    Analisis Program Indonesia Pintar dalam Mengurangi Putus Sekolah di Kabupaten Bandung

    This research is to conduct an analysis of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) in reducing school dropouts in Bandung Regency. Using secondary data analysis through observations and literature studies with the focus of this research directed at analyzing program criteria, namely; Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, and Accuracy. The results showed that in terms of effectiveness it was effective in reducing the dropout rate. In terms of efficiency, there are still students who should receive PIP that have not been touched by the program. In terms of adequacy, it is effective in reducing the dropout rate. In terms of equitable distribution, the program has not been evenly distributed. In terms of responsiveness, the lack of socialization and information obtained by the community and educational institutions is not optimal. In terms of accuracy, the distribution and supervision of the use of program funds have not been precise

    Looking at the Impacts of Transformational Leadership Skills and Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction and Business Performance

    This research aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership skills and organizational climate on job satisfaction that affects the performance of the business at PT. Inti Jaya Purnama, Central Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. This research employed a quantitative research design with the survey method. The samples are 155 employees chosen using random sampling. Data are analyzed using the structural equation modeling based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS version 3.0. PLS is used in structural equation modeling based on a standardized coefficient of regression (β) that allows for the simultaneous examination of both the measurement and structural models. The research findings acquired via this approach are subsequently assessed 1) transformational leadership skills on job satisfaction with the value of t observation as much as 10.035 which is bigger than the tα as much as 1.975 with the value of significance as much as 0.000 which is less than 0.05; 2) Organizational climate affects positively and significantly on job satisfaction with the value of t observation as much 4.955 which is bigger than the tα as much as 1.975 with the value of significance as much as 0.000 which is less than 0.05; and 3) job satisfaction has a significant effect on business performance with the value of t observation as much as 22.687 which is bigger than the tα as much as 1.975 with the value of significance as much as 0.000 which is less than 0.05

    STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA DALAM MENGHADAPI REVOLUSI INDUSTRI 4.0

    Pengembangan kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara merupakan salah satu program pemerintah untuk menjawab tantangan dalam menghadapi Revolusi Industri 4.0. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara dalam menghadapi Revolusi Industri 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan dengan fokus analisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluangan dan ancaman, dalam pengembangan kompetensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) penggunakan teknologi yang digunakan di masing-masing daerah untuk mengembangkan kreativitas dan inovasi aparatur, (2) peraturan dalam penggunaan robot Artificial Intelligence dibuat sehingga tidak terjadi kesenjangan dengan aparatur, (3) mengembangkan teknologi dalam pengembangan kompetensi Aparatur Negeri Sipil, (4) menyusun peraturan daerah sebagai rujukan pengembangan kompetensi yang menggunakan anggaran daerah atau anggaran negara, dan (5) membangun kerjasama dengan Lembaga Pendidikan atau Universitas dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Adapun saran yang disampaikan, yaitu (1) budaya belajar bagi ASN perlu dilaksanakan sehingga aparatur lebih peka dan sadar akan pentingnya mengikuti Pendidikan dan pelatihan dengan memanfaatkan beasiswa di luar anggaran daerah dengan maksimal dalam rangka pengembangan kompetensi aparatur, (2) perlu adanya pengkajian lebih lanjut terkait penggunaan robot Artificial Intelligence untuk mengganti eselon III dan IV, sedangkan Aparatur Sipil Negara merupakan pembuat, pelaksana dan perencana kebijakan pemerintah, dan (3) pemanfaatan teknologi yang ada untuk mengembangkan inovasi dan kreativitas aparatur

    Optimization of Land Use in Kuripan Village, Ciseeng District, Bogor Regency

    Farmers in Kuripan Village cultivate cassava plants. Some farmers plant to get the tubers and others grow to harvest the leaves (oyek). The harvest obtained has not contributed significantly to the income of the farmer's household. For cassava tubers it takes 7 months to harvest while oyek takes a month to harvest. Low prices and market opportunities through middlemen have prevented farmers from relying on their land optimally. As a village assisted by the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta, the Community Service team provides training to optimized land use by diversifying and regulating cropping patterns to cassava farmers. The targets and outcomes, first, increase the knowledge and skills of farmers to choosing the right plants according to the physical conditions to diversification. Through crop diversification, it will minimize crop failure because more than one type of plant is planted. Second, farmers have skills to design appropriate cropping patterns so the farmers have income continuity throughout the year and loss of soil nutrients at harvest can be minimized so that soil fertility can be save

    Bali is an area that has traditional weaving crafts and still survives amid the globalization of textiles. This study describes the implementation of the policy of using traditional woven fabrics in encouraging the development of small and medium weaving industries (IKM) in Bali. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach. Data is collected through literature review, documents, and observation. Research through literature study utilizes online media, statistical data, books, articles in journals, government websites, and trusted online media. The implementation of the policy on the use of traditional Balinese woven or endek fabrics has gone according to the government's expectations, in the form of purchasing woven products, training for new woven craftsmen, providing looms, and establishing weaving centers. However, there are still a number of obstacles to be faced, namely in the upstream section, the availability of raw materials still relies on outside Bali.     Puskesmas adalah fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama yang disediakan oleh pemerintah, yang memiliki tujuan memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Puskesmas perlu terus melakukan berbagai upaya dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan yang baik dan berkualitas kepada masyarakat. Berdasarkan Inpres Nomor 3 Tahun 2003 tentang Kebijakan dan Strategi Nasional Pengembangan e-Governance, bahwa lembaga pemerintahan yang melaksanakan kegiatan pelayanan kepada masyarakat perlu memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Salah satunya seperti yang dilakukan Puskesmas Sawangan, Depok melalui program Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas (SIMPUS). Sistem ini berusaha memberikan kepuasan kepada masyarakat dalam kecepatan, ketepatan, dan akuntabilitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat kondisi penerapan sistem informasi manajemen Puskesmas sebagai penerapan e-governance serta melihat faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif analitis. Penelitian penerapan SIMPUS di Puskesmas Sawangan ini menggunakan indikator yang dikemukakan Richardus Eko Inrajit yaitu: (1) kondisi data infrastruktur, meliputi manajemen sistem, dokumentasi, dan proses kerja ditempat untuk menyediakan kuantitas dan kualitas data; (2) ketersediaan dasar hukum dalam penerapan SIMPUS; (3) koordinasi antar instansi dalam kebijakan penerapan SIMPUS; (4) ketersediaan aparatur dalam penerapan SIMPUS; (5) ketersediaan sarana teknologi

    Inequality of Public Transportation Policy in the Disruptive Era Between Online and Conventional Transportation

    Indonesia is one of the countries with a large market for online transportation. This paper describes a meta-analysis on policy inequality regarding public transportation. Meta-analysis and Computer Assisted Qualitative Data Software (CAQDAS) were utilized to evaluate the inequality of public transportation policy for conventional transportation. Scopus search engine was also used to identify broad literature on a particular policy regulation in Indonesia between 2010 and 2021. Then, this study employed online news related to the conflict between conventional and online transportation. The result disclosed a policy inequality between online and conventional transportation based on the social movement on online media. Thus, the government has to implement a strict policy applicable to transportation. The words “protest”, “regulation,” and “police” were also seen clearly on the issue. In addition, the protesters, comprised of drivers from Uber, Grabcar, and Go-Car, said that Transportation Ministry Regulation No 32/2016 would disadvantage them because it is too difficult to comply with the requirements. Hence, the government can decide on self-regulation to design a policy for online transportation. In this case, state law is still necessary when monopolistic attempts are made, unfair competition exists, public safety as consumers is maintained, and taxes are collected

    The term Smart City is very popular among regional officials who are promoting sustainable development in areas managed by each regional head . One of them is the City of South Tangerang, which started this with a mobile application for public complaints inspired by the characteristics of a Smart City, namely Smart Mobility and Smart Living. Smart Mobility was appointed because people now live in the digital era, where they struggle with cellphones every day to access anything. Meanwhile, Smart Living, one of the characteristics of a Smart City, wants life to run safely and internally from any problems around it. The SIARAN mobile application carries these two issues so that every incident can be reported directly through the application. The SIARAN mobile application was deliberately created by the South Tangerang City Government to be able to analyze the management of government roads in South Tangerang City more effectively and efficiently in the hands of the community through a mobile application. Supporting concepts and theories in this research are communication, development communication, public relations in the digital era, public relations communication models, government public relations, publications, outreach, Smart City, and digital applications. The purpose of this research is to find out how to implement the "SIARAN" mobile application complaint handling at Diskominfo Kota Tangerang Selatan and also what are the obstacles in the application. The theory used for the analysis of this study uses the theory of George C. Edwards III with four variables in public policy, namely communication, resources, attitudes and bureaucratic structure. The method in this study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study research type. The results of this study are that the way to handle complaints in the SIARAN application is not fast response and the flow is too long. In addition, problems that occur in the SIARAN application are integration problems with the SP4N LAPOR application so that the South Tangerang City Diskominfo opens the widest possible reporting in various applications and media such as SP4N LAPOR , in Tangsel broadcasts and via media (print media, online media and other electronic media)

    Keberadaan situ yang berjumlah 13 situ merupakan asset yang dimiliki oleh wilayah Tangerang Selatan. Oleh karena itu asset tersebut perlu dipelihara dan dikelola dengan semaksimal mungkin agar dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi Pemerintah Kota maupun masyarakat pada umumnya. Namun sayangnya situ-situ yang ada tersebut belum optimal dalam penanganannya bahkan ada beberapa situ yang terancam hilang karena alih lahan dan alih fungsi oleh masyarakat. Untuk mengembalikan fungsi situ sebagai sumberdaya air dan sebagai potensi ekonomi masyarakat, perlu adanya kerjasama yang efektif antara Pemerintah dengan masyarakat. Saat ini kebijakan pengelolaan situ yang ada di daerah masih menjadi kewenangan pemerintah pusat sehingga perlu ada peninjauan kembali atas kebijakan tersebut. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam pengelolaan situ ini adalah dengan mengupayakan agar kebijakan pengelolaan situ tidak lagi menjadi wewenang pemerintah pusat namun juga pemerintah daerah diikutsertakan. Banyak hal yang dapat dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah dalam menjaga kelestarian situ karena pemerintah di daerahlah yang mengetahui kondisi faktual situ yang ada di wilayahnya. Strategi kebijakan yang dipilih, selain menurunkan kewenangan dari pusat ke daerah juga juga melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat secara aktif dalam menjaga dan mengoptimalisasikan fungsi situ. Peran serta mayarakat ini sangat penting mengingat masyarakat sendiri yang akan mendapatkan keuntungan langsung dari keberadaan situ-situ tersebut. Dengan strategi kebijakan yang tepat diharapkan tidak ada lagi situ-situ yang terlantar dan situ-situ akan kembali ke fungsinya semula sebagai wadah penampungan air, sumber air resapan dan dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat secara ekonomi. Beberapa hal yang difokuskan pada manajemen strategis adalah pengelolaan dalam menjaga kelestarian, potensi manfaat yang dapat diambil, partisipasi masyarakat dalam mendayagunakan situ dan sinergi kebijakan pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sehingga terwujud pembangunan yang berkelanjutan.
