    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berpengarub terhadap volume perdagangan antar daerah kopi arabika di Kabupaten Bener Meriah ke Medan periode tahun 1996-2011. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Banda Aceh, Badan Pusat Statistik Bener Meriah, dan Organisasi AEKI, Dinas Perkebunan dan lembaga perdagangan antar daerah. Metode 2SLS (Two Stage Least Squares) digunakan untuk menganalisis model model persamaan simultan dari penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel luas lahan tanaman kopi arabika menghasilkan, luas lahan tanaman kopi arabika rusak, dan jumJah petani kopi arabika memiliki pengaruh yang significan secara serempak terhadap perkembangan produksi biji kopi. Secara parsial hanya jumlah petani yang memberi pengaruh yang signifikan sedangkan luas lahan tanaman menghasilkan dan luas lahan tanaman rusak. memberi pengaruh yang tidak signifikan. Variabel produksi, harga biji kopi arabika di Medan, harga biji kopi arabika lokal, dan permintaan biji kopi arabika lokal berpengaruh nyata secara serempak terhadap perkembangan produksi biji kopi arabika di Kabupaten Bener Meriah. Produksi dan permintaan lokal biji kopi arabika berpengarub secara Signifikan, sedangkan Harga biji kopi arabika lokal di Kabupaten Bener Meriah dan harga biji kopi arabika di kota Medan, pengaruhnya bersifat tidak signifikan.Kata kunci : Produksi, Perdagangan, Harga.     Coffee has great potential to be developed in Indonesia because of its large role in increasing the country's foreign exchange through export activities. Bener Meriah Regency, Aceh Province, is one of the main producing areas of Arabica coffee. The development of Arabica coffee commodities in Bener Meriah is still not optimal due to the findings of various problems such as post-harvest handling cultivation systems, technology, to marketing conditions that continue to change according to global conditions. This problem causes Bener Meriah Arabica coffee to not be optimal in contributing to regional income, employment and contributing to coffee farmers' household income. In the previous research, only one aspect highlighted, so the findings to overcome these problems have not been optimal. Through the analysis of Urgency, Seriousness, Growth (USG), this research will find a solution formed in stages of solving the problems experienced by Arabica coffee farmers, starting from the upstream to the downstream process. The results of the study show that the constraints on trade conditions that have changed after the Pandemic are the main problems that must be resolved first in Bener Meriah Regency. The second problem that must be resolved is extreme climate change. The third is post-harvest handling and the fourth is the high cost of transportation

     Coffee is one of the important export potentials in world trade. Indonesia is classified as the fourth largest coffee exporting country in the world after Brazil, Vietnam, and Colombia. (AEKI, 2020). Aceh province is one of the producers of gayo arabica coffee centers in Indonesia. There are three main production areas for gayo arabica coffee, namely the districts of Central Aceh, Bener Meriah and Gayo Lues. Coffee is the main agricultural commodity for the people in the three districts. Post-harvest processing is the second stage after the coffee cultivation process or production management. This stage is important because the final result in the post-harvest processing determines the added value or selling value of the harvest. The post-harvest processing aspect is also an important aspect in the development of coffee farming in Bener Meriah Regency. After harvesting, the next process is post-harvest processing, so that to support good coffee quality is the correct processing. In general, coffee processing can be divided into two, namely wet processing and dry processing. Arabica coffee produced in the Gayo Highlands (Central Aceh and Bener Meriah districts) is generally processed by wet processing. The processing process of coffee beans in Aceh Tengah and Bener Meriah districts consists of harvesting, peeling fruit skins, fermentation, washing, drying, peeling the coffee grain husk, sifting (grinding) and polishing, roasting process, manual sorting, warehousing, packaging and packing and process control and quality control. The quality of coffee is largely determined by its handling during harvest and post-harvest. Coffee that is picked when it is old, is coffee with high quality, otherwise coffee that is not red but has been picked will result in less aroma and taste. General standards of testing on coffee beans are carried out in two ways, namely physical tests and organoleptic tests.     Analisis Nilai Tambah Proses Pengolahan Kopi Arabika Gayo pada Kabupaten Centra Produksi di Aceh

    Indonesia known as one of the biggest coffee exporter in the world after Brazil, Vietnam, dan Colombia. Aceh is one of the central production areas of Arabica Coffee Comodity in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the difference of Gayo Arabica coffee beans added value based on the processing in Aceh Tengah and Bener Meriah Regency. This research located in two central production of coffee in Aceh. Both Regency ware the main location for coffee production in Aceh. This research used in-depth interviews with decision makers in green been coffee agro-industry which has largest export quantity in Aceh Tengah and Bener Meriah which are Baitul Qiradh (KBQ) Baburrayyan Cooperative and Permata Gayo Cooperative as data collection method. The Respondents were the Manager of KBQ Baburrayan; Mr. Moch. Charis, S.T. and the Manager of Permata Gayo Cooperative; Mr. Jumhur, S.P. his Research used descriptive quantitative method with Hayami analysis. The result showed that the added value of labui coffee beans to green coffee beans in Aceh Tengah Regency was higher which is Rp. 28,337/kg by 38.40% ratio when compared to green bean coffee in Bener Meriah Regency which is Rp. 26,738 / kg by 37.14% ratio. This result wes caused by: (1) the price of green beans in Aceh Tengah Regency is higher than in Bener Meriah Regency, (2) the green bean production process in Aceh Tengah Regency tends to use more modern technology so that it can reduce labor costs and produce added value which higher than Bener Meriah Regency.Indonesia adalah salah satu negara yang melakukan ekspor kopi terbesar didunia setelah Brasil, Vietnam, dan Kolombia. Aceh adalah salah satu daerah sentra komoditi kopi arabika di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan nilai tambah biji kopi Arabika gayo berdasarkan proses pengolahannya. Lokasi penelitian adalah dua daerah sentra produksi kopi di Provinsi Aceh yaitu Kabupaten Bener Meriah dan Aceh Tengah. Kedua Kabupaten ini merupakan lokasi utama untuk pengolahan produk kopi arabika di Provinsi Aceh. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam dengan Pengambil keputusan di Pihak agroindustri green been coffee yang memiliki kuota ekspor terbesar di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah yaitu Koperasi Baitul Qiradh (KBQ) Baburrayyan dan Koperasi Permata Gayo. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah Manajer KBQ Baburrayan yakni Bpk. Moch. Charis, S.T. dan Manajer Koperasi ayo Permata yakni Bpk. Jumhur, Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif Kuantitatif dengan alat analisis Hayami Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tambah pada proses biji labui kopi ke biji green bean kopi di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah lebih tinggi yakni sebesar Rp. 28.337/kg dengan rasio sebesar 38.40% jika dibandingkan dengan biji green bean kopi di Kabupaten Bener Meriah yakni sebesar Rp. 26.738/kg dengan rasio sebesar 37.14%. Hal ini disebabkan oleh (1) Harga green bean di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah lebih besar dari pada di Kabupaten Bener Meriah, (2) proses produksi green bean di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah cenderung menggunakan teknologi yang lebih modern sehingga dapat mengurangi biaya tenaga kerja dan menghasilkan nilai tambah yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Kabupaten Bener Meriah

    Butternut squash is a type of pumpkin plant like peanut seeds and has very sweet taste of fruit flesh. This pumpkin has yellow color like butter so it is called butternut. This fruit has good nutrition for health. Butternut squash started the production at Aceh Agricultural Training Center, Saree, Leumbah Seulawah Subdistrict, Aceh Besar district since 2016. This center have 1 Ha with 5000 plants and it was became a trial area for new food commodities. The results of the honey pumpkin are sold in Farmer Agro Market Expo at the Aceh Agricultural Training Center with price of 80,000 IDR / kg. Marketing of honey pumpkin in Aceh Agricultural Training Center has several problems because the price is expensive and some people in Aceh did not know the benefits of honey pumpkin. This study aims to analyze the effect of the marketing mix on the purchasing decision of honey pumpkin at Aceh Agricultural Training Center in Leumbah Seulawah Sub-District, Aceh Besar District. The sampling method in this study used accidental sampling. Data analysis used a multiple linear regression analysis model using SPSS version 18.0 software. The results showed that the R2 coefficient value was 0.439, purchasing decisions can be explained by the four marketing mix variables, namely products, prices, places and promotions 44%. While 56% is explained by other variables outside the model. The value of F count 6.838> F table 2.640, meaning that all marketing mix variables have a significant effect on the decision to purchase honey pumpkin in Aceh Agricultural Training Center.     Maraknya permainan/game online di kalangan generasi muda menimbulkan dampak negatif perkembangan fisik dan psikis generasi muda termasuk anak-anak. Untuk itu diperlukan alternatif aktivitas yang dapat menggantikan perilaku tersebut. Adanya taman bermain anak diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif pembentukan karakter bersosialisasi seperti mencari teman, berkomunikasi, dan seni pada generasi muda usia 5-10 tahun agar tidak terlalu bergantung pada aktivitas individualis khususnya game online. Taman bermain di lingkungan sekitar kampus ini juga merupakan salah satu aktivitas realisasi visi misi Universitas Malikussaleh  yaitu membangun SDM unggul dan berkarakter di Aceh Utara. Atas dasar itu itu lokasi pengabdian masyarakat bertempat di Gampong Reuleut Timur Kecamatan Muara Batu Kabupaten Aceh Utara.  Metode pengabdian yang digunakan berupa pendekatan partisipasif dan mengacu pada proses pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). Bentuk  pelaksanaan yang dirancang terbagi menjadi tiga aktivitas. Aktivitas pertama adalah pembuatan sarana taman bermain anak, kedua adalah sosialisasi permainan tradisional Aceh pada taman bermain anak yang telah dibentuk, dan pelatihan parenting bagi orang tua. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan 87% dan 13% responden merasa cukup puas merasa puas dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian perencanaan, pendanaan, pelaksanaan, hasil, kesesuaian solusi yang diharapkan oleh mitra, dan manfaat. Pengabdian selanjutnya selanjutnya disarankan untuk berfokus pada pembangunan infrastruktur atau fasilitas umum yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat

    This research was carried out in the Tofu Agroindustry of Bapak Hakim Sadabuan Ward, North Padangsidimpuan District, Regency Padangsidimpuan in August 2022. Although Bapak Hakim Tofu Agroindustry has been running for a long time but various obstacles and problems faced by this agro-industry are. the non-fulfillment of soybeans in the Padangsidimpuan area so that they had to buy raw materials from outside because Mr. Hakim bought the soybeans directly from a warehouse in Medan City so that there were additional costs in the soybean delivery process. Then there are several tofu household businesses in North Padangsidimpuan District so it is very possible that there is very fierce competition among tofu entrepreneurs, the lack of labor. This study aims to formulate a development strategy that can be applied by Bapak Hakim Tofu Agroindustry in Sadabuan Ward North Padangsidimpuan District Padangsidimpuan Legency. The data analysis method uses descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis. The type of data in this study is qualitative data. The data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study show that Bapak Hakim Tofu Agroindustry has internal strength but on the other hand faces various threats from external agro-industry with a value of 0. 80 or X > 0 and -0.20 or Y < 0.
