FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN DALAM MEMBELI PRODUK POCARI SWEAT
Marketing management is the foundation of the company aimed to be able
to anticipate the various positive and negative changes that could affect a
company's success in achieving a goal. Marketing of products or services
produced must have the right strategy so that it can be accepted by consumers.
The marketing mix is one marketing tool that can be used to create the right
marketing strategy. The marketing mix consists of product, price, place, and
promotion.
This study aims to analyze the role of the marketing mix for consumer
purchase decisions. Data research using primary data and secondary data. The
population used in this study is the consumers who buy products drink Pocari
Sweat in Surabaya. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method. The
analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results showed that the product and the place does not affect the
purchase decision, while price and promotional effect on the consumer's decision
to buy a drink Pocari Sweat
Digital marketing analysis on the consumer decision-making process of millennials and Gen Z generation groups on the TikTok application
This study investigates the impact of digital marketing on consumer behaviour in purchase decision-making among Millennials and Gen Z generations. The study employs convenience sampling with twenty respondents through a qualitative and exploratory research method. The research examines consumer behaviour based on their purchasing experiences. Findings reveal that digital marketing changes how consumers recognize problems, search for information, and evaluate products. User-generated content, such as reviews and recommendations, significantly influences consumers' information search process. Additionally, consumers tend to utilize comparative methods when assessing products. The study provides valuable insights for marketing practitioners in designing effective strategies to influence consumer behaviour in the digital era. A deep understanding of the role of digital marketing is crucial in achieving successful marketing goals in an increasingly connected digital landscape
The Role of Lifestyle as a Mediator of The Influence of Financial Knowledge on Career Women’s Financial Behavior
Women's financial knowledge is lower than men's paying attention because women control 80% of financial management. How well behaved in managing finances is determined by the level of financial knowledge. This study aims to understand how financial behavior is influenced by the level of financial knowledge and the role of lifestyle. The study focused on career women. Methods of quantitative approach and primary data were used in the study—data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. A purposive sampling technique determined the total sample of 120 career women in Surabaya. Data analysis test with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) technique using Smart PLS analyst tool Version 3.0. After the data analysis test was carried out, the results proved that financial knowledge affects financial behavior, lifestyle affects financial behavior and the existence of intermediaries from the lifestyle on the influence of financial knowledge on financial behavior. This research implies that the higher the financial knowledge career women have, the better their financial behavior, and they can improve their lifestyles to form appropriate and directed financial behaviors.

Education is one of the most effective tools in changing humans. Along with continuous rapid globalization that touches every single aspect of human life, it also touches education. These changes make the universify market and competition broader than before, and relatively move faster than the ability of the universities to respond. Educational organizations should have management system that maxirnizes the attributes those are considered as important attributes in an educational institution by the market so the concept of educational marketing services / product will grow into market-oriented educational marketing or even society-oriented. The objective of the research is to determine the attitude of new students towards FEB attributel and to determine dominant attributes for consideration in choosing FEB at UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur. The study population is all new students of Economics and Business Faculty year 2013/2014. The sampling technique uses stratified random sampling with a sample of 85 new students. - The analysis method uses Fishbein multi-attribute, "the attitude toward object model". This is model is used in measuring the attitude of the consumers towards a product/ service. ANALISIS PROFITABILITAS PERUSAHAAN SUB SEKTOR FARMASI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA
Pelaksanaan penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengukur pengaruh struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan likuiditas terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan subsektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia antara tahun 2016 dan 2020. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 10 (sepuluh) perusahaan farmasi. Antara 2016 dan 2020, perusahaan tersebut tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam analisis data. Variabel struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas memiliki besaran nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,856 serta besaran nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,006, variabel pertumbuhan perusahaan memiliki nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,579 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001, dan variabel likuiditas memilikinilai t-hitung sebesar 1,996 dan nilai signifikansi 0,052. Semua variabel penelitian memiliki F- hitung sebesar 6,046 dan lebih besar dari besaran nilai F-tabel. Struktur modal dan pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan substansial terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan likuiditas berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.Kata kunci: likuiditas, pertumbuhan perusahaan, profitabilitas, struktur moda

The company value is a condition that has been achieved by a company which is a picture of public trust in the company after going through all the process of activities for several years. The purpose of this research is to obtain information and analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity and leverage which are several factors in influencing the value of wholesale companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 – 2019. The population in this study is all wholesale companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling method in this study using purposive sampling that is sampling with certain criteria that have been set. Wholesale companies sampled in this study as many as 18 companies. In this study using multiple linear regression analysis methods and classical assumption test with SPSS. The results obtained in this study are profitability and leverage has an influence on the value of wholesale companies while liquidity does not affect the value of wholesale companies.

Analisis Nilai Kecukupan Modal Pada Bank Konvensional yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, kredit macet, likuiditas, efisiensi dan simpanan terhadap kecukupan modal pada bank konvensional yang tergabung dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, berupa laporan keuangan tahunan dan performa perusahaan dari 38 bank konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Sampel perusahaan diperoleh dengan metode sensus. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan profitabilitas, kredit macet, likuiditas, efisiensi dan simpanan sebagai variabel independen, dan kecukupan modal sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas, kredit macet dan efisiensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kecukupan modal. Sedangkan likuiditas mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan simpanan mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kecukupan modal
TESTING PECKING ORDER THEORY IN JAKARTA ISLAMIC INDEX
ABSTRACTCompany is an important pivot in building the Indonesian economy system. The funding decision will determine the company’s operating activities that affect the value of the company. A company funding is closely related to the selectionand combination of both internal and external funding sources.This study aims to analyze the influence of factors of capital structure policy according to the pecking order theory of capital structure financing decision. Factors studied as independent variables are profitability and firm size. The population in this study using sharia-based companies in Jakarta Islamic Index. The sample used is 30 companies during the period from Desember 2015 to May 2016. Data used issecondary data. Statistical analysis shows that the profitability variable positively influences the funding decisions. However, the results of these tests reject the hypothesis since the hypothesis profitability is in the opposite direction. Statistical analysis shows that the variables of firm size do not affect the funding decisions which eventually results in the rejection to the hypothesis of the study. It can be concluded that sharia-based companies in Jakarta Islamic Index do not follow thepecking order theory hierarchical.Keywords : capital structure, pecking order theory, profitability, firm sizeABSTRAKPerusahaan merupakan poros penting dalam membangun sistem perekonomian Indonesia. Pendanaaan perusahaan berkaitan erat dengan pemilihan dan kombinasi sumber dana internal maupun sumber dana eksternal. Keputusan pendanaan akan menentukan perusahaan dalam melakukan aktivitas operasinya yang berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Pecking order theory merupakan model struktur modal yang mengutamakan pendanaan internal berupa laba ditahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor kebijakan stuktur modal terhadap keputusan pendanaan struktur modal menurut pecking order theory. Faktor-faktor yang digunakan adalah profitability dan firm size. Penelitian ini menggunakan 30 perusahaan di Jakarta Islamic Index yaitu perusahaan-perusahaan berbasis saham syariah. Teknik analisis mengggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) variabel profitability berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pendanaan, namun hasil pengujian ini tidak sejalan dengan pecking order theory karena arahnya yang berlawanan. 2) variabel firm size tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pendanaan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perusahaan-perusahaan berbasis saham syariah di Jakarta Islamic Index cenderung tidak mengikuti hirarki pecking ordertheory.Kata-kata kunci : pecking order theory, profitability, firm size, saham syaria
