KEPEMIMPINAN ORGANISATORIS SEBAGAI SHARING POWER DALAM MEWUJUDKAN KESEIMBANGAN HUBUNGAN ATASAN DAN BAWAHAN PADA MTsN 10 BIREUEN
Leadership in an organization is a leading activity carried out by a leader in carrying out the activities of the organization as a whole. Organizational leadership is intended to coordinate, empower and make decisions from various parts and existing organizational resources. The formulation of the problem in this article examines the steps for implementing organizational leadership as sharing power in realizing a balanced relationship between superiors and subordinates at MTsN 10 Bireuen. The results showed that organizational leadership as sharing power in realizing a balanced relationship between superiors and subordinates at MTsN 10 Bireuen was carried out with a normal mechanism that was persuasive legalistic, namely by delegating the leadership functions of the head of MTsN 10 Bireuen to several subordinates who were structurally assisted by the head of MTsN 10 Bireuen
The Effectiveness Of SIM Siaga On The Management Of PAIS Teachers At The Office Of The Ministry Of Religion Of Medan City
This paper aims to determine the effectiveness of SIM SIAGA on PAIS teacher
management services at the office of the Ministry of Religion (KEMENAG) Medan City.
Descriptive qualitative research is used in the article. Data collection was carried out for
3 months, starting from August to October. The technique used in this research is
Triangulation (Interview-Documentation-Observation). The results showed that the
effectiveness of SIM SIAGA for PAIS teacher services and management at the Ministry of
Religion office in Medan City was very satisfying. This can be seen and compared with
the EMIS application. Many features help PAIS teachers in bridging the activities and
activities carried out. However, this SIM SIAGA application is still in a new category.
Therefore, improvements or the best innovations are needed to be able to compete in the
future
RITUAL MEWUHIHA LIMANO BHISA DALAM MENYAMBUT PESTA PANEN PADA MASYARAKAT DESA MORINDINO KECAMATAN KAMBOWA KABUPATEN BUTON UTARA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, (1) mendeskripsikan proses ritual mewuhiha limano bhisa dalam menyambut pesta panen pada masyarakat Desa Morindino Kecamatan Kambowa Kabupaten Buton Utara, (2) menguraikan makna simbolik yang terkandung dalam ritual mewuhiha limano bhisa dalam menyambut pesta panen pada masyarakat Desa Morindino Kecamatan Kambowa Kabupaten Buton Utara, dan (3) mengetahui fungsi ritual mewuhiha limano bhisa dan implikasinya dalam penyambutan pesta panen pada masyarakat Desa Morindino Kecamatan Kambowa Kabupaten Buton Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data, dilakukan dengan teknik pengamatan (observasi), wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pelaksanaan ritual mewuhiha limano bhisa terdiri dari beberapa tahap pelaksanaan yaitu tahap persiapan diantaranya pengambilan seserahan (kaweti), memasak (mendambai), tahap pelaksanaan yaitu mewuhiha limano bhisa, haroa dan tahap akhir. Adapun setiap simbol memiliki makna khusus sebagai wujud ucapan rasa syukur kepada Allah SWT dan para roh-roh leluhur atas hasil panen pertanian yang didapatkan. Sedangkan fungsi ritual mewuhiha limano bhisa yaitu sebagai ajang silaturahmi dan perlindungan diri dari marabahaya
Other Understanding Arrangements That Are Contrary to Pancasila in Law Number 16 of 2017
This research was conducted to find out how other understanding arrangements that are contrary to Pancasila in Law No. 16 of 2017; and What are the criteria or objective measures of an understanding that are considered contrary to the Pancasila and which institution is competent in evaluating an understanding that is considered to be in conflict with the Pancasila. To be able to find an objective measure of “understanding that is contrary to Pancasila”, several approaches can be used namely, first the Philosophical approach, which focuses on theoretical deepening of the rule of law with the core of the study explaining that an Act must emerge with the principle of concrete rules and is easily understood generally. Secondly, the Juridical approach which explains that the mention of the two last additional elements in the explanation of Article 59 paragraph 4 letter c of Law No. 16 of 2017. And third, a sociological approach that explains that to be able to find an objective measurement mechanism for "understanding contrary to Pancasila". In the provisions of the prohibition of Community Organizations contained in Article 59 of Law No. 16 of 2017 specifically related to "Understanding that is contrary to Pancasila", is very laden with nuances of social and moral values, therefore to be able to measure actions or understandings that are considered to be in conflict with it must be submitted to the judiciary in evaluating it
Analysis of Distribution Patterns in Mapping Cirebon Internet Service Facilities Using NNA Algorithm Based on Geographic Information Systems
Cirebon city moves continually to become Smart City by making technology to public service. One form of technology to public service to is by providing internet facilities for public or for community. Currently there are several internet facility services for public, but these services are only available at certain location points and are not spread evenly. Apart from that, the government has difficulty in determining the right location points to serve as public internet service facilities. The purpose of this research is to analyze the pattern of distribution of internet facilities location points so that they can be mapped digitally using Geographic Information Systems. In this research, the data used were 49 object data points for location of internet facilities in Cirebon. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed using the Nearest Neighbor Analysis (NNA) method to determine the distribution pattern of internet facility location points. Based on the resulting distribution pattern, it can be implemented into digital mapping using Geographic Information Systems. So the Geographic Information System can help the government in making decisions, and for the public to find out the location points of internet facilities in Cirebon
PENENTUAN PERWAKILAN OLIMPIADE MATEMATIKA DENGAN METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING (SAW)
Olimpiade matematika merupakan ajang yang diperuntukan bagi siswa yang berprestasi dibidang matematika. Dalam menentukan siswa untuk mengikuti olimpiade dilakukan analisa berbagai macam aspek, sebelumnya di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN) 1 Tigo Nagari pemilihan peserta dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan nilai akademik saja, sehingga siswa yang dikirim tidak memiliki kemampuan yang lebih. Ini menyulitkan sekolah dalam mendapatkan prestasi sebagai juara dalam olimpiade tersebut. Untuk menentukan siswa yang mengikuti Olimpiade matematika dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengambil keputusan ini adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Data yang akan diolah adalah berupa data-data rangking, nilai matematika, nilai raport, hasil tes soal-soal olimpiade, nilai kepribadian dan pernah atau tidaknya siswa mengikuti olimpiade. Tahapan pengolahan dari data-data tersebut dilakukan dengan menentukan nilai dari kriteria masing-masing data siswa, melakukan proses perhitungan SAW menghasilkan nilai evaluasi atau nilai keputusan pada setiap nilai-nilai kriteria dari data siswa. Dilanjutkan dalam pengambilan keputusan dengan pertimbangan dari hasil dari perhitungan. Hasil yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan metode ini adalah mendapatkan peserta olimpiade dengan rangking tertinggi. Dari hasil pengujian metode SAW dari 10 data uji siswa Ă‚Â dapat menghasilkan 4Ă‚Â siswa direkomendasikan dan 6 siswa tidak direkomendasikan sebagai calon peserta olimpiade matematika tingkat SMA sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan.Ă‚Â Ă‚
IMPLEMENTASI METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) UNTUK PENILAIAN RUMAH HUNI
Rumah layak huni merupakan keadaan ideal di mana rumah tersebut memenuhi standar minimal dalam luas ruangan dan unsur ruang. Selain itu, juga harus dilihat juga terhadap kualitas material pembangunan yaitu dinding, hingga memenuhi aspek terhadap pendidikan untuk siapa pun yang berada di rumah tersebut. Untuk menilai masalah kelayakan rumah ini, petugas pusat kesehatan masyarakat (PUSKESMAS) mendata langsung ke rumah masyarakat. Data didapatkan dari pengisian angket sanitasi dan harus melakukan proses pengolahan terhadap data tersebut terlebih dahulu secara manual sehingga memakan banyak waktu dan terkadang terdapat kesalahan terhadap hasil yang didapat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu memudahkan pihak PUSKESMAS Seberang Padang dalam menghasilkan nilai pada masing-masing rumah yang sudah didata. Kriteria penilaian berupa Komponen Rumah, juga Perilaku Penghuni dan Sarana Sanitasi. Dari data yang didapat maka akan dilakukan proses analisis terhadap data yaitu metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), proses yang dilakukan dalam metode ini yaitu menetapkan tingkat kepentingan untuk masing-masing kriteria, kemudian dicari nilai eigen vector kriteria untuk mencari konsistensi nilai sehingga menghasilkan nilai akhir untuk menjadi keputusan terhadap kelayakan huni rumah tersebut. Hasil dari pengujian terhadap metode ini dengan menggunakan data sebanyak 40 kuesioner dapat menghasilkan keputusan berupa jumlah persentase terhadap kelompok rumah layak dan rumah tidak layak huni
Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) Method of Decision on The Selection of the Head of Study Program Digital Business
The head of the study program is the spearhead of success in a study program. So a head of a study program is required to have good leadership and management skills in order to be able to carry out his duties and functions correctly. The problem that arises is that the appointment of a head of a study program is often carried out not looking at some aspects or criteria, usually the appointment is subjective and based on how long he has been a lecturer in the study program. Even though the appointment of a study program head must be seen from many aspects and criteria, this is done because if you appoint a study program head who is not competent, it can result in not running well with the study program he leads. The criteria used in this research are Functional Position, Education, Working Period, Research, PKM Activities, Supporting Activities and Lecturer Achievement. To overcome this problem, a decision support system with the MAUT method is the right solution to use. The advantage of the MAUT method is that the calculation and decision-making process is faster because it can directly calculate the final evaluation value without the need to compare the importance weight values between criteria. This method will process the criteria values of each candidate so that the results will be more objective. In this study, the number of alternatives used was 6 data on the value of the prospective head of the study program. Based on the MAUT process, a decision was obtained that the chosen head of the digital business study program was a Candidate-01 lecturer with a value of 1.0.
The Form of the Village Government on Autonomy Era of Village in Indonesia
The Form of an indigenousautonomousvillage/default impact on village governance. The village with was characteristics indicate a difference in implementing the existing authority, caused the authoritybased of theorigin rights of the village concerned. However, whether all of its autonomy can be implemented? From the results of the study conducted showed that basically the village has theautonomy tangibleauthority based onthe origin rights that are indigenous/default; village-scale local authority, and theassistance of duty, which is a adduction. Village government in implementing the original authority/default cannot be implemented, if there is no identification and inventory conducted by the regionjoint with the village. Because this is a form of supervision conducted by the local in order to avoid overlapping of authority between the central, local and village, as the village is part of the regency/city, and village government is a sub-system of local governance.
