Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas Viii1 Mtsn Muara Fajar melalui Penerapan Pembelajaran Kooperatif dengan Pendekatan Think Pair Square
This classroom action research is aimed at improving learning process and improving mathematics learning outcomes by implementing Cooperative Learning with Think Pair Square Approach. The research subjects are 24 heterogenous academic ability level students of the VIII1 class students at MTsN Muara Fajar in academic year of 2016/2017. The research consisted of two cycles in which each cycle consisted of four phases, i.e; namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. By the end of a cycle, daily test was held. The data was collected by means of observation and daily test. The action success indicators were if there is learning process improvement and the increasing number of students passing Minimum Completeness Criteria (MCC) in daily test I and daily test II. The research shows that teachers and students' activities were conducted well as planned. Most of the students participated actively in the learning process e.g. discussing, presenting student's worksheet, responding to classmate's presentation, and drawing the lesson conclusion. Additionally, the students afforded to answer the written test given by teacher well. Therefore, it can be said that improvement of learning process took place in every meeting. Furthermore, the number of students passing the MCC on base score, daily test I (first cycle), daily test II (second cycle) were respectively 6 students (25%), 7 students (29,2%), dan 12 students (50%). The percentage of MCC achievement also indicates the increase after the implementation, thus it can be said that the students' learning outcomes also increase. Finally, the research also shows that cooperative learning with Think Pair Square approach can improve mathematic learning process and learning outcomes of VIII1 class students at MTsN Muara Fajar
Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Course Review Horay (Crh) Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas Viii3 SMP Negeri 4 Tapung
This research was classroom action research that aims to improve learning process and mathematics learning outcomes with applied the cooperative learning type of Course Review Horay (CRH). The subject of the research were students of class VIII3 SMP Negeri 4 Tapung in the second semester academic years 2014/2015. There are 24 students in the class, with the heterogenous level. The research are two cycles, each a cycle has four stages, that are planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Instrument to collect the data are observation and mathematics achivement test. The observation data analyzed by using descriptive and qualitative, and for students' test by using descriptive and quantitative. The qualitative analysis showed an improvement of learning process prior to action to the first cycle and second cycle. The results of this research showed an increase in students achievement from the based-score with the percentage 29,16% to 45,83% on the first test and 70,83% on the second test. Based on the finding can be concluded the implentation of applied the cooperative learning type of Course Review Horay (CRH) to improve students' mathematics achievement at class VIII3 SMP Negeri 4 Tapung in the second semester academic years 2014/2015
Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas X SMKN 1 Mandau Tp. 2013 / 2014
This study aims to improve the learning process and improve learning outcomes class X learners of SMKN Negeri 1 Mandau by applying cooperative learning model TPS . The subjects were learners in class X which consisted of 4 women and 30 men with heterogeneous academic ability. This research is a class act with two cycles . Each cycle has four stages : planning, implementation, observation and reflection . Data collection instrument in this study is the observation sheet activities teachers and learners, as well as the achievement test. Sheets were analyzed qualitatively descriptive narrative, while the achievement test were analyzed by descriptive statistical study by analyzing the development of the individual and group values, KKM achievement analysis, and analysis of the success of the action. Results of research on the observation sheet shows the activity of teachers and learners have done well and according to plan after the action . Improvements in the learning process of students and increase the number of learners who achieve KKM at the end of each cycle UH compared to the number of learners who achieve a score of KKM on base score. At the base score only 35,29% of learners who reach KKM , the UH I increased to 58,82% and the UH II also increased to 73,52% . The results of this study indicate that the application of cooperative learning model TPS can improve the learning process and improve learning outcomes class X learners of SMK Negeri 1 Mandau in the second semester of the academic year 2013/2014
Penerapan Discovery Learning untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas Viiib SMP Beer Seba Pekanbaru
This research based on the students\u27 math achievement on grade VIIIB of SMP Beer Seba Pekanbaru which under the minimum completeness criteria with percentage 32.14% for math test with linear equations systems of two variables topic and 28.57% for Pythagoras\u27s Theorem topic. The research is classroom action research. The research aims to improve the math learning process and improve math learning result at grade VIIIB of SMP Beer Seba Pekanbaru with applying the discovery learning. The research subjects were students of class VIIIB SMP Beer Seba Pekanbaru which consists of 15 boys and 14 girls in the even semester of 2015/2016 academic years. The instruments of data collection were observation sheets and students\u27 math achievement tests. The observation sheets were analyzed in desciptive narative and the students\u27 math achievement tests were analyzed in statistic desciptive. The result of descriptive narative had showed an improvement of learning process prior to the action on the first cycle and from the first cycle to the second cycle. The result of statistic descriptive had showed an increasing number of students\u27 math achievement from the basic score to the first math test with percentage 22.78% and from the first math test to the second math test with percentage 3.58%. So, the result of this research showed that the implementation of discovery learning can improve the learning process and improve the students\u27 math achievement for grade VIIIB SMP Beer Seba Pekanbaru in the even semester of 2015/2016 academic years
Penerapan Strategi Think Talk Write Dalam Pembelajaran Kooperatif Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas Ixd SMP Negeri 10 Tapung
This research is based on problems of learning process in the class IXD SMP Negeri 10 Tapung which is teacher-centered, less students are given the opportunity to actively participate in building their own knowledge affecting low student's mathematics achievement. From the test of results obtained in similarity and congruence main topic just 8 students (33,33%) who achieve minimum mastery criteria (KKM). This research is classroom action research that aimed of this to improve learning process and increase students' math achievement at class, through the implementation of think talk write strategy in cooperative learning. The subject of this research are 24 people, there are 12 boys and 12 girls with the heterogenous level. The instruments of data collection were observation sheets and mathematics achivement tests. Teacher and student activity's data were analyzed with qualitative descriptive and mathematical understanding ability data were analyzed with quantitative descriptive. Based on data's analyz can be concluded that the implementation of think talk write strategy in cooperative learning can improve the learning process and increase students' math achievement at class SMP Negeri 10 Tapung of first semester 2015/2016 of geometry with curved side on main topic
Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas Vii3 SMP Negeri 32 Pekanbaru melalui Penerapan Pembelajaran Kooperatif dengan Pendekatan Think Pair Square (Tps)
This research aims to improve the learning process and improve the student's mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of Cooperative Learning with Think Pair Square Approach. The type of research is the Classroom Action Research with two cycles. The research was conducted in studentof grade VII3 SMP N 32 Pekanbaru in the second semester of the 2015/2016 academic year with the subject of as many as 41 students. The research instrument are consists of learning devices and instrument data collectors. Learning device used in this research are consists of the Syllabus, Lesson plan and Student work sheet. The instrument data collector used in this research is consists of the observation sheet and math test. Technique of data analysis is analysis of narrative descriptive and analysis of statistical descriptive. Based on the result of the research show that, the learning process has improved and the student's mathematics learning outcomes have improved after applying the Cooperative Learning with Think Pair Square Approach. The Cooperative Learning with Think Pair Square Approach can be used as an alternative in learning, because it can improve the learning process and improve the students learning outcomes
Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran Matematika Menggunakan Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) untuk Memfasilitasi Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis Peserta Didik Kelas X Jurusan Otomotif SMK pada Materi Matriks.
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kesulitan yang dialami guru dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran berdasarkan acuan kurikulum 2013 seperti penyesuaian tahapan model pembelajaran yang digunakan dengan kegiatan belajar. LKPD yang masih jarang digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dengan permasalahan kontekstual seperti masalah otomotif pada peserta didik SMK. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan produk berupa perangkat pembelajaran (silabus, RPP dan LKPD) pada materi matriks SMK kelas X dengan menggunakan model PBL untuk memfasilitasi kemampuan pemecahan masalah kriteria valid dan praktis. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model 4D (define, design, develop, desseminate) yang dirancang oleh Thiagarajan, Semmel, dan Semmel. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen yaitu lembar validasi perangkat pembelajaran (silabus, RPP, dan LKPD). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran matematika dengan model PBL sudah valid. Hasil validasi silabus 98%, RPP 97%, LKPD 94% dengan kategori sangat valid. Artinya perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dapat diujicobakan. Perangkat pembelajaran praktis dalam uji coba kelompok kecil dengan rata-rata respon siswa 80% dalam kategori praktis
