PT Astra International, Tbk. is assumed to represent automotive industry in Indonesia. The research is done through literature research and financial and sales report analysis in 2000-2008. The performance reduction is directly connected by the decreasing of earnings, especially in motor vehicle and parts sale in those years and also the increasing of cost of production, due to the increasing of import fee and transportation cost. Evaluasi Kepuasan Pengguna System Application And Products (Sap) dengan Metode End-user Computing Satisfaction (Eucs) pada PT Xyz

Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan evaluasi kepuasan pengguna System Application and Products (SAP) pada PT XYZ. Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan persepsi pengguna akhir dengan menggunakan model End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Model EUCS memiliki 5 faktor yaitu konten, akurasi, format, kemudahan pengguna dan ketepatan waktu, 5 faktor tersebut digunakan sebagai variabel bebas untuk melakukan evaluasi kepuasan pengguna SAP pada PT XYZ. Penelitian menggunakan kuisioner sebagai data primer serta jurnal ilmiah, referensi buku sebagai data sekunder. Metode pengujian menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji normalitas dan analisis regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 5 faktor dalam model EUCS memberikan pengaruh sebesar 59,5% terhadap kepuasan pengguna SAP pada PT XYZ. Konten mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna SAP sebesar 19,2%, kemudian diikuti dengan ketepatan waktu yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna SAP sebesar 18,5%, kemudahan pengguna memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna SAP sebesar 12,2%, akurasi memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna SAP sebesar 7,1%, dan format memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna SAP sebesar 2,5%

PKPU Policy Number 20 of 2018 Concerning the Prohibition of Former Corruptors as Legislative Candidates in the 2019 General Election

This research was conducted to analyse the prohibition of former corruptors’ ability to become legislative candidates based on PKPU Policy Number 20 of 2018, in terms of synchronizing the policy with higher laws and examining it from the perspective of political ethics and legal politics in eradicating corruption in Indonesia. The research method adopted was normative juridical, and the types and sources of data used were secondary data, applying data sources from primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The results of data processing are presented in the descriptive analysis. The outcomes of this research indicate that the synchronization of PKPU policy law No. 20 of 2018 regarding the disallowance of ex-corruptors from becoming legislative candidates clash with higher laws and regulations, namely Law Number 7 of 2017 regarding elections in conjunction with Law Number 12 of 2011 about the formation of laws and regulations. Therefore, the conclusion of the KPU regulations has no binding legal force. The actualization of a fair and sovereign election requires all policymakers’ support, especially in the enforcement and application of political ethics and the law to eliminate corruption in Indonesia. Perangkat Desa adalah unsur staff yang membantu Kepala Desa dalam menjalankan roda pemerintahan serta menyusun kebijakan dan koordinasi yang diwadahi oleh sekertaris Desa dalam bentuk pelaksanaan unsur kewilayahan di Desa. Dalam hal ini Kepala Desa bertanggung jawab dan memiliki wewenang dalam proses pengangkatan dan pemberhentian perangkat Desa seperti yang tertera dalam Peraturan Menteri dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia Nomor 67 Tahun 2017 Tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 83 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pengangkatan dan Pemberhentian Perangkat Desa yang memiliki persyaratan umum dan khusus. Namun sesuai dengan data lapangan yang ada di Desa Taman Jaya Kecamatan Kotabumi Selatan Kabupaten Lampung Utara baik proses pengangkatan maupun pemberhentian perangkat Desa ini hanya formalitas saja, hendaknya Kepala Desa baik dalam pengangkatan maupun pemberhentian perangkat Desa harus secara professional, benar, jujur, adil dan dapat lebih memahami peraturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah a). Bagaimana Implementasi Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia Nomor 67 Tahun 2017 tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 83 Tahun 2015 tentang Pengangkatan dan Pemberhentian Perangkat Desa di Desa Taman Jaya Kecamatan Kotabumi Selatan Kabupaten Lampung Utara? b). Bagaimana Analisis Hukum Islam Tentang Pengangkatan dan Pemberhentian Perangkat Desa, di Desa Taman Jaya Kecamatan Kotabumi Selatan Kabupaten Lampung Utara?.
