PENINGKATAN PRODUKSI TANAMAN BUNGA TELANG (Clitoria ternatea l) PADA BERBAGAI JENIS DAN DOSIS PUPUK KANDANG DI MASA PANDEMI
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya peningkatan produksi tanaman bunga telang (Clitoria ternatea L) antara perlakuan jenis dan dosis pupuk kandang di masa pandemi. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan Oktober sampai bulan Desember 2020. Bertempat di Laboratorium Lapang Terpadu, Universitas Islam Kadiri, di Desa Rejomulyo, Kecamatan Kota Kediri, dengan keadaan topografi berada pada ketinggian 67 mdpl, dengan suhu rata-rata 28 oC, memiliki jenis tanah lempung berpasir dengan warna keabu-abuan, dan pH rata-rata 5. Penelitian mengguankan rancangan acak kelompok, dengan perlakuan faktorial dengan faktor 1: jenis pupuk kandang (Ayam, Kambing dan Sapi) dan Dosis pupuk kandang : 10ton/ha dan 15 ton/ha. Parameter yang diamati adalah panjang tanaman (cm), jumlah bunga per tanaman (kelopak), berat bunga segar (gram) dan berat bunga kering (gram). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terjadi interaksi antara perlakuan jenis dan dosis pupuk kandang pada semua parameter pengamatan tanaman bunga telang (Clitoria ternatea), namun pada faktor tunggal perlakuan pemberian pupuk kandang sapi memberikan pengaruh yang nyata pada parameter pengamatan berat bunga telang segar sebesar 28,37(gram) dan berat bunga telang kering sebesar 10,35(gram). Sedangkan pada perlakuan dosis pupuk 15 ton/ha memberikan pengaruh nyata pada berat bunga telang segar sebesar 38,42 (gram)
PENGARUH LOKASI TUMBUH TERHADAP SENYAWA FITOKIMIA PADA BUAH, BIJI, DAUN, KULIT BUAH TANAMAN TAKOKAK (Solanum torvum)
Takokak was a plant that was widespread in Indonesia and quite a lot is made culinary at this time. Research on takokak eggplant was developed due to the high content of phytochemical compounds. The problem that exists was that this plant had not been planted by many people but grows by itself in various locations. The purpose of this study was to know the content of phytochemical compounds in the fruit, seeds, and leaves of takokak that grow and develop in different locations. The experimental design used quantitative tests including antioxidant activity, total phenol, tannin content, flavonoids. The locations studied are at Mojokerto and Malang city. The research resulted show that there were differences in phytochemical content, the best data was eggplant takokak originating in the city of Batu, East Java. The Takokak eggplant plant thrives and had higher levels of bioactive/phytochemical compounds in the sub-tropical climate highlands near the mountains of Batu, Malang
EFEKTIVITAS PUPUK KANDANG AYAM DAN PUPUK HAYATI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN JAGUNG MANIS (Zea mays saccharata) VARIETAS TALENTA
Jagung manis merupakan komoditas yang banyak dikonsumsi masyarakat Indonesia dalam bentuk segar. Kebutuhan Jagung manis cenderung terus meningkat, namun produksi Jagung manis di Indonesia saat ini masih rendah. Salah satu cara memperbaiki potensi hasil Jagung manis adalah melalui penggunaan pupuk kandang ayam dan pupuk hayati petrobio. Penggunaan pupuk organik serta Pupuk hayati dapat membantu meningkatkan kesuburan tanah sehinnga dapat diperoleh pertumbuhan dan hasil yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi antara dosis pupuk kandang ayam dan pupuk hayati petrobio terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung manis (Zea mays L. Saccharata Sturt) varietas Talenta. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Sumberagung, Kecamatan Plosoklaten, Kabupaten Kediri, pada bulan 22 September tahun 2019 sampai dengan 3 Desember tahun 2019. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama menggunakan dosis pupuk kandang kotoran ayam dengan taraf dosis 10 ton/ha, 20 ton/ha dan 30 ton/ha, sedangkan faktor kedua dosis pupuk hayati petrobio dengan taraf dosis 75 kg/ha, 100 kg/ha dan 125 kg/ha. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada parameter tinggi terdapat interaksi antara perlakuan dosis pupuk kandang ayam dan pupuk hayati petrobio pada umur 21 dan 28 hst.Pemberian dosis pupuk kandang paling baik terdapat pada dosis K3(30 ton/ha), sedangkan waktu dosis pupuk hayati petrobio yang baik terdapat pada perlakuan P3 (125 kg/ha)
Kajian Pemanfaatan Buah Mangsi (Phyllanthus reticulantus poir) sebagai Pewarna alami pada Kain Batik
The need for natural dyes for environmentally safe batik cloth is the reason for exploring the mangosteen fruit plant. The use of synthetic dyes in batik cloth harms the environment in the form of water and soil pollution around the batik production area. Therefore, there is a need for research studies on natural dyes for batik cloth so that they can provide alternative solutions to these environmental problems. This study aims 1) to determine the characteristics of the mangosteen fruit (Phyllanthus reticulates pair) as a source of natural dyes, 2) to determine the stability of the mangosteen fruit (Phyllanthus reticulates pair), 3) to determine the quality of the fabric at the level of color fastness. This study used a completely randomized design, the first step was to determine the concentration of HCl (1%, 1.5%, 2%) and maceration time (30 minutes and 60 minutes). The second stage is testing the stability of the dye against the influence of pH, temperature, and heating time. The third stage is to test the quality of the fabric by testing the color fastness due to washing and dry rubbing. The data from this study will be analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) and followed by the BNT test (?=0.05%). The results of the FTIR test showed that in the mangosteen fruit extract, there are functional groups that have similarities to the functional groups contained in the basic structure of anthocyanins. 1% HCl (in 95% ethanol) and 60 minutes of maceration time resulted in the highest anthocyanin content (0.411mg/L) and the highest absorbance (0.918), stable at pH 3, temperature 70º C and heating time 30 minutes, application on fabric with the fixation of the average color fastness test to washing 4 (good) and color fastness test to dry rubbing 4 – 5 (very good)
RESPON PUPUK KANDANG DAN JARAK TANAM TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN GAMBAS ( Luffa acutangula ) VARIETAS PRIMA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pupuk kandang dan jarak tanam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman gambas (Luffa acutangula) Varietas Prima. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini rancangan lingkungan acak kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari dua faktor diulang 3 kali, faktor pertama adalah pupuk kandang terdiri atas 3 level yaitu P1 : sapi, P2 : kambing, P3 : ayam dan faktor kedua adalah jarak tanam (J) yang terdiri atas 3 level yaitu J1: 50x100 J2 : 60x100, J3 : 70x100. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut : Tidak terjadi interaksi yang nyata antara perlakuan pupuk kandang dengan jarak tanam di semua umur pengamatan pada variabel pengamatan : panjang tanaman, jumlah daun (10, 15, 20, 25 hst), berat buah per tanaman, panjang buah per tanaman dan diameter buah per tanaman (saat panen hingga 60 HST), namun perlakuan pupuk kandang berpengaruh nyata pada variabel : berat buah per tanaman dan panjang buah per tanaman, sedangkan diameter buah hanya berpengaruh nyata pada perlakuan jarak tanam. Berat buah pertanaman paling besar dihasilkan oleh perlakuan pupuk kandang ayam sebesar 5,93 kg dan jarak tanam 70x100 sebesar 6,08 kg , panjang buah per tanaman sebesar 35,17 cm dan diameter buah pertanaman sebesar 33,35 cm
Nilai Moral dalam Novel “Tentang Kamu” Karya Tere Liya (Pendekatan Sosiologi Sastra dan Relevansinya sebagai Bahan Ajar di SMA Kelas XII)
This research is entitled Moral Values in Tere Liye's Novel About You: A Sociological Approach to Literature and Its Relevance as Teaching Materials in Class XII High School. This study aims to describe (1) the moral values contained in the novel About You by Tere Liye, (2) the relevance of the novel About You by Tere Liye as teaching materials in high school. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study are qualitative data, data in the form of sentences, paragraphs and dialogues that contain moral values in the novel About You by Tere Liye. The data source in this study is the novel About You by Tere Liye. Data collection techniques in this study used library techniques, listen and record. Data analysis techniques in this study used dialectical techniques. The results obtained by the researchers are: 1). moral values contained in the novel tere liye include: a). human relations with oneself, namely: good prejudice, unyielding, patient. b). human relations with other humans in the social sphere, namely: help, love, friendship. c). human relationship with God, namely: worship, pray 2). The relevance of the results of research on moral values in Tere Liye's novel About You as literature teaching material in class XII high school because it is in accordance with the criteria of teaching materials, namely language, psychology, and cultural background
Antioxidant activity assay of Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa) seeds Ethanol extract with DPPH radical scavenging using UV-Vis Spectrophotometer
Hibiscus sabdariffa (Roselle) is known to have a strong antioxidant compound. Thus, the calyx becomes the most important area to research. Another part of this plant that was starting to be known for its benefits is rosella seeds. Roselle seeds are a source of fat-soluble antioxidants. The aim of this study was to investigate the antioxidant activity of Roselle Seed Ethanol Extract (RSEE) with the DPPH (1,1-Diphenyl-2 Picrylhidrazyl) radical scavenging method. This research begins by doing the extraction of Roselle seeds using ethanol (96%) as a solvent and then assessing the antioxidant activity (Radical Scavenging Activity/RSA) of the extract, which is compared with the ascorbic acid standard at several concentrations (5-200 ppm). Antioxidant activity was assessed with DPPH Radical Scavenging using UV-Vis spectrophotometer and IC50 value parameters. The results of this study were the absorbance of DPPH from spectrophotometer at 517 nm was 0,824 (purple color). The absorbance of RSEE and ascorbic acid at 5 ppm to 200 ppm, respectively 0.523-0.124 and 0.594-0.112. The antioxidant activity (RSA) of the RSEE and ascorbic acid, respectively was 57.93% and 59.24%. The IC50 value of RSEE was 30.158 μg/ml and as comparison is ascorbic acid, the IC50 value was 26.948 μg/ml. Thus, the antioxidant activity of roselle seeds ethanol extract (RSEE) belongs to a very strong category (50 μg /ml). This is due to the presence of several phenolic compounds and unsaturated fatty acid derivatives
Respon Perkembangan Dan Produksi Bawang Merah (Allium Ascalonicum L.) Dengan Aplikasi Jumlah Bibit Dan Pupuk Kandang Sapi
Shallots have the potential to be cultivated in Kediri because they suit the growing environment. The problems include the level of awareness of farmers regarding excessive use of inorganic fertilizers and the number of seeds used in shallot cultivation. The aim of the research is to study and measure the response to development and production by treating the number of seeds and administering cow manure. The method uses a factorial randomized block design with two factors. The first factor is the dose of cow manure (P) with 3 levels, namely (P0 = 0gr/polybag, P1 = 150gr/polybag, and P2 = 250gr/polybag). The second factor is the number of seeds (J) consisting of 3 levels, namely (J1 = 1 seed/polybag, J2 = 2 seeds/polybag, and J3 = 3 seeds/polybag). The data obtained was continued with statistical tests with the BNT 5% or DMRT 5% test. Based on the research results, there was no interaction between the treatment dose of cow manure and the number of seeds per polybag. However, there was a real effect on the single treatment of cow manure during the vegetative period on plant height (42 DAP), namely P2, namely 32.39 cm/polybek, number of leaves, namely J3, there were 39.1 leaves,/polybek Generative vase on the best number of tubers parameters. EKSTRAKSI MINYAK ATSIRI DAUN ROSELLA (Hibiscus Sabdaíiffa L ) METODE WATER STEAM DESTILATION
The rosella plant has antioxidant and coloring compounds that are useful for coloring and aromatic various drinks. The research aimed to study the extraction of essential oils from rosella leaves through phytochemical screening and sensory testing of the oil results. The research method used extraction of essential oil using water steam distillation, color, aroma analysis using the hedonic method, and antioxidant activity using the DPPH method. Results showed the amount of essential oils in leaves is 0.0087% in 1 kg of dry material. Rosella Leaf Oil 25% like the yellow color, 75% like it, 0% dislike it, 30% like the aroma of the leaf essential oil, 70% like it, and 0% dislike it. The antioxidant activity in rosella leaves with concentrations (ppm): of 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, and 200 ppm (22,5; 29,7; 34,9; 42,13; 44,5; 51, 4)%. A comparison or control test using ascorbic acid with the same concentration as above showed a percentage of inhibition (37,53;44,16; 51,84; 61,19; 72,45; 88,22)%. The IC 50 value of ascorbic acid (as a control) is 26.94 ppm and the IC 50 of Rosella leaf extract is 171.27 ppm, which is classified as having weak antioxidant activity in the leaves. The GC-MS results showed essential oil consists cis-3 Hexenyl Acetate (11.50%), 3-Cyclohexene-1-methanol (4.97%), 2-Propenoic acid (2.65%), Linalool 3,7-oxide (2.15%), Methyl 4-methylhexanoate (1,54%), Butanoic acid (0.54 %), 3-Methylpent-3-en-2-ol (0.25%), 1-Hexen-3-ol (0,24%)
