Perpustakaan Umum Malang Dengan Kombinasi Taman Vertikal Dan Ventilasi Untuk Perancangan Ruang Baca

State control of the Internet in China

"The Internet landed in China in 1987, only 9 years after the "Open-Door Policy" III 1978. Although the history of the Internet in China is not long, the speed of the Internet's development has been rapid. According to the statistics of China National Network Information Center (CNNIC), the number of Chinese Internet users already reached 33.7 million at the end of 2001, and this number quickly increased to 45.8 million by the end of June of 2002. The Chinese government also recognized the huge potential brought by the Internet to the economic growth in the country and started to launch several projects to enhance its development in 1990s. But, for regimes of democratic centralism, like China, the Internet is a double edged sword. Dramatically distinguished from other traditional mediums, the Internet enhances a much freer information flow and implies libertarianism and anarchism in the virtual world, which collides with the Chinese government's conventional practice of media control. Although the Internet is not as easy to control as other traditional mediums, the Chinese government is intent on maintaining control and censorship on it."--Page 3

Table_1_The role of P3H family in cancer: implications for prognosis, tumor microenvironment and drug sensitivity.docx

IntroductionProlyl 3-hydroxylases (P3H) are crucial enzymes in collagen biosynthesis and are known to be involved in a variety of physiological processes. However, their specific roles in cancer progression, modulation of the tumor microenvironment (TME), and impact on patient prognosis remain areas that require further investigation.MethodsThe investigation involved a comprehensive analysis of expression profiles and clinical data obtained from the Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx) and The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) databases. This included the assessment of genetic variation, gene expression, and the prognostic significance of P3H family genes. P3H scores were calculated using various databases and R-based tools, followed by correlation analyses with the TME, immune cell infiltration, drug sensitivity and immunotherapy.Variations in P3H gene expression patterns were observed across different tumor types and prognoses, suggesting that most genes within the family were risk factors, especially P3H1 and P3H4. The P3H score was associated with immune infiltration and drug resistance. Notably, individuals with elevated expression of P3H2, P3H3, and CRTAP exhibited higher resistance to multiple anti-tumor drugs.ResultsP3H family proteins play diverse roles in cancer progression, significantly impacting patient prognosis and the effectiveness of immunotherapy.ConclusionsThe P3H score, identified as a potential biomarker for evaluating TME, holds promise in guiding precision medicine strategies.</p

Quantum Nonlinear Ferroic Optical Hall Effect

Nonlinear optical responses to external electromagnetic field, characterized by second and higher order susceptibilities, play crucial roles in nonlinear optical devices and novel optoelectronics. Herein we present a quantum nonlinear ferroic optical Hall effect (QNFOHE) in multiferroics - a Hall-like direct photocurrent originated from the second order current response to intense electromagnetic field whose direction can be controlled by both internal ferroic orders and external light polarization. QNFOHE consists of two types of nonlinear photocurrent responses - shift current and circular photocurrent under linearly and circularly polarized light irradiation dominated by topological shift vector and Berry curvature, respectively. We elucidate the microscopic mechanism of QNFOHE in a representative class of 2D multiferroic materials using group theoretical analyses and first-principles electronic structure theory. The complex interplay of crystalline, permutation, gauge, and time reversal symmetries as well as inherent causality governs the symmetry properties of shift current and circular photocurrent. QNFOHE combined with rich ferroic degrees of freedom in multiferroic materials will open up a variety of new avenues for realizing tunable and configurable nonlinear optoelectronics etc

Stereoselective Synthesis of 2-Carbamoyl-2-cyanocyclopropanecarboxylates by Tandem Oxidative Cyclization and Neighboring Group-Assisted Decarboxylation

    No full text
In this paper, we report a facile synthesis of 2-carbamoyl-2-cyanocyclopropanecarboxylates through a tandem iodosobenzene/tetrabutylammonium iodide-induced oxidative cyclization and a subsequent neighboring group-assisted decarboxylation of the Michael adducts of 2-cyanoacetamides with α,β-unsaturated malonates. This method affords the desired highly functionalized cyclopropanes in moderate to good yields and with excellent diastereoselectivities. In addition, the reaction proceeds smoothly under mild conditions and with good functional group tolerance
