DIGITAL REORIENTATION OF ISLAMIC HIGHER EDUCATION IN INDONESIA
The digital era and rapid technological developments require responses from various institutions to be able to survive and be able to use it well. Islamic education also needs to respond to this. Therefore, the reorientation of Islamic education in the digital era is important to discuss. This article aims to discuss various thoughts related to the reorientation of Islamic education in the digital era. The discussion is focused on approaches, models, and methods in Islamic studies at Islamic higher education using descriptive analysis. This article recommends the reorientation of Islamic education in the digital era can be done through three things, namely first, with a historical approach, second, by avoiding pseudo-diversification models, and third, by using Blended e-learning methods. Thus the Islamic Higher Education institutions can carry out its role and function in education that is sensitive to the times and at the same time the manifestation of Islam as rahmatanlil 'alamin in the digital era.

Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Sts (Science-technology Society) Untuk Meningkatkan Kepedulian Mahasiswa Terhadap Lingkungan Hidup Pada Matakuliah Ekologi Manusia
Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengetahui proses identifikasi masalah lingkungan hidup yang dapat dilakukan mahasiswa pada matakuliah Ekologi Manusia, mengembangkan prosedur model pembelajaran STS pada matakuliah Ekologi Manusia, dan membandingkan tingkat efektivitas model pembelajaran STS dengan model konvensional yang selama ini dilakukan pada perkuliahan Ekologi Manusia. Disain Eksperimen yang akan digunakan adalah Pretest-postest, Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Dengan design ini, subjek penelitian ditest sebelum mendapat perlakuan (pretest). Pretest dalam desain penelitian ini digunakan untuk pengontrolan secara statistic (statistical control) dan untuk melihat pengaruh perlakuan terhadap capaian skor (gain score). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil test awal (pretest) nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh oleh responden hanya 17,0 dari 40 soal yang diajukan artinya jauh di bawah rata-rata. Standar deviasi dari rangkaian skor nilai adalah sekitar 4,8. Selanjutnya dari data hasil posttest ada kenaikan rata 22,7 yang menjawab dengan benar dari 40 soal. Dengan demikian, sudah dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode STS dapat meningkatkan prestasi mahasiswa
Studi Tentang Bentuk Dan Konsep Penciptaan Wayang Kulit Rai Wong Karya Ki Entus Susmono
Wayang kulit merupakan warisan kebudayaan Indonesia yang m emiliki nilai seni tinggi. Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk melestarikan kesenian wayang kulit. Menjadi sebuah pergulatan yang menarik ketika wayang kulit yang bagi sebagian orang merupakan bentuk kesenian yang sudah mencapai puncak, sementara di sisi lain ada sebagian orang yang berusaha merubah bentuk - bentuknya. Ki Entus Susmono, seorang dalang yang sekaligus mendalami seni rupa wayang, telah menciptakan bentuk wayang baru yang dinamakan Wayang Rai Wong, penciptaan ini bertujuan menarik minat generasi muda untuk menggemari pertunjukan wayang kulit. Wayang Rai Wong adalah bentuk wayang kulit yang dibuat dengan melakukan perubahan pada bentuk wajah, tubuh, dan aksesoris yang lain. Perubahan yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menjembatani keterasingan generasi muda dalam mempelajari wayang kulit. Secara keseluruhan bentuk Wayang Rai Wong terlihat mendekati bentuk penggambaran secara realis dengan tidak menghilangkan karakter dari tokoh wayang yang dibuat
Framework to Development of Disaster Mitigation Model in Mountain Tourism Destination
The geographic position of Indonesia provides both disaster threat and natural resources potential. Indonesia is an archipelagic country located between three major tectonic plates, namely Indo-Australia; Pacific; and Eurasia. Consequently, numerous of active volcanoes and faults are spread across the islands. Indonesiaâs unique landforms are often utilized as a unique tourism spot. Along the mountain ranges of Bogor and Cianjur, Bandung, and Garut to Tasikmalaya, various volcanic tourism spots exist side-by-side with the threat of volcanic eruption, mass movements, and earthquake. Therefore, disaster mitigation had to be properly planned to guarantee the sustainability of businesses and investments, as well as for touristsâ safety. This research aims to develop the mitigation model for mountain tourism destinations in West Java Province. Three of currently developing mountain tourism spots are Gede-Pangrango Mountain, Tangkuban Parahu Mountain, and Guntur Mountain. Design of this research is R&D through the 4-D model, consists of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. Disaster mitigation model planning involves research subjects consisting of tourism destination management and local communities. Research instruments used include interviews and observations. The data obtained consists of information regarding disaster perceptions and severity measurements through observations. The developed mitigation model is subsequently validated by experts and research subjects to assess its suitability. The output of the development is a âConceptual Modelâ, which is a participative mitigation strategy between tourism destination management and local communities. This conceptual mitigation model can be utilized by policymakers as a foundation for monitoring the spread of tourist destinations in facing natural disaster threats.
Analisis literasi lingkungan pada mahasiswa pendidikan geografi
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran literasi lingkungan pada mahasiswa pendidikan geografi. Sampel peneltian adalah seluruh mahasiswa pendidikan geografi Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka sebanyak 221 mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa survey melalui instrumen angket dan soal tes pilihan ganda yang digunakan untuk mengetahui persentase literasi lingkungan mahasiswa, yang terdiri dari indikator pengetahuan lingkungan, keterampilan kognitif, sikap peduli lingkungan dan perilaku pro-lingkungan. Hasil dari pengolahan dan analisis data, maka disimpulkan bahwa literasi lingkungan mahasiswa pendidikan geografi berada pada kategori sedang untuk indikator pengetahuan lingkungan sebesar 78,3%, indikator keterampilan kognitif 63,3%, dan indikator perilaku pro-lingkungan sebesar 65,6%, sedangkan pada indikator sikap peduli lingkungan menunjukkan kategori tinggi dengan persentase 81%. Selain itu, persentase tersebut juga menunjukkan beberapa sub-indikator dengan persentase tertinggi dari indikator literasi lingkungan diantaranya sub-indikator memiliki pengetahuan mengenai pemecahan masalah lingkungan pada indikator pengetahuan lingkungan, sub-indikator memiliki kemampuan dalam merencanakan tindakan penyelidikan isu lingkungan pada indikator keterampilan kognitif, sub-indikator sikap apresiasi terhadap lingkungan pada indikator sikap peduli lingkungan, dan sub-indikator konservasi sumber daya alam pada indikator perilaku pro-lingkungan
Pengaruh Tingkat Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak dan Pemeriksaan terhadap Penerimaan Pajak Penghasilan
The purpose of this study is to examine the influence the level of tax compliance and tax audit towards income tax revenue. Dependent variabel in this research is income tax revenue. Independent variabel used in this research is the level of tax compliance and tax audit.This research is categorized into quantitative approach using secondary data. This research population and also sample was individual tax payers and corporate tax payers listed seven KPP Pramata in Semarang City. Data were taken by year 2010-2016. Data were collected using several methods, including documentation and observation in the Directorate General of Taxation of Jawa Tengah I. Sampling method was proportional sampling. Data analysis was done by testing regression model with the classic assumption and continued by hypothesis testing. The test was using significance level 5%. The result of this study show that the level of tax compliance for individual tax payers was not significantly affects the income tax revenue but the level of tax compliance for corporate tax payers significantly related to income tax revenue, while tax audit for individual tax payers was significantly related to income tax revenue but tax audit compliance for corporate tax payers payers was not significantly affects the income tax revenue
PENGARUH TINGKAT KEPATUHAN WAJIB PAJAK DAN PEMERIKSAAN TERHADAP PENERIMAAN PAJAK PENGHASILAN (Studi Empiris pada Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi dan Wajib Pajak Badan yang Terdaftar pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama di Wilayah Kota Semarang Tahun 2012-2016)

Konsepsi jihad dalam perspektif Imam Al-Ghazali
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena adanya fenomena menarik yang terjadi dikalangan masyarakat saat ini. Seperti aksi bom bunuh diri yang terjadi di Legian Bali, Kedubes Australia dan lain sebagainya. Deretan aksi tersebut kemudian oleh media Barat disebarkan sebagai aksi perlawanan umat Islam terhadap orang-orang non-Muslim. Akibatnya, jihad kemudian mengalami pergeseran makna yang semula luas menjadi lebih sempit. Melalui kitab Ihyaâ âulum al-din, al-Ghazali mengatakan jihad yang paling utama adalah jihad melawan hawa nafsu. Pernyataan tersebut membuat peneliti merasa tertarik ingin mengetahui lebih dalam lagi tentang jihad nafsu, sehingga yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah makna jihad menurut al-Ghazali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui atau jihad yang dikonstruksikan oleh al-Ghazali dalam karya besarnya Ihyaâ âUlm al-Din.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode yang biasa dikenal dengan library research. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Imam al-Ghazali. Objek kajian adalah konsepsi jihad dalam perspektif Imam al-Ghazali. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis isi (Content Analysis) dengan cara deskriptif interpretatif yakni isi yang disajikan diberikan penafsiran dan pembahasan, khususnya masalah-masalah pokok terhadap data yang ditemukan.
Dari hasil penelitian ini, untuk sementara peneliti baru menemukan tiga macam jihad yang disebutkan al-Ghazali, yakni: Pertama: Jihad dalam menghadapi orang-orang kafir. Ini merupakan jihad lahiriah, sebagaimana yang dijelaskan dalam firman Allah swt. dalam surat al-Maidah ayat 54. Kedua, Jihad terhadap orang-orang batil, dengan jalan memberikan pengertian dan menyertainya dengan argumentasi (hujjah). Sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam firman Allah swt. pada surat an-Nahl ayat 25. Ketiga, Jihad melawan nafsu yang selalu memerintahkan untuk melakukan kejahatan. Sebagaimana firman Allah swt. dalam surat al-Ankabut ayat 69.
Hasil penelitian selanjutnya adalah, menunjukkan bahwa al-Ghazali sangat menekankan untuk melaksanakan perjuangan melawan hawa nafsu sebelum melakukan jihad yang lain. Hal ini terlihat bagaimana peran al-Ghazali dalam membangun ulang umat Islam pada saat Perang Salib berlangsung. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh Ali al-Sulami yang mengutip pendapat al-Ghazali. Ia mengatakan, satu-satunya solusi yang dapat menyelamatkan wilayah-wilayah Muslim yang dikuasai tentara Salib adalah menyerukan kaum Muslim kepada jihad al-nafs. Sebab, menurut al-Sulami, melakukan jihad melawan pasukan Salib akan hampa jika tidak didahului dengan the greater jihad (al-jihad al-akbar). Apa yang dilakukan al-Ghazali ini, pada dekade-dekade berikutnya bergulir menjadi gerakan perbaikan (islah) yang mencapai puncaknya pada satu generasi berikutnya, yaitu pada era syaikh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani (w. 1166). Pada era tersebut, kebanyakan ulama menyatukan fiqih dan kezuhudan (tasawuf) di dalam dirinya, perpecahan mazhab telah digantikan oleh ukhuwah Islamiyah, serta berdiri banyak madrasah yang melahirkan generasi baru, generasi yang kemudian melahirkan tokoh seperti Shalahuddin al-Ayyubi (w. 1193). Hal ini dijelaskan dengan sangat baik oleh Dr. Majid al-Kilani di dalam bukunya Misteri Masa kelam Islam (Hakadza Dzahara Jilu Shalahuddin). Generasi baru yang dilahirkan oleh gerakan islah itu kemudian menjalankan fungsi jihad dengan baik dan efektif serta mampu menampilkan wajah Islam yang rahmatan lil âalamin. Semua itu bermula dari jihad al-nafs.
ABSTRACT
The background of the research is the interesting phenomenon that happened in the society today. Such as suicide bombings occurred in Legian Bali, Embassy of Australia and so on. The row of action by Western media called as an insurgency against Muslims of non-Muslims. As a result, jihad then undergoes a shift of meaning that was previously broadened to become narrower. Through the Ihya âulum al-din, al-Ghazali says the ultimate jihad is jihad against the passions. The statement that makes the researcher interested to know more about jihad of passions, and it becomes the problem formulation in this research is; what is meaning of jihad according to al-Ghazali. The purpose of this study is to know or jihad is constructed by al-Ghazali in his book Ihya âUlm al-Din.
This research was a qualitative research with library research method. The subjects in this study were Imam al-Ghazali. The object of the study was about the conception of jihad in the perspective of Imam al-Ghazali. Content analysis was used as data analysis by way of descriptive interpretative, which is the interpretation and discussion of data, especially the principal problems to the data.
Research results, it found three kinds of jihad that mentioned by al-Ghazali, comprised: First: Jihad against of infidels (kafir). This is a lahiriah jihad, as explained in the Word of Allah swt in the al-Maidah verse 54. Second, Jihad against the vanity, by giving understanding and accompanying it with an argument (hujjah), as explained in the word of Allah swt in the an-Nahl verse 25. Third, Jihad against the passions is always ordered to commit the crimes, as the word of Allah swt in al-Ankabut verse 69.
The further research results showed that al-Ghazali is much stressed to carry out the struggle against passions before another jihad. It is seen from the role of al-Ghazali in rebuilding Muslims at the time of the Crusade war. It is shown by Ali al-Sulami who quotes al-Ghazali, he said the only solution that could save the Muslim-controlled areas of the Crusaders was to call Muslims to jihad al-nafs. Because, according to al-Sulami, jihad against the Crusaders would be nothing if not preceded by the greater jihad (al-jihad al-akbar). The al-Ghazali movement, in the following decades, moved into a movement of improvement that became greater in the next generations, that is in the era of Shaykh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani (1166). In that era, most scholarsâ are united the Fiqh and Zuhud (Sufism) within their self, the schism of the sect had been replaced by ukhuwah Islamiyah (Islamic brotherhood), and there were a lot of Madrasah (Islamic school) which bring forth a new generation, a generation which had a character like Saladin al-Ayyubi (d123). It is very well explained by Dr. Majid al-Kilani in his book âThe Mystery of the Dark Age of Islam (Hakadza Dzahara Jilu Saladin)â. The new generation that was born by the movement of improvement then perform the function of jihad as well and effectively and able to display the face of Islam rahmatan lil 'alamin.
