Allama Mohammad Iqbal's personal diary of his poetry is a rare and authenticliterary source. It includes his poem "Aik Sham" written in his hand writing whichsheds light on the time span during which it was composed. It also brings forth textualanomalies. This paper explores the various dimensions of the arguments surroundingsthe poem at above. It also highlighted the significance of this poem in Germantranslations among the German orientalist and links with Goethe and Glasenapp.</p

Personal diaries are considered a basic and reliable source of information about great figures. The writer has got the opportunity to discover about the last evening of Sir Mohammad Allama Iqbal through the memories of Hans-Hasso Baron Von Veltheim, an old friend of Allama Iqbal from Germany. Hans-Hasso wrote about the last meeting with Allama Iqbal in his personal diary. The original script of the diary is in Halle University, Halle-Salle, Germany. Urdu translation of the German diary with references is given in this article.</p

Sensibility of Urdu Ghazal in 21st Century
Ghazal is the most famous genre of literature in Urdu poetry that has maintained its existence and identity in all eras. In this research paper, the poetry collections and magazines published during the last twenty-three years have been discussed. This paper also deals with the general perception that the proliferation of themes in Urdu ghazal has harmed the traditions of Urdu ghazal. Writers from the sixties and seventies have a deep insight into the life of the ghazal and at the same time they have the classical values of the ghazal. In the modern era, the changing behavior of man at the social level is the important topic of this era. This research paper brings forward the trends of Urdu Ghazal in these years.</p

This article explores the historical dynamics of early translations of the western short stories having psychological aspects. Early Urdu translators like syed Tafazul Hussain, Salahudin Usman and Malik Ram translated the English short stories in to the Urdu and introduced the psychological problems of the fictional characters. In the beginning of the 20th Century these translations introduced the psychological problems like Phobia. The Urdu short story influenced by these translations. </p

Iqbal, during his stay at Heidelberg, wrote some poems in his personal diary and mentioned the date and place. These poems published in 'Bang e Dara'. One of such poem is 'Sulayma' written in his hand writing . There are some misunderstandings about this poem and his stay at Heidelberg. This paper deals with the misunderstandins about this poem and presents the fact with the help of primary sources.</p
