Improving Students' Pronunciation By Using Minimal Pairs Drill In Junior High School

This research was conducted using Classroom Action Research to improve students' English pronunciation by using minimal pairs drill technique. The subject of this research was the eight grade students in class F of SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak which consisted of 35 students. This research was done in two cycles. The first cycle was done on April 30th 2016 and the second cycle was done on May 3rd 2016 in which the meeting end for forty-five minutes. To obtain the data, the writer administered oral test to pronounced some words in every cycle. The writer also used observation checklist table and field notes were applied to reflect the students' improvement in their pronunciation in every cycle. In the first cycle, the students' mean score was 62.42 which categorized as ‘good' but it was not satisfying. Then, in the second cycle, the students' mean score was 81.86 which categorized as ‘excellent' and it was satisfying. Based on the students' mean score, it was found that the students' pronunciation improved from the first cycle to the second cycle

Kajian Prilaku Masyarakat Dalam Meningkatkan Kesehatan Lingkungannya Di Kabupaten Sragen

Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat adalah upaya untuk memberdayakan anggota rumah tangga agar tahu, mau dan mampu melaksanakan perilaku tersebut serta berperan aktif dalam, kesehatan masyarakat. Perilaku yang di lakukan didalam keluarga berpengaruh sekali terhadap kesehatan lingkungan yang ada disekitar keluarga tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perilaku masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kesehatan lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah diskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi sekaligus sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah penduduk Desa Gelangan, Mojoroto, dan Dawungan, Sepat Kecamatan Masaran, Sragen dengan jumlah seluruhnya 241 Kepala keluarga. Instrumen menggunakan Kuesioner tentang perilaku dan kebiasaan keluarga dalam meningkatkan kesehatannya. Hasil penelitian menunjuk- kan bahwa pengolahan sayur sebelum di masak di potong dulu baru di cuci 81,00%, penyajian makanan setelah dimasak yang tertutup 95,02%, menggantung pakaian 70,12%, membuang sampah dibakar 70,96%, pembuangan limbah WC di septic tank 95,85%, jarak sumber air dengan septic tank >10 m 64,32%. Air yang tidak berasa, tidak berbau, tidak berwarna sebanyak 86,76%, kebiasaan menggunakan handuk sendiri 77,59%, membersihkan bak mandi dan tempat penam- pungan air 1x seminggu 58,09%, penampungan air yang di tutup 96,27%, Pencahayaan di dalam rumah yang terang 61,41%, keberadaan jentik nyamuk di tempat lain (ember, kaleng, ban bekas, tempat minuman binatang peliharaan) sebanyak 80,91 %. Simpulan penelitian ini Masyarakat di Desa Gelangan, Mojoroto dan Dawungan Sragen beresiko terjadinya penyakit menular (Diare, Thipoi, ISPA dan Demam berdarah) karena Perilaku dan lingkungan yang tidak sehat

Pemilihan Jurusan Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Wiraraja Sumenep dipengaruhi beberapa faktor, antara lainPersonal, Culture and Pshycological.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Wiraraja Sumenep. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 109 dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner.Uji kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik menggunakan Autokorelasi Durbin-Watson test, Uji Multicolinieritas dengan VIF (Variance Factor Infalaction) < 10, uji Heteroskedastisitas dengan grafik scatterplot, uji normalitas dengan P-P Plot of Regression Standardized, uji model regresidengan uji F dan uji t, dan interpretasi juga menggunakan SPSS 16. Hasil Uji F bahwa Personal (X1), Culture (X2) dan Pshycological (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pemilihan Jurusan Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi (Y), sedangkan dari Uji t Personal (X1), Culture (X2) dan Pshycological (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y (Pemilihan Jurusan Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi)

Training and development of officer have been budgeted by Foam Proffering of Budget (direct guarded DIPA) by Bureau Financial Administration ( BAKU) but training amount still minim and officer in evaluation by each head of satker, but follow-up result of evaluation still discipline, but position/occupation promotion even increase of officer salary still conducted at a time per annum non seeing from performance, dedication, its officer achievement and also loyalities

Perbankan Syariah seperti halnya perbankan pada umumnya merupakan lembaga intermediasi keuangan (financial intermediary institution) yakni lembaga yang melakukan kegiatan menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dalam bentuk kredit atau pembiayaan. Pengoperasian Bank Syariah ini tidak terlepas dengan tuntutan pelaksanaan tata kelola Perusahaan yang baik (Good Corporate Governance) seperti yang diamanatkan oleh PBI No 11/33/PBI/2009 tentang Pelaksanaan Good Corporate Governance Bagi Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) dan Unit Usaha Syariah (UUS). Konsep Good Corporate Governance antara Bank Konvensional dengan Bank Syariah pada dasarnya adalah sama, namun yang menjadi pembeda diantara keduanya ialah adanya syariah compliance yaitu kepatuhan pada syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan Implementasi Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Bank BPRS Bhakti Sumekar sebagai salah satu BUS. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Dalam studi kasus ini menggambarkan Implementasi Good Corporate Governance (GCG) di PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar. Peneliti dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar belum sepenuhnya melakukan prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dengan baik. Lima prinsip tata kelola yang baik yaitu Transparency (keterbukaan informasi), accountability (akuntabilitas), Responsibility (pertanggungjawaban), independency (kemandirian), dan fairness (keadilan), khususnya yang perlu diperbaiki dalam akuntabilitas pelanggaran di titik Kode Etik
