushrooms for three months. The research was conducted in December 2018 to February 2019, starting from preparation to preparing the report. The data used are primary. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with oyster mushroom business owner Bella Farm. While secondary data was obtained from the North Sulawesi Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Service, the internet through Google in the form of journal articles and theses related to this research. Data collected in this study are presented in table form and then described and analyzed using profit analysis. Profits are obtained from the difference between revenue and costs incurred. The results ofthe research showed that Bella Farm in Mokupa Village, Tombariri Sub-district, Minahasa Regency received a profit of Rp. 24.714.705 per one-time production process for three months at a cost of Rp.22.185.295 and the value of R / C cost revenue is 2.11, which means that Bella Farm has a profit.*jnkd+eprm

This study aims to analyze the profit received by the owner, producer and seller of the business "Saraba" in "Stevanny Restaurant" in the Boulevard Area of Manado City. This research was conducted from July to September 2018. This study used primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by using interview techniques directly to the owner of the restaurant. Secondary data in this study comes from books available at local bookstores in Manado City, the internet such as google scholar to access articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities which was related to profit analysis. Data collected in this study are presented in table form and then described and analyzed using the profit analysis formula. The results showed that the profits obtained in one month of the production process in September 2019, which is for 30 days where every day one production process is carried out so 30 days the production process is carried out by the businessman "Saraba" in "Stevanny's Restaurant" in the Boulevard Area of Manado City for Rp. 5,609,481 per month.*jnkd+eprm*

Analisis Pendapatan Usahatani Cabai Keriting Di Kecamatan Kauditan Kabupaten Minahasa Utara

This study aims to analyze the income of curly chili farming in Kauditan sub-district, North Minahasa regency. This research was conducted in Kauditan District, North Minahasa Regency. This research began from March to June 2022. The method used in this study was purposive with the consideration that Kauditan District is one of the curly chili producing districts. The type of data used in this research is primary and secondary data. The primary data consisted of data on fixed costs, variable costs, investment costs, curly chili production data, curly chili price data, sales data and curly chili cultivation information obtained from field visits and direct interviews with curly chili farmers in Kauditan District. Secondary data in the form of curly chili production development data, curly chili productivity data, and curly chili farming analysis data from other studies obtained from literature studies both obtained in libraries, websites, and other places in the form of the results of previous research related to research problems. The results showed that the income of curly chili farming in Kauditan District, North Minahasa Regency per hectare in one planting cycle with a total of 10,000 plants amounted to IDR225,190,000

ANALISIS KEUNTUNGAN USAHA PEMBUATAN TAHU PADA UD. MAKMUR SENTOSA DI KOTA MANADO

This study aims to determine the benefits of tofu industry. This research was conducted at the tofu factory UD Makmur Sentosa in Kleak Urban Village, Hamlet V, Malalayang Sub-district, Manado City. The data collection method in this study used primary data collected through direct interviews with 2 business owners (husband and wife) and the entire workforce of 5 workers based on a list of questions prepared previously. Total respondents were 7 people. Secondary data obtained from the internet through Google Scholar to get articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities related to research topics on the Profit of the business of Tofu Factory. Data collected in the form of data characteristics of business actors, raw materials, production, capital, and production costs. Tofu business UD. Makmur Sentosa is a small business that began operating in 2000 using its own capital. The amount of soybean raw material used in one month is 7,910 kg and produces 1,582 buckets of tofu, and produces a profit of Rp.41,811,780. So getting an R / C ratio> 1 is 1.49, it means that in March 2019 the UD tofu business. Makmur Sentosa experienced profits so this business was worth the effort.*eprm
