Pengaruh Net Interest Margin, Return On Equity, Return On Asset, Capital Adequacy Ratio terhadap Price Book Value Pada Bank Umum di Indonesia

Economic development in Indonesia can have an influence on companies, especially service companies such as banks. Seeing the development of service companies such as banks that continue to fluctuate, this can have an impact on the performance of banking companies on the price book value, therefore a study aimed at examining the effect of net interest margin, return on equity, return on assets and capital adequacy ratio can be carried out against the price book value at commercial banks in Indonesia. The analytical tool in this study using multiple regression analysis. Data analysis was carried out on banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2016 - 2018. As many as 15 banks that met the criteria as the study population, all members of the population were used as the research sample. The results of this study indicate that the net interest margin has a significant effect on the price book value, the return on equity has a significant effect on the price book value, the return on assets has a significant effect on the price book value and the capital adequacy ratio has a significant effect on the price book value.Perkembangan ekonomi di Indonesia dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap perusahaan, khususnya perusahaan jasa seperti perbankan. Melihat perkembangan perusahaan jasa seperti bank yang terus mengalami fluktuasi, hal ini dapat memberikan pengaruh kinerja perusahaan perbankan terhadap price book value, oleh karena itu dapat dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh net interest margin, return on equity, return on assets dan capital adequacy ratio terhadap price book value pada bank umum di Indonesia. Alat analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Analisis data dilakukan pada perusahaan perbankan yang listing di bursa efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016 - 2018. Sebanyak 15 bank yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai populasi penelitian, seluruh anggota populasi digunakan menjadi sampel penelitian. THE IMPACT OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, TEACHER-STUDENT RELATIONSHIPS, PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT, AND CLASSROOM CLIMATE ON PRESCHOOLERS' SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT

This research aims to examine the influence of emotional intelligence, teacher-student relationships, parental involvement, and classroom climate on the social-emotional development of Indonesian preschool children in Sukabumi Regency. A total of 80 preschool children and their parents were recruited as participants. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed with SPSS. The results of the study showed that emotional intelligence, teacher-student relationships, parental involvement, and classroom climate have a positive and significant effect on the social-emotional development of Indonesian preschool children. Specifically, higher emotional intelligence, positive teacher-student relationships, greater parental involvement, and a positive classroom climate were associated with better socio-emotional development in preschool children. The findings highlight the importance of focusing on these factors in early childhood education programs to promote the social-emotional development of preschool children in Indonesia

The Role of Profitability as a Mediating Variable on the Relationship between Loan Deposit Ratio and Stock Return: A Case Study on the Indonesian Stock Exchange

Stock returns show the financial performance of a banking company. It can be influenced by several factors, such as the loan-to-deposit ratio (LDR) and profitability. This study aimed to determine the effect of LDR on stock returns through profitability as a mediating variable in commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2018. There were 20 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that met the criteria as a research sample. Data analysis in this study used the SEM-PLS analysis model to test the proposed hypothesis. The results showed that LDR a significant effect on profitability and stock returns, profitability had a substantial impact on stock returns, and, finally, it appeared that profitability could mediate the effect of LDR on stock returns. Based on these findings, the drawn conclusion is that bank companies can better manage liquidity so that profitability and bank stock returns can be maximized. Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Tulungagung

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Tulungagung. metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis lakukan adalah observasi,wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Tulungagung adalah sebesar 94,09%, selain itu juga dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar penelitian sebesar 5,91%.  Permasalahan : (1) Kurangnya sikap saling menghargai antar pegawai dalam melakukan pekerjaan (2) Waktu pulang tidak tepat.  Saran : (1) Lebih meningkatkan sikap dan etika kerja agar terjalin hubungan kerja yang baik dan menunjang kedisiplinan dan kinerja pegawai (2) Pemimpin harus lebih tegas dalam mengambil tindakan dan berani menghukum setiap pegawai yang indisipliner

Dampak "Killing Time" Angkutan Kota Pada Waktu Peak Hour Kasus Beberapa Ruas Jalan di Kota Bandung

Kota Bandung sebagai salah satu kota besar di Indonesia memiliki berbagai permasalahan transportasi yang begitu kompleks. Salah satu permasalahan yang sampai saat ini kurang mendapatkan tanggapan adalah permasalahan "killing time" angkutan kota. Akibat dari permasalahan "killing time" angkutan kota adalah penurunan tingkat pelayanan jalan sehingga dapat menimbulkan kemacetan. Teridentifikasinya "killing time" angkutan kota terjadi pada waktu jam-jam tidak sibuk, yaitu pada waktu off peak hour. Studi ini bertujuan mengidentifikasikan dampak yang dihasilkan oleh "killing time" angkutan kota terhadap pengguna jalan. Hasil analisa menyatakan bahwa adanya penurunan kapasitas jalan, kecepatan perjalanan kendaraan dan tingkat pelayanan jalan. Studi ini juga menganalisa pola operator angkutan kota (supir angkot) dalam melakukan "killing time". Hasil analisa pola tersebut adalah rata-rata supir angkutan kota melakukan "killing time" dalam jangka waktu yang cukup lama, sekitar lebih dari 60 menit/kendaraan. Dampak dari penurunan tingkat pelayanan jalan yang dapat menyebabkan kemacetan adalah menimbulkan kerugian yang cukup besar bagi pengguna jalan. Kerugian ini didapat dengan menganalisa dari pendekatan konsumsi bahan bakar.Kata kunci: killing time, angkutan kota, tingkat pelayanan jalan City of Bandung as one of the major cities in Indonesia has a variety of complex transportation problems. The result of "killing time" problem is the reduction of public transportation services that can lead to traffic jam. Identification of "killing time" public transport occurs in the hours when not busy, ie at off peak hours. This study aims to identify the impact produced by the "killing time" public transportation to road users. The results of the analysis states that theres decreases in road capacity, travel speed of vehicles and road service levels. The study also analyzed the pattern of public transport operators (public transportation drivers) in doing the "killing time". Results of pattern analysis is average of public transport drivers to "killing time" in a long enough period of time, approximately more than 60 minutes / vehicle. The impacts of the decline in the level of service road that can lead to traffic jams are causing significant losses for road users. Loss is obtained by analyzing of the fuel consumption approach.Keywords: killing time, public transportation, road service level
